An emergency meeting had been initiated in the light of a civil war in Nchiyamengi. They are not a close ally, however, PRAA has...few economic investment in their nation, and they want their investment to stay safe. As it seems that the current regime is the one who's been attacked constantly, the government seems to be directing their supports to either one of the factions, FPRL and MSI, since both factions have the similar ideologies with PRAA, but MSI having the distinction of merging the religion, while PRAA is strictly keeping the religion out from the government affairs.

"What's the current situation, officers?" asked President Conrad Lugas as he sat down at the chair, facing the entire officers and ministers connected with the objective.

"Chaos, Mr. President. FPRL and MSI already made their biggest moves in the country, while the other factions seemingly either too small or just initiating some attacks on the names of FPRL and MSI. Since we still have few of our citizens there, it is fortunate for our embassy to have them protected. But they cannot hold long, sir. I suggest we send in our operatives to get them out."

"And what about the FPRL and MSI? What are we gonna do with them? Stating our allegiance publicly is not the best idea at the moment, not with our restructuring within the military overall," asked the President to the generals and officers and ministers.

"If I may, Mr. President," asked General Mark Zobato, one of the men who was formerly a military attache in Nchiyamengi. "Both FPRL and MSI are not in our best interest, though they can be handled well, given our best shot. Let just announce our public allegiance, but in the moment, let us send humanitarian aid, and I will send some of my men to accompany the aid and have them meet with FPRL and MSI officials."

After some pondering, the President agreed. His title is actually more on the lines of "El Presidente", but that's more of an informal one.

Given the current situation, we, the People's Republic of Altito Asmoro, would like to send some humanitarian aid in forms of 500,000 food crates, 1,000,000 tents, some medical assistances and staffs, with more to come. Mark liked Nchyamengi the moment he saw the greeting party.

It was sort of deja-vu, really. Here he was, thousands of kilometres away from his home, and the first thing he sees when stepping off the plane was the same thing he last saw when getting on it: confused and informal looking newbies. And for that matter, and to a certain extent, it was also the same thing he had been surrounded by on the entire flight here.

Then again, being reminded of Loyalist militia and irregulars was not necessarily what one wanted when presented with the soldiers that were supposed to be getting stuff done.

But Cpt. Brayfield saluted the Njengi officer in turn with a Loyalist 'palm up' salute before taking his turn of shaking hands, letting his Atlas counterpart do much of the talking.

Looking around him on the way to the compound and in entering it Mark could tell that the strain of war was much greater than the Njengi let on, but for the most part he stayed quiet, pondering these thoughts in secret.

But amid the conversation of a patrol the Captain addressed the other two officers.

"Seems a little late to me to get anything worthwhile scoped out we can't do tomorrow. I'll stay here and get the troops unpacked, but..." He turned to two masked and unidentifiable soldiers talking quietly in the corner. "Balladur, Mctavish! You two are going sightseeing."

"Certainly we can arrange that" replied Teniente Najambe. "Cabo Gumere" he said, turning to one of the Cabos (Corporals), "you and your boys show them around". "Yes sir" replied Cabo Gumere, a somewhat hardened looking Njengi in his mid twenties with a scar over his right eye. "2nd Patrol, prepare to move out" he commanded, and the 4 inexperienced Busetsu conscripts of 2nd patrol stood to attention, ready to escort the 2 men wherever they needed to go.

Mark looked out the window, the sun was low in the sky. The Seveillan SG-14 was taxing to the runway. The four jet engine seeming to be th only sound at that time. He felt like Something was going to happen.
"Let's go look at the slums, That plane flys over them on its way out and I want nothing to happen. Call the controller tell him to not have the plane take off until we're to the slums."
With that he yelled at the Atlas soldiers to get their gear on.

"SV234, Requesting Takeoff IFR Runway 4 right" Captan Jake Karslo said into his mic. They were waiting on the taxi way next to the runway. The copilot was messing with the FMC. They had been sitting in the plane for 30 minutes waiting to takeoff. The Caption reached up and switched the air conditioning on.

OOC: I'm confused, have you soldiers returned to the plane and want to fly over the slums rather than visit them by jeep?

The Green Union has released a statement requesting cooperation from the MSI and FPRL in allowing Loyalist soldiers to operate in Nchiyamengi. The Green Union assures all factions that at her operatives in the country have no quarrel with the 'legitemate' rebel groups and are solely hunting the GI. Should the GI be pacified the Loyalist government will reconsider the mission of her soldiers in Nchiyamengi.

For this reason The Green Union has stated that any vehicle that bears a Loyalist operative or observer shall display a blank maroon flag, and requests that any combattants who observe such a vehicle not hinder it's occupants beyond common caution.


Meanwhile, the Loyalist humanitarian aid coalition, lead by the Loyalist Red Crystal (religion neutral red cross/red crescent), has landed it's fleet in Nchiyamengi. The plan is already going off like clockwork, with supplies flooding into the IDP camps and being distributed quickly and effectively. The aid coalition has also begun setting up tents and portable buildings to fill various roles, from residences to hospitals.

FPRL and MSI have stated that, provided such convoys do not open fire on them first or get in the way of their attacks on those loyal to the Kampiya regime, they will not fire in them.

Humanitarian aid had been mobilized at the moment, but considering it will take some time to prepare for the humanitarian aid to be transported to Nchiyamengi but noting that the operations must be done as soon as possible, and thus a small-scale humanitarian aid by the People's Republic Medical Solutions (PRMS), government-sponsored humanitarian aid agency which has a naval base not far from Nchiyamengi has sent in few humanitarian aid to ease the pain of the suffering ones, accompanied secretly with 100 operatives, armed lightly but from the special forces division.

The humanitarian aid officials cleared the permission to enter Maporomokodhoruba with local government officials while the operatives were split, 50 to the capital city in order to assess the current situation and securing the refugees, while the other 50 to look for information on local MSI officials.

By contacting local MSI officials, the operatives hoping that they can soon establish network to supply them with military aid in forms of equipment and...probably some soldiers reinforcements as well as aiding them in their revolutionary attempt. But first after contacting MSI officials they need to establishing FOB to help MSI officials and then they will be able to work together with General Muhammad Bondaro.

In the early hours of this morning a General Motors automobile manufacturing factory in Puertazul was broken into by a small group who broke in and disabled the alarm system. The group then sabotaged the factory, with various machines blown up and large parts of the factory doused in petrol and set alight. The plant produced numerous military trucks and armoured vehicles for the Nchiyamengian military, as well as producing cars for sale to the general public.

The attackers also spray painted a rainbow on one of the walls of the factory before setting it alight. The PSP has claimed responsibility for the attack, announcing it was carried out by their "Rainbow Warriors", a new sector within the party aimed at sabotaging economic institutions aiding the Kampiya regime to help force them to negotiate. It has been stated that the group will try avoid harming anyone directly (although they have stated that they will if necessary), but will instead focus on sabotaging relatively unguarded government institutions and private institutions that aid them.

The transport ships arrive once again, but a crew of people get off and transport some equipment directly to the capital. Once given clearance by showing their Kalaraxian Passports and documents regarding the surveillance equipment. They shuffled into the building and began setting up the surveillance equipment. There you should go to the local primary school, there sit cross legged on the grass underneath there sign with the school's name, Mtinyeupe Primary. If someone approaches you and asks you who you are waiting for, tell them you are waiting for Imam Nyekundu. If they are MSI operatives they will inform you that Imam Nyekundu has a cold, but that they know where to get him medicine. Go with these operatives and they will put you in contact with the local MSI operation.

After that day, a Plane to Madrid arrived, with the 6 agents in it, they were presented as tourists, 3 hours later, they arrived at the warehouse, planning their assassination, they got intel from the government about the security, they were ready for the kill, they took the weapons and went to the rooftops, they climbed and ran around the rooftops very fast, until they saw the building, where the party leaders did their speech, the agents split, 3 agents taking out Key Guards and 3 agents on the Sniper Position, the 3 agents took out major guards that can intercept the assassination and the other 3 agents, after 15 minutes, they were ready to kill, they will run as fast as they can when they kill the two, then, the moment has come, they shot both of them in the head, it was like a slow motion scence, then they ran like the Bengali Tiger back to the Safe House on the rooftops as 3 agents escaped through a fire exit back to the rooftops, after 30 minutes, they came back, hiding there.

Rosa Tampiyawende, leader of the PLD, and Alejandro Banera, the deputy leader of the party, have both been assassinated in Madrid, where they were giving a speech to try rally foreign support for their cause and put pressure on the Kampiya regime to negotiate. Tampiyawende had announced that she and the PLD as an organisation would attend the proposed peace talks in Sapporo.

Party Chairman Adán Kusemponwenya, who is currently in exile in Santiago in Chile, has become the new party leader. The older and more aggressive Chariman is also far more suspicious, and has far more bodyguards around him and goes out in public far less often. He is likely to further increase his security after this. Kusemponwenya called the assassination "an act of cowardice and tyranny", and placed the blame for it squarely with the Kampiya regime, stating that it was likely the work of agents of the Ministry of National Security. Kusemponwenya has stated that if Kampiya refuses to attend the peace conference in Sapporo and agree there to step down as President, unban the banned parties attending, bring democracy back to Nchiyamengi and hand himself in to face charges of war crimes, that the PLD will end its commitment to non-violence and will encourage supporters to take up arms against the Kampiya regime.

Kusemponwenya has requested that a nation friendly to the PLD loan a private plane to him and the party delegation in order to get to the peace talks in Sapporo safely.
