Well, that is my fault xD. I just thought because Deutsch Bundesrepublik could not get on to post as Ukraine, I would sorta suspend the system until he got back. So as of now, we agreed the Ukrainian denial to release Belarus counts as failed diplomacy, so I will up it by 10, but then lower it by 5 because a day has gone by since the system has fully restarted.

Yeah...sorry guys, the RP has reached pretty low levels of activity. With D.B having school, and my dog in pretty bad condition right now, meaning multiple visits to the vet, the RP pretty much died.
