Diplomats went outside and John went outside as well waving goodbye as he leaves heading to the right while the others headed to the left and John went in his Lincoln mobile.

He went back to his home and ate boneless chicken,Boneless Bangus and some garlic rice his mom prepared him and after drawing a submarine of his own design in his notebook he kissed his mom goodbye and headed back to the Capitol building.

By the time he came back it was 12:35 PM but some diplomats came back with smiles on their faces and newspapers on their armpits and John went into a newspaper deposit and paid 15 Vulkan cent and grabbed a newspaper as well.

They all sat on the long circular black sofa's that was meant for waiting guests and then some people came out of the food court but the diplomats read the daily news and they along with John was not happy on what they're reading.

"Wow they hate each other" a diplomat said

"Well i don't like nukes and some of our "friends" would use it against us if they would" another one said

"Well let's try on making peace with them if this is going to fail" John said and all of them read their newspapers.

"This is getting out of hand, I hope it can be diffused in the peace talks, but the suspected actions of Skellig do not bode well for its success. Call the Council, I need to speak to Orwell.'

After the Cyberiad Council had assembled around the circular discussion table, The Commander Prime took his seat.
"Counselors you have all been briefed on the situation in Carthage, correct?

"Yes sir, we have all been briefed."

"Good, then we may discuss our options if the peace talks fail." Turning his attention to the head of the Intelligence department The commander prime asked, "Is there a way for us to remotely seize control of their nuclear weapons systems?"

"No sir, we do not have a remote terminal in place, and a full range Cyber attack would take time, and is not guaranteed to succeed."

"Orwell, can you prep a Spec Ops team to infiltrate Carthage and Skellig to set us a remote terminal to gain access to their systems?"
The Commander-In -Chief stood, "We can definitely prep a Spec Ops team and plant the remote terminal, however it would not affect any vehicle-based Nuclear attack, such as from submarines."

"Very well then, prep the Muninn for takeoff."

"Yes sir." The Commander replied as he hurried to oversee the prep.
