Well... I do not know about rest of the coalition, but here are my terms that must be met even before I leave.

- Ardoki will be accepted into Nihonese tributary system.
- The height of tribute will yet be negotiated, although it will be rather low. Tribute may be paid in cash (Imperial Yen or gold) or natural resources (gas, oil, steel, etc).
- Ardokian head of state will travel to Nihon and perform kowtow before Shogun Korjio, acknowledging himself as vassal.
- All persecution of Christians ceases, and gospel will be freely preached in Ardoki, with no attempts to suppress it; however no one will be forced to accept it.
- Ardoki will open itself on enterprises from Nihonese companies.

Those are Kojiro's terms. Pay in mind that there is no mention of war criminals here, and Kojiro will likely leave that matter to others. If Ardokian government wishes to have Nihon off, those terms have to be fulfilled.

I believe that there is a 0.00000000000000000000000000001% of Ardoki accepting this.
These are our demands to get us out:
-Ardoki accepts Hatayan advisors to government
-Ardokian government takes active steps to find Moriarty and O Brien and put them on trial, hopefully hang them
-Ardoki does a top-down cleaning up of government and the military, arresting all those who participated in war crimes and crimes against humanity
-Ardoki allows Aanglandian referendum monitored by SACTO and IFC
-Ardokian military is scaled down

I mean I guess you can make the point that Cusc's terms are more just "let us humiliate you and we go away"; but as I said its painfully clear that Ardoki won't tolerate any external control over his internal policies nor will he hand over any of his main characters (except Sloane, who is basically useless at this time now).

But we will have to wait and see...

As I said; Nihon will leave Ardoki alone if Ardoki pays the tribute.

Actually Nihon does not even attempt that. Tributary states in Nihonese system are expected to pay their tribute and adhere to basic rules of Ishikawa Declaration of Human Rights. Who they elect, who rules or governs them, what internal policies they have - that is little concern to the Nihonese as long as they accept their place as vassals and pay their tribute.

To be perfectly honest, I'm not making any specific demands myself because I don't trust Ardoki enough not to retcon everything like he has before. How many times has such and such happened, making people believe he intended to turn a new leaf, only to end up going back to the same old?

Well fortunately I feel what I get out of the deal is more physical than concept.

It's easy to flip your government back to what it was before a deal; its a lot harder to take back an island you let go know that someone else can step right in.

I won't have time for a war until after my next semester of university finishes, and then I'm probably going on holidays again (which cold make accessing NS very hard unless I bring one of my laptops, which is unlikely). That's why I've tried to compromise and come to some sort of diplomatic solution.

I haven't been in many wars on NS, though I can recall having to spend several hours on research just for a single post; I simply can't spare that sort of time at the moment (if I have enough energy to write a post, that means I should actually be studying).
