im not saying they are bad, per se, its just that wealthier countries have better technology because they have more money at their disposal.
Most western militarys, particularly in Europe, are woefully underfunded, and would stand little chance against Russia. the USA still, however has superior technology to Russia and China, they probably have tonnes of shit that would blow your mind, kept classified for now. Think the B2 or F-114 back in the 80s and 90s (the Chinese and Russians still dont have anything like the B-2, btw).

Actually, US media tends to ignore Russia and Americans view them as berserkers that can only beaten by other berserkers. Their equipment, however, especially in their Navy, is obsolete and poorly maintained. All large Russian vessels have a dedicated tugboat in the likely event that their propulsion systems fail.
