Palm Sunday procession in Sakhvalin
It has been a few months since the UCI Intervention in Vulkata ended in favour of allied forces. With North Colishi in ruins and no legitimate government to rule over its lands, President Alena Vorshevsky took the initiative to increase Chkalovskian power projection. Under the cover of night, Chkalovskian Airborne Troops deployed into the north eastern areas of New Colishi and by morning, infantry and light armour was securing towns. Roadblocks and checkpoints were set up, and barbed wire and other building supplies were shipped in by the Chkalovskian Navy to set up a de facto border between the Chkalovskian-controlled area and the rest of New Colishi. There were some protests, mainly by families divided by the 'Colishian Wall' but the Armed Forces began putting them down, using force if necessary. President Alena Vorshevsky met with her government officials in Kalingrad and began setting up a government structure for the area Chkalovsk controlled, which was now dubbed North Colishi. A flag was designed, national anthem created, and its government was funded. The capital city of North Colishi, now dubbed Sakhvalin, began receiving immediate rebuilding, as well as roads, railways, and other industrial services. Within a few months, a functioning national railway service and national highway system had been implemented and Sakhvalin International Airport had been opened. Chkalovsk decided it was time to take things further, awaiting a conference spearheaded by the UCI. Native Colishians began to flee North Colishi fearing ethnic violence, and were replaced by an ethnic group of Chkalovskians which were now dubbed the 'ethnic north colishians', or simply Chkalovskians. No one knew that North Colishi and Chkalovsk had far more, aggressive and militant plans for the future. Only time would tell, as the plans began to unravel in the sand.

You can not, and I repeat, can not, deploy your nations armed forces (to fight the AFRR/NCNG).

As for nuclear, chemical, biological and other WMD's, they are only to be used by Chkalovsk or North Colishi. Nuclear weapons will not be used in this RP, unless the situation becomes so dire and a last resort is needed, however, we will try and work a way around using nuclear weapons. So, whilst they may not be used at all, please remember if you deploy forces, they may be nuked. *stares at New Colishi*
