Today, the Grand Adruvain and Colonies and Dominions has declared war against the Shimazu Empire after the destruction of the HMNS Mane. Royal Forces have began to march upon Shimazui Territories, and the Royal Navy has joined the Mesian Blockade in strangling the Shimazu Empire of Military Goods. In Waydon, a Parade of the remaining Grenadiers in the Homeland has been held, with His Majesty Augustus II and the Royal Family saluting the Grenadiers from the Balcony of New Whitehaven Palace. Many speculate in Grand Adruvain that the war shall end quickly with a decisive Victory for the Mesian Commonwealth and Adruvish Forces.

The Yottabotan military has been mobilized following a formal declaration of war by Madam Zalore to the nation of Albania. The news broke earlier today, as Madam Zalore and the Supreme Generals convened at her estate to discuss the terms of war. As of now, all active military personnel are to report to Svaestpol Station to be assigned their division in this conflict. Madam Zalore has yet to comment on why the sudden escalation to war, but she has said that it is for the betterment of Yottabota. As of this moment, the nation has been put on Threat Level Kolska, with Yottabotan Airlines suspending all traffic in the Baltic region. We will be providing live coverage of the offensive, so stay tuned for more.

In other news, following the Proliterian uprising in Ithra, Madam Zalore is scheduled to meet with the leader of the victorious faction ton congratulate them. Yottabota wishes to engage in diplomatic relationships with the Proliterian Government, since the two nations have similar views on key issues.

Lastly, due to the declaration of war, the Festival of Warships has been postponed until the conflict is resolved, citing concerns of an attack on the student run sport. While many have been outraged by the decision, many of the girls have acknowledged the concerns and shall use the down time to hone in on their craft; hoping to give a better show than last year. Last year, two students were tragically killed after an incident between two teams involving a faulty firing mechanism. Extra procaustions shall be made in expectation of the festival.

In the ever growing political turmoil of the world, President Zuiderheim has held a press conference today, addressing the recent Yottabottan aggression against Madhe Albania. Madhe Albania, according to the Amerikanisch Ministry of State for Europe, has not violated nor threatened the sovereignty of any nation, let alone Yottabotta. In her press release, she condemned the Yottabottan President for unprovoked, senseless military action, and threatened to place an Embargo on the Yottabottan Communist Republic if it failed to resolve peace within 48 hours.


"It is with upmost passion that I condemn the Yottabottan President for ordering such hasty, senseless, and aggressive actions against a foreign nation that have no justification. I request that the Yottabottan Government retracts their declaration of war within the next 48 hours, lest I shall have an embargo placed upon them. I have also ordered the deployment of 5,000 troops to the Free Cities along the Albanian African Coast, to ensure that Amerikaner property and interests are protected from military action."


4 Hours after making her statement, 5,000 troops arrived in the Free Cities along the Albanian African Coast, which shall Gaurd the cities to ensure Amerikanisch interests are protected. The military occupation will also oversee the training of 20,000 residents of these cities, to create an Afrikakorp to further protect Amerikanisch interests. In other military news, the Amerikanisch Kriegsmarine has deployed a fleet of 50 warships to the port city of Port-Madhesburg, the largest of the Free Cities under Amerikaner administration, as well as an air fleet of 24 DA-17 strike fighters and 1 transport aircraft.

Foreign Ministry Reaches out to New Ithran Government

The Hespero-Belkian Foreign Ministry has reached out to the new Proletarian government of Ithra, asking if it will uphold the previous government's commitments to LEN.

"Ithra has been a close ally of Hespero-Belkia for decades, and with us was one of the founding members of LEN," Foreign Minister Dessoni said during a press conference in Acheron this morning. "It would not be beneficial for the new Ithran government to walk away from the League, forsaking almost 50 years of diplomatic, economic, and military ties with the rest of Europe."

Dessoni went on to state that if the Proletarians agreed to continue Ithran membership in LEN, that Hespero-Belkia would remove the peacekeepers it placed in Rome at the beginning of the conflict to protect LEN assets in the city, and that discussions could begin to move the League's headquarters back to Rome.

Dessoni rather conspicuously avoided commenting on fellow LEN member Yottabota's recent declaration of war against Albania, implying that the government has not yet devised a formal stance on the matter.

Project Eilsanden Commenced!

Overpopulation in several areas of the Großreich, such as in those of the State of Maranhok, has lead to the severe problems that come hand in hand with population congestion. Therefore, the national government has announced that it would contract several privately owned businesses to construct a chain of artificial islands in the Westen-Maranhok See. These islands, upon the first phase of projected completion in 2028, will reclaim a total area of 3,000 square kilometers, and will house an estimated 600,000 residents, which shall be moved to the island from the mainland Maranhok. The other two phases will see the islands interconnected, and then tripled in size using the same procedures (of building islands and then connecting them to the main island), to provide enough living space for a growing population and a lack of land to build urban housing.

According to designs released by the government and Amerikanisch International Tech, one of the companies hired to complete this project, the islands would be constructed out of 25 square meter concrete containers, which would be filled with compacted garbage and connected to each other and the sea floor with steel beams, which would in a way, make constructing these islands like giant LEGO structures. The construction plan is divided into three phases: Phase One, expected to be completed in 2030, will see the construction of a three thousand square kilometer archipelago. Phase Two, expected to be completed in 2050, will see those islands connected to form a single, large island, that will cover a total of 6,000 square kilometers. Finally, stage three, expected to be completed in 2070, will see the expansion of the island until it covers 18,000 square kilometers

Project Eislanden, as it has been dubbed, will cost a total of 250 billion Coronas, with the national government paying approximately 12.5% of all costs, and private companies paying the rest. However, these private companies shall be allowed to set up businesses and factories on this islands, which shall boost the local economy. Once completed, the island shall be incorporated into the State of Maranhok, making it officially Imperial Territory. Multiple groups, such as the Environmentalist Party and the Nationalist Party, have endorsed the plan, citing that it would remove waste and give more living space to the nation, before overcrowding becomes a serious issue. Construction on the massive project will begin next week, with factories already beginning to churn out concrete containers and landfills being drained of waste.

Schmidtsburg Economic Center Commissioned!

As Project Eislanden is commissioned, the National Government unveiled a new project, the Schmidtsburg Economic Center. The complex will be a massive economic center, covering 100 square kilometers and housing around 2.5 million residents, and producing an estimated 50 billion coronas in revenue yearly, mainly in the financial and technological industries, which are in desperate need of a financial boost as of the current circumstances. However, the project is expected to cost 250 billion coronas and take 10-15 years to complete. The majority of the project's bill will be covered by Amerikaner private companies, although the government has agreed to pay 25 billion Coronas towards the project.

In an act of friendship and cooperation, Tarazedian and Mesian Companies have extended their arms in friendship, volunteering to cover a combined 15% of costs between them. As a sign of gratitude, the governments of each nation will receive 8% of profits yearly for the first 5 years after opening, and companies from said nations will be allowed to move into the center and pay 20% less in tax for the first 25 years of completion. Many see this as the beginning of a long and hopefully prosperous relationship between the Amerikanisch Großreich and the Mesian and Tarazedian Nations, with economic relationships between the three steadily increasing upon the completion of this project.

The Schmidtsburg Economic Center will be constructed using the exact same formula used in Project Eilsanden: filling massive concrete containers with refuse, and using them as a platform to construct the center. The business center will be completed with multiple skyscraper buissness headquarters, and crowned with the Haintzburg Business Tower, set to be the largest in the world, extending 900 meters into the air, making it the dominate feature of the Wießee Area. The Schmidtsburg Economic Center will also rely entirely on renewable energy supplied from the mainland, high tech transport systems, intercity wifi connectivity, and even an automatic waste management system, which will all make it one of the most advanced urban and economic centers in the world.

Amerikanisch Oriental Trading Company Revived, Trade Networks Expanding

History was made yesterday with the revival of the Amerikanisch Oriental Trading Company, an old corporate giant in eastern and oriental trade in Amerika's market for luxury products. Formally holding a monopoly on the trade of eastern products in Amerika's markets, the company ceased operations in 1806, following the burning of the company's fleet and headquarters in Nieuw Amsterdamsburg by the invading Adruvish Army during the Six Month's War, after which the company essentially ceased to exist.

The Amerikanisch Oriental Trading Company, or AOTC, is projected to employ 200,000 individuals, both manning the company's fleet of 150 trading ships, and managing the flow of oriental goods into Amerikanisch Markets. The company will also employ people to crew the fleet's 50 frigates, all of which have been purchased from the national government's stockpile of retired warships. The company has also secured an arms contract with the government, purchasing MAG-16s and C99s to arm it's crews.

The AOTC has already secured multiple agreements with nations such as Osphen, Ismeil and Mes, which will allow Company ships to dock in said nation's ports and interact with the local markets, purchasing luxury goods (such as spices and incense) and selling Amerikanisch products to local markets. In addition the government of Parzal has agreed to allow the company to purchase Parzalian products, in exchange for selling luxury products purchased from Ismeili markets in Parzal.

Several breaking reports coming out of Madam Zalore's cabinet.

Madam Tali Zalore has been hospitalized after an attempted assassination on her life. The assassin attempted to kill Madam Zalore during a speech, who after stabbing her twice on her right forearm and once on her chest, was immediately detained for questioning. After the stabbing, Madam Zalore continued her speech whilst bleeding, which later followed by her being taken away to an undisclosed hospital for treatment. Earlier today she released a statement telling fellow Yottabotans not to worry for her well being as she is making a steady recovery.

The military has been ordered to cease the naval blockade to the nation of Albania and have urged fellow LEN member to end hostilities to the small nation. She has offered a formal apology to the leader of Albania and has offered to lend the nation any help that they may need.

Talks from within the Estate have raised rumors of Yottabota joining the Mesian Commonwealth. Madam Zalore has simply repeated the former message, that we have nothing to worry about and that whatever comes out of these rumors are only for the betterment of Yottabota.

Today marks the creation of the European Space CO-Operation, ESCO, which is a multi-national effort to revitalize the space industry after many nations abandoned their efforts for space faring activity. Director Kallista Helskinsky took today to show around the new Cosmodrome, which ended with the launch of a new form of satellite drone which is aimed to dismantle and break down debris left over of destroyed satellites. A eight more of these drones are scheduled to be launched within the month, and don't be surprised if you see more shooting stars in the night sky than usual. *chuckles*

Prime Minister Announces Declaration of War

Prime Minister Yakov Draslavich has just announced the High Ministry of The Chancellor has come to a unified decision to declare war on the Shimazu Empire. Draslavich made the following press statement.

"Today the High Ministry has reached a mutual consensus to announce a formal declaration of war against the Shimazu Empire. This declaration is being made due to the Shimazu Empire's dangerous, malicious behavior to not only the Mesian Commonwealth but the international community. Being a military superpower and seeing it as our responsibility to ensure the safety of the International community, we can no longer stand aside and watch the Shimazu Empire cause further destruction. With this being said, the Drucezchskian Military plans to act swiftly and efficiently under guidance and command of the Chancellor and Minister of Defense. I'm also here to announce that Drucezchski will be making a valiant effort in clearing the debris caused by the Shimazu satellite attacks to prevent further damage to remaining satellites. Drucezchski has invited numerous nations to help aid this effort, and keep open arms to any support that is given. The Chancellor will be holding a press conference later this week regarding debris removal as well as the war with the Shimazu Empire."

Drucezchski and it's citizens anticipate Shimazu's response, and Drucezchski's first move in the war.

The government of Animie has announced today a massive city port project that will be able to hold 20,000 shipment containers along with 500 cargo ships. All ships will be allowed to dock once this project is finished in 10 years. Once it's done in 10 years the massive city port will host 100,000 jobs and be able to have up to 200,000 people living in the city. The city will be built in the most northern part of Animie and will cost 500 billion dollars which business will be paying for 60% and the government will be paying for 10% which leaves 30% to foreign investors. Any investors should make 2x of what they invested. While the government and homeland companies in total will make about 500 million dollars a year.

The ships will have the look and contents of ships from the Georgian Era, however will have modern Luxuries such as Wifi, Televisions, Radios, Etc.
