The Yottabotan Police are currently investigating the mass disappearances of over 2,000 children from various homes and orphanages. The children were all taken at once, and around 1 or 2AM, and as of now none of the children that have been confirmed missing have any correlation between each other. Several homes had security cameras set up, however at the time of the abduction all cameras suffered from an interference; When it subsided, the children were already gone. Cameras of nearby establishments and street lights all experienced the familiar interference. Madam Zalore has released a statement to the public, saying that the Yottabotan Intelligence Department are working with law enforcement to identify possible motives if a group is responsible for the disappearances. She has yet to declare a state of emergency.

In other news Madam Zalore did extend an open hand of friendship to Chancellor Orlov, the newly established Chancellor of Drucezchski, enlight of the recent coup. Our Prime Minister hopes that the new government will lead to new opportunity between our two nations.

Lastly and tragically, the captain of the UYN Diana, a ship piloted by the Astrakhan Academy for Girls team, has passed away due to injuries beyond treatment. She dies at the age of 17; When asked for a statement, one of her crewmates had this to say:

In other news, National Carpetry day is to be observed in two weeks. Art classes across Osphen has started a unit teaching kids how to create elaborate designed with silk to be hung. Two weeks ago, with the arrival of fresh troops from other sectors of the Egyptian Defense Blocs, the military was able to successfully drive resistance forces out of Tobruk and Benghazi entirely. Chancellor Orlov Instates Economic Embargo Against Grand Adruvain

Chancellor Orlov released a press statement earlier today regarding the recent comments made by Prime Minister of Grand Adruvain, Lord Edward Carlston.

The Chancellor stated;
"To see a presumed ally of our homeland disown us in our greatest time of need with false statements insinuating that the new government of Drucezchski's plans for aggression towards our neighboring nations Yottabota, Hespero-Belkia, and the rest of those in LEN, is greatly inauspicious towards our goal of neutrality. We as a nation have been insulted by the dishonest words of Lord Carlston, and because of this I am very unsettled. In response to the dishonesty of the Prime Minister, and presumed attempt towards irritating the relations between Drucezchski and it's neighboring nations, an economic embargo will be placed on Grand Adruvain. I speak for the government, and people of Drucezchski when I say; 'no man, woman, or child of Drucezchski would ever aim to satisfy the economic needs of such a potentially malicious and blatantly dishonest country'. Major corporations of Drucezchski such as Sukhoi, Gazprom, and Rosneft have stated that they stand by the Chancellor's new decision. Citizens of Drucezchski have taken to the internet to create parody "memes" of Prime Minister Carlston, photoshopping the Minister into saying absurdly false information. This was likely done in response to the false information given by the Minister earlier today in his press release.

In Southern Africa, some 500 men have crossed into the Unclaimed zone between both halves of Adruvish Mozambique, and have asserted Adruvish Control over the whole of Coastal Mozambique without a single bullet fired.

Earlier this week, Prime Minister Carlston announced a Referendum would be held throughout the course of the week, to see if the United Crowns of Grand Adruvain should join the League of European Nations. Throughout the course of the week, both sides, Join and Remain Independent, or simply Remain, have battled throughout the Country, from the Moors of Vaskland to the Industrial Centers of Amuthland, and even in Parliament, with even PM Carlston stating he is in favor of Joining the LEN. Two days ago, the voting began, with the polls showing Northern Vaskland and South Western Amuthland Remaining, while Eastern Amuthland, Southern Vaskland and Lahnberg were in favor of Joining. Two Hours ago however, the Votes had came in, and Remain had 33% of the Votes, while Join had 63% of the Votes and 4% undecided. Blauvaria Joins the Union!

It was confirmed this morning that the Archduchy of Blauvaria will join the Union. Blauvaria, a historically and culturally similar nation to Amerika, is one of the dozen Amerikanisch speaking nations that are located east of the River Donau. The Archduchy has a population of 19,380,000, which made it the second largest of the Amerikanisch Nations, second only to the Amerikanish Realm. The capital of the Blauvarian Nation, Klagenfurt, has historically been a significant industrial and cultural center for the Amerikanisch nations.

At 6:00 am, the First Division of the Imperial Wehrmacht marched into Klagenfurt, peacefully disbanding the Blauvarian Security Forces and raising the Amerikanisch Flag alongside the Blauvarian Flag, to symbolize the Blauvarian people joining the Union. Over the course of the next several years, Wiesbaden am Breigsau will be investing more financial resources into the area, to fuel the economy and build up infrastructure in the region. The Blauvarian Archduke, Ferdinand I von Riese, will remain in his position as the head of Blauvaria, but has agreed to cede his powers to an elected Magistrate Assembly.

Drucezchski joins The Eldenian Commonwealth

Chancellor Orlov has confirmed in a press release that Drucezchski has been accepted into the Eldenian Commonwealth.
He stated regarding the topic,

"It is good to surround yourself with those useful to you, as well as those you can be useful to. However, I believe it is time to suround ourselves with like minded groups as well. I am happy to announce that Drucezchski has joined the Eldenian Commonwealth. Drucezchski's joining of the Commonwealth will not effect the membership of our nation in the TPSTP as well."

Chancellor Orlov is to meet at a later time with MODI-1 to discuss future national initiatives and economic ventures.

Amidst an ever changing landscape of political relationships and deception, a small glimmer of stability and peace was to be found along the Mediterranean today following the conclusion of talks between the heads of state of the Hellenic Commonwealth and the Crown Republic of Osphen. The two states, both of whom share Greek descent, share a common problem that has plagued both nations for decades; their removed status from Europe offers no significant security to their economic or political interests. As a result of this, and with impending threats from all around them, the two Greek states began talks to help strengthen their relationship and ensure that their future was secured against internal and external threats.

Perhaps the most important results of these talks were Trade and Security agreements signed by both nations.

The trade agreement, while not to the extent of other trade relationships to be found around the world, opened up new opportunities for lucky entrepreneurs from both nations who are now finding that the size of their market has nearly doubled in size. Economists from the Hellenic Commonwealth see this as a good opportunity for the Union's flailing economy to grasp at new growth in it's largest sectors, hopefully bringing in much needed relief to a market that has seen little growth over the past few decades.

In order to ensure that this new blooming relationship has the time it needs to grow into what is hoped to be a prosperous new age for the Hellenic nations, the two states have also signed a Mutual Defense Agreement in order to hopefully scare off impending threats who may now see the two as a little bit more than they can afford to handle on their own. The agreement outlines opportunities for the armed forces of both states to cooperate intensely with one another, and increase the readiness of both forces to react to any from of aggression against their homes.

Our top stories of the hour, following the deconstructing of the DMZ along the Drucezchskian border, the R.R.F. have been deployed to cover gaps left behind in the wake of the DMZ's closing. Madam Zalore had no comment to the potential of a preemptive strike from our brother nation, claiming that she had faith in the current powers that control Drucezchski wouldn't want to see our two nations butt heads once again. However, after the news of the deal went out, many Yottabotans took to the street, and violently displaced 250 Drucezchkians from their homes late last night, with two being killed and 15 being injured during a fight at a bar in Volgograd as well as many businesses run by Drucezchkians being vandalized and destroyed. A curfew has been set up in troubled areas, with police deporting any remaining Drucezchkians within Yottabota for their own safety.

In possible related news, Madam Zalore has instituted Protocol Z75, in order to all Yottabotan citizens to pick up ammunition and sandbags at their nearest arsenal. As an additive measure, Madam Zalore has also put the national threat level to Code YELLOW, and has started to combine the naval forces of Yottabota to converge on the Pacific Ocean, off the coast of our Eastern territories.

Madam Zalore's daughter, Aurora Pavlovena, and Admiral to the Mediterranean Fleet, has been sent to Kiev for treatment for pneumonia after going overboard to rescue a fellow crew member. The admiral is expected to make a full recovery, and the fleet will be manned by her deputy-captain.

In other news the Festival of a Million Rounds was demonstrated last night to ring in the new year, with man foreigners coming to join in on the festivities. The festival received it's highest participants since the end of the Three Decade War and many citizens, including those in Sochi, hope that next year will bring in more tourists.

And lastly the 43rd Festival of Tanks is currently in the drafting phase as schools and academies from around Yottabota are selected to represent their school, team and country in skirmishes around Yottabota. This year the Department of Public Works will allow foreign admissions to the festival, and has sent each member of LEN the list of rules and regulations. More on this as the festival continues.

Finally, the Yottabotan armed forces have continued their annexation of Uzbekistan, and have assisted the Oshpenian Military in claiming the remaining portions of Iran, including Tehran. In light of these victories the Yottabotan Government has sold the state of Azerbaijan to Osphen as a token of respect and in return the Oshpenian Government has reduced trade tariffs for our two nations.

Following days of protest outside of government buildings located in both Athens and Izmir, Turkey, government officials of the two Hellenic territories have relented to the demands of their citizens and have called upon the currently Egyptian and Algerian dominated government to hold immediate elections. The response comes amidst widespread concern from both Greek and Turkish citizens regarding their lack of representation in both Parliament and the upper echelons of the Hellenic Commonwealth's governing body. As both nations are relatively new additions to the commonwealth, no governing body outside of their respective lands has held an election to incorporate members from these countries into their ranks.

While it is doubtful that any election will bring widespread change to the makeup of the Commonwealth's Parliament or Executive branches, which are dominated by Salafist and Right-Wing politicians from Egypt and Algeria, the citizens of Greece and Turkey both remain hopeful that their voices will be heard. Should an election be called for by the Prime Minister, something that is almost certain to happen given his recent unfavorable rating among Commonwealth citizens, it will likely take place within the coming months.

In Africa, around 17,000 Colonial Soldiers, were Ordered to march inland to claim more of Mozambique in the name of the Adruvish Empire. In the process, Tribals who had never seen such Weapons, or men with Skin as White, occasionally raided the Adruvish Forces, but were Repelled quickly, and the Adruvish Colonial Troops suffered little casualties. Soon, the Adruvish had marched a fair amount of miles inland, and the Front, had stopped, for a rest.
