I really believe the Composer is a very OP weapon, and must be categorized as a WMD. But, in this concrete case where the oponent just disapeared from the roleplay, i say Go ahead and burn them all!

The Composer is an WMD, and one of two kinds I have. The other is called the Projection Array, which can be used to glass planets, å la Halo: Reach.

Also, Theoretical is basically Transcendent, as according to your scale Halvatia is at the tippy top of everything there is. Also, these portals are small and only allow for humans and small vehicles. NO ships, as they can just warp on demand. Will that happen however, most likely not unless another Transcendent nations arrives and starts to fight us.

It gives you potentially infinite amount of troops that is why there will be no portals.

Yes, According to your scale, I am a Tier 0 nation and a Multiversal power. Also, just because I would have portals, does not mean that I would abuse them. I've been role playing for years, and know that being a god op ass hole doesn't really do well with everyone else. They would be limited and are primarily for returning home. Oh well, if you insist on not having the portals, that is fine. If I need reinforcements, I will find another way.

Non-combatant forces for expansion of the Algric Alpha colony:

3 Colony ships, each containing 15,000 civilians, prefab buildings, components for defensive orbital AA emplacements, components to expand the hardlight shield currently protecting the conlony, and components needed to establish a comm link to the rest of the Ecumene.

Colony ships have no offensive capability.


3 frigates (Security escort. These will return to the Ecumene after their escort mission is complete.)

Oh that's nothing, like one or two months ago I was in an FT RP and there were literally like 20 Star Wars nations trying to join, all using the exact same horsecrap.

This is why originality is important.

When I found Vektra years ago, I loved the Killzone saga and background, and therefore, i created Vektra. Now, it's too late to add new soldier photos, as even my nation name comes from Vekta, a killzone planet.

One day I will change my soldiers, but that will be the day I find nice soldier photos that i think may fit my ideal of Vektran soldier.

Just right now, my fleet is completly outnumbered by the troaet league... Bringing more reinforcements, will be devastating, as even the Space fortress has been interrupted.

And for that rule, if you bring reinforcements, I could bring more war fleets too as reinforcements.

Same here, I started out as a Space Commie instead of the current Space Nazi trope.

My nation started out as an alternate Imperial Japan with anthros. Then I added the Mass Effect and Halo stuff...mainly because that is what I'Mm familiar with and I know the limitations things like Forerunner hull plating or kenetic barriers have.

Yeah. Our nations began as a simple idea, and they evolved in something more original month by month.

From a Helghast nation, to a mix of races, with believes and a point of view totaly diferent from what I began playing in NS.

(Oh yes, now I remember that I began the game as that, 2 months later i changed it to a warhammer 40k nation, and after that, i began mixing multiple ideas and universes to merge them into what Vektra was couple weeks ago (since i again changed how Vektra sees the universe now a couple weeks ago)
