Read through Nazi Europe's main page, there's a url for the current map on it, save a copy. Find where you want and what you think is an appropriate size for you (pretty miniscule since you have a tiny population) and then cover that area up with something (just pick a random color not already present and mostly cover the area) on MSPaint or the likes, then get a copy of that uploaded and send a url link of it to Wiking Nordland.
