The Shadows of Terror
Image
In 1952, The Republic of Senkaria suddenly shifted towards a new system of Government, modeled after the view of President Daemone. The new nation dedicated it's resources to the pursuit of science, technology, trade, and domestic prosperity. However, the nation became secluded. Kept it's distance away from international politics, and went into isolation. They maintained their economy through trade, but strayed away from alliances. Senkaria was born.

In 2005, an election like no other had taken place for the new Chairman position. A man, Noxsidera, ran for office. He pledged to end the corporate corruption and to spread the greatness of Senkaria to the world. He had won the people's heart. He never made any public appearances, but hacked websites and television stations to spread his message. In 2006, Chairman Noxsidera was elected. In 2010, he end The Seclusion Act of 1952 and begun joining alliances, increasing trade partners, expanding scientific achievement, and spreading Senkaria's influence. However, this caused tension in Senkaria. There exists extremists who believe Senkaria is the greatest nation on the planet, and they despise the other nations. They remained mostly quiet, until now.

On February 26th, 2016 The Capital Building that stood for over 300 years was blown to pieces because of a terrorist attack. It killed 80 innocent people and all 60 of the Senate. Aaemon, Noxsidera's brother, is still missing. Chairman Noxsidera, at a Council meeting in United Soviet Jason Republic realized that his nation was beginning to fail and fall into the shadows. Investigations showed that an elite terrorist group of isolationists were behind the attack and they had joined forced with the international Bannerless Brotherhoodl; a powerful terrorist group. Now, tensions rise all over the world as terrorist groups begin to gain power and spread hate. The Utopian Society is slowly falling into shadows, and possibly the world with it.

Disaster in Senka City. Capital Building is attacked.
Written by Courtney Alisha

Earlier this evening, the Capital Building, located in Senka City, erupted in flames as the building was detonated by a bomb. The area surrounding the building has been evacuated and Chairman Noxsidera, from a summit meeting in United Soviet Jason Republic has issued a state of emergency for the nation. Senka City is currently under strict shutdown and everyone has been ordered to locate inside a building. The only statements that have been released is that the Senate was having a scheduled meeting, and they have all been killed in the blast. Chairman Noxsidera's brother, Aaemon, however, has not been found yet, but has been presumed dead until further notice. The Department of Security has begun research who has committed this crime and will be having a full blown investigation. All borders have been closed, and all flights have been canceled for the next 24 hours.

Chairman Noxsidera will be returning to the nation shortly.

More Information on Senka City Terrorist Attack Revealed
Written by Courtney Alisha

The Department of Security has released some more information about the terrorist attack that killed 60 Senate members, and 80 other various people. Chairman Noxsidera's Brother, Aaemon, has not been found and is believed to not have been at the capital building.

The attack was found to be caused by a group of extreme isolationists. Computer files found that the leaders have covered up their tracks well and have not been determined. However, it is confirmed that the terrorist group is made up of isolationists that believe Senkaria is the most powerful nation and have a strong hatred towards other nations. Senkaria also believes that The Bannerless Brotherhood may have a contribution to the attack.

In Other News:
-Chairman Noxsidera will be returning soon and an elite group of special forces will be guarding him.
-Senkaria has officially joined The Ventismarian/Ophion Council
-Trade with Rhodevus has increased
-Senkaria doesn't support the Tamarian seize of Rhodeve ship and says it is more than capable of checking the ships themselves.

Some Background

Senka City, Capital Building

Aaemon walked down the halls of the capital building. They were beautiful and elegant. The floors were a beautiful waxed granite and there were matching pillars as well. The walls were decorated with some of the best art work in Senkaria, many of which were portraits of previous leaders. He stopped and looked at his a painting of his Grandfather. Former President Daemone. He was the last President of the Republic of Senkaria. He revolutionized the nation and made it what it was today. He published a book, modeled after several nations in the world, but he made it his own. He imagined a scientific Utopia. One that was isolated, yet strong and powerful within. He was a brilliant man.

Aaemon was never that brilliant. His brother, Chairman Noxsidera, is another story. He is intelligent, strategic, trustworthy, nice, and powerful. He won the election as Chairman from a bunker. He had found a way to hack the local television channels and would stream his campaign ads. He never met anyone, nor did he attend the debates. He won entirely with his voice. He spoke true patriotism. Senkaria met the world to him. The people meant everything to him. Even today, his health has taken his toll because of his dedication. Senkaria was his child, and Noxsidera was the father it needed.

However, Aaemon feared. He warned him that people would be nervous about him ending the seclusion act of 1952, but he continued. He made the science society internationally public, he opened embassies, and attended summits. Aaemon trusted his brother though. He would do whatever it took to make Senkaria as powerful and amazing as he imagined.

Aaemon opened the door to his brothers office. It was very professional, with an executive look. The floor was finished maple, and the walls were painted black, and most of the furniture was handcrafted. The desk was organized, and the computer was the top of the line. Something caused Aaemon to stop abruptly. There was a man sitting at the desk.

"Who are you?" Aaemon demanded. "Guards! Come here!" He shouted.

"My name is...well my name isn't really important now is it?" The man chuckled to himself and stood up and walked towards him. He was wearing a suit and tie. He had nicely cut hair, and his eyes were brown. However, his face had a very large scar that looked like a burn. He smiled.

"Names are so irrelevant. The only real purpose is to carry an image. Well, I'd rather do that with action rather than words." He raised up a gun towards Aemon who put his hands in the air and shouted.

"Guards!" He yelled.

"Oh, they won't be coming." He grabbed the desktop monitor and turned it to face Aaemon. The screen had a surveillance program that showed all of the guards on duty that time. Dead. Bleeding. Laying on the ground.

"How did-" Aaemon asked before being interrupted.

"Now, that really doesn't matter now does it? There dead. No reason can bring them back." He chuckled before approaching Aaemon.

"But your like your stubborn brother. You need a reason. Curiosity flows through your blood. " He began to walk toward Aaemon and quickly grabbing his neck.

"My name is Drey and I'm not alone." He smiled before grabbing his neck and pushing a pressure point to make him pass out. Suddenly three masked men entered the room, armed with weapons.
One of them spoke up.

"The Senate is downstairs. They just begun the meeting." He stated.

"Good. Are the bombs secure?" Drey asked.

"Yes sir." Another one answered.

"Good. Today will be the beginning of a great era my friends. When historians talked about my rule and the Supremacy of Senkaria, they will say it began today." He smiled. They all left. The screen on the computer began to countdown from 5 minutes. The Senate didn't know. The maintence didn't know. No one in the building knew except Aaemon, and he lay on the ground, fast asleep.

The building exploded.

Any other information you think I should include let me know and I'll update it.

OOC: This thread is focused on the Senkarian Terrorist struggles, but I've titled it The Shadows of Terror for the sole purpose of anyone wanting to post about terrorist struggles in their nation. At the moment, my terrorist group is partnered with The Bannered Brotherhood; an international organization. As a result there can be terrorist attacks happening all over the world because the isolationists of Senkaria hate the other nations. I'll be posting stories mostly revolved around Chairman Noxsidera and will go more into depth about his history and stuff. If you want to post news articles pertaining to terrorism or any conflicts that can be related to the thread, feel free to post here. I'm hoping this thread will last awhile. There is no real agenda and can go on for however long needed. It is Modern Technology based, but you can have flashbacks that could go into some past technology. All General Roleplaying rules apply. No god modding, meta gaming, and all that stuff. It ruins RPS.

Have fun my friends.

Military Base Airstrip

Chairman Noxsidera sat in his seat and gazed outside the window of his private plane deep in thought. His mind had been scattered ever since he found out about the bombing. The plane began to shake as it began to lower altitude and the speaker turned on to inform him that we were about to land at the private airport. The skies were gloomy and a slight sprinkle of rain had begun to fall. Spring had already begun and the snow was beginning to melt. He didn't appreciate the irony. Nature was beginning to be reborn from the cold shadows of winter. Senkaria was diving straight into the shadows.

His safety was put into priority by the military. He didn't like that. The priority should be to find the monsters who were behind the terrorist attack. His dear friend, now taken by the name 'The General' convinced him that he was the next terrorist attack and that the Chairman had to be protected at all costs. The Black Ravens were stationed at the landing strip to meet him. Then he would be escorted to a military facility where he would stay hidden.

"How am I supposed to lead my people to safety behind walls?" He commented to himself. He didn't like the idea of being hidden.

The Black Ravens were one of Senkaria's most elite special operations units. They were sent on the most dangerous missions and were like gods. A Black Raven didn't die easily. They would be the safest unit to guard the Chairman.

A lightning struck the sky as the rain began to rain harder. It wasn't long until the plane had hit the landing strip and came to a halt. He grabbed his suitcase and awaited on the plane for the clear. Two of the soldiers came onboard the plane.

"Area is secure Chairman, The General is waiting for you outside and we will then escort you to Area 692b." The man said robotically. Noxsidera nodded and stood up as he was escorted outside.

Outside, the rain was starting to get worse, but was still light. On both sides of him were two lines of soldiers, fully armed, and staring blankly at the surroundings as they were on god. In the center, was The General who was in military stance. Noxsidera smiled.

"Stand down my friend." He said to The General.
"I wish I could, but times are dark right now Chairman. Come, and we'll escort you to the base." He said and turned around. "Men! Formation!" The two lines converged into files of two and went into marching formation. Half of them didn't.

"Men! I said Formation!" The General yelled. The other group of soldiers raised their weapons at the men not obeying. Chairman clutched his suitcase.

One of them men spoke up. "You don't command The Utopian Society anymore." He raised his weapon.

"GUARD THE CHAIRMAN!" The General yelled before he was shot with several bullets. All of the soldiers raised their weapons toward each other and begun firing. Two bullets found their way to Noxsidera's chest and he gasped and jumped backward gagging on the ground. Two of the loyal soldiers grabbed him.

"Chairman! Quick, we must get you to safety!" They yelled, but barely audible for Noxsidera's ears had popped from the gun shots. They pulled him behind the plane and put their guns into formation around the wheels of the plane and begun firing at the soldiers.

"Command, repeat, there has been a mutiny we need back up immediately. Repeat the General is down and Chairman is injured. We need back up!" One of the men yelled before firing some more.

Chairman Noxsidera suddenly became dizzy as everything turned into a blur. The sounds got quieter and he felt his head becoming heavy.

"Chairman, stay in there, help is one the way. Chairman? Chairman!" The other one yelled.

Chairman Noxsidera blacked out.

OOC: Okay, now time to post. Just imagine it takes place after Senkaria's news post

"Your highness, you must listen to me. It's not safe to be-" Queen Diana lifted her hand to quiet Mike Anthony, her high-pitched voice assistant, as she walked towards the Imperial Palace's Senate. "I understand that the Brotherhood is working with those people in Senkaria. I understand that they bombed their government building." She continued walking, as if that answered her question. Anthony paused for a moment, raking through his brain for some excuse to stop her from entering the building. He had read too many reports and news articles about the bombings and kidnapping in Senkaria to not fear for his boss's life. He looked up to see her farther ahead of him, so he sprinted up to her. "But you highness, I saw the video message. They said they were going to bomb the Palace if the senate convened on the topic of Senkaria."

Queen Diana breathed out and rolled her eyes, "I should not have taken you into the conference hall for that call. We get one of those about once a month. And the Palace is still standing it has been since the 1730s. That is not changing anytime soon." Diana opened the main door to the central building of the palace. She showed her ID to the guard, who promptly saluted her and opened a side entrance, allowing her to pass through civilian security. Mike Anthony fell in step behind her as they reached the senate main chamber; a room big enough to hold 115 senators, advisory staff, note-takers and a massive 3,000 year old tree which stood in the front of room, behind where the Queen herself would be seating.

The entire hall, or more to the point, the entire palace was built around the ancient tree, which had taken a mystical element to the Native Rhodevans who lived in Rhodevus centuries upon centuries before any colonists first reached the shores of the country. Control of the tree was deemed equivalent to control over the island chain. Only the strongest of the tribes were allowed to hold control over the area surrounded by the tree, given the privilege by the High Elders. The last meeting the high elders ever held gave the control of the tree over to the new Republic of Rhodevus for all time, unless the people of the land (the natives) were unfairly treated. It held much more symbolism than just that, but it brought a sense of peace and calm to whoever looked at its mighty trunk.

"So," Queen Diana began. "let us begin? Our last session on Tamaria has concluded, and we discussed bringing up the topic of Senkaria. Especially with what has happened only a short while ago, I feel that this topic is very important to today's meeting. Seconders?"
She looked around the room and saw four people raise their hands. "Thirders?" She asked. A few more raised their hands. "It is settled then. Just to keep you all in the loop, security has been increased for today's session on account of a Brotherhood threat..."

The meeting progressed for three hours, with a short break called in the middle and another two hours to bring the entire Senate into a consensus. Having most of the senate agree on anything was challenging enough for Diana, but this was most of her job. It would have been much easier to choose the senators herself, but in a representative monarchy like Rhodevus, all senators were voted into office by the people. Lucily enough for her, their was a recent election, which gave a large minority of control of the senate to the Liberal party, and their major opposition to the conservatives. She looked at the small table in front of her, seeing all the colours, each box representing a single person and their seat, while their colours representing their party. 44 seats to the Red Liberals, 31 to the Blue Conservatives, 17 to the Green Environmentalists, 11 to the Purple Royalists, 3 to the Yellow Imperialists, and 16 to the Grey independents.

After a full day, it was finally agreed that no action would be taken in Senkaria yet, until confirmation was made that the Brotherhood was working with the Senkarian Rebels, or the situation with the missing Chancellor grew more dire. If either case happened, it would be up to Diana to choose the course of action. Diana stood up and stretched lazily. "See Mike? Nothing happened. Just an average meeting." She said to her worried assistant.

Upon leaving the Senate chamber, Diana decided to take the long way out, around the back of the building, maybe to meet some people on tours. Their were more guards circling on area than anywhere else, all carrying their large machine guns, with an array of knives on their belt. "What is going on here?" She asked. The guard turned around, "Sorry ma'am. You were in a meeting, we did not wish to disturb you.." He moved to the side, where seven dead bodies lay. Each person carried a small pistol, and a deactivated suicide vest. There looked to be enough firepower to easily damage the foundations of the senate building. Each had a small tattoo on their lower wrists, previously covered by black gloves. The Skull and Golden Sun of the Bannerless Brotherhood...

Chairman Noxsidera Missing. The General killed.
Written by Courtney Alisha

Earlier this morning, The Chairman returned to Senkaria after his meeting at United Soviet Jason Republic. The Black Ravens, an elite special operations task force was waiting to guard the Chairman and The General. However, half of them went rogue and shot The General, killing him, and attacking the other soldiers. Reinforcements arrived quickly, but entered the scene which only possesses the corpses of 13 soldiers and The General. Chairman Noxsidera and the rogue soldiers were nowhere to be found.

A New General has been assigned and has made finding Chairman Noxsidera the military's top priority. The Council of Elders has been put in charge of Senkaria until then and will be meeting shortly on t what should be done about the recent events.

To: The Council of Elders of Senkaria
From: Gaultier Tristan Durand, Prémier of d'Fleuves
Subject: Assessment of the situation in Senkaria
Date: 1st of March

The nation of d'Fleuves send their condolences to Senkaria on the recent loss in the mutiny and we hope to hear only good news on the ongoing search for the country's chairman and leader. The parlement of d'Fleuves has already previously expressed concerns over the unstable political situation in Senkaria, especially with many opportunities for domestic terror threats at home, in d'Fleuves and thus the situation has led me and the chief of defense to meet and assess the situation in Senkaria and gather any help we can offer.

The parlement of d'Fleuves has voted last week on stricter border-control on Senkarian citizens, although I personally voted against and expressed concerns over rising xenophobia in our nation but although most of the parlement might want to tackle the issue by isolating ourselves from it, me and the chief of defense have decided to take an approach to aid Senkaria.

The d'Fleuvien counter-terrorism unit FDOS(Forces d'Opérations Spéciales) will be made available to Senkaria and on your approval will be sent under Senkaria's orders.

In addition we might be able to divert a special investigation team to help find Chairman Noxsidera and bring him safely home.

Bourge Port, d'Fleuves
0300 hours, March 2nd

Bourge's port was the largest in d'Fleuves, working with as much as 80% of d'Fleuves imports and exports, it was one of the largest ports in Ventismar working all day and night, every day of the week, truly a productive milestone in the d'Fleuvien economy. The lights shone bright on the ships as the cranes moved their containers on land but among the shadows the security fence that has begun rusting was torn apart and broken. A group of six men, all dressed in complete black armed with assault rifles and professional arms dashed through the warehouses in the port.

d'Fleuves long had issues with domestic terrorism especially in the Ripuarian States were local nationalists would often hold protests and demonstrations of national pride. The Armee Revolutionnaire(A.R.) was founded in 1963 as a union between the Ripuarier Front(R.F.) and the Nouveau Armeé(N.A.) and several smaller militia groups based in southern d'Fleuves since they have seeked common political status for the Ripuarian and Coriartiri people living in southern d'Fleuves, Although the A.R. had different goals, not only to establish the nationalities but also to weaken the idea of a d'Fleuvien nationality that has driven hate against itself for so long and especially towards the government, a government that calls itself Conservative yet allows immigration to take away nationalities and replace them with inferior ones and a government which cuts on education and basic needs for the people.

The group of six A.R. members have reached the office compound of the port, taking positions, kicking the door and moving in quickly silently eliminating the security guard and the janitor which just been so unlucky and passed by, moving up the stairs they began splitting up each on taking care of a different floors and then the silence of the night and the black darkness has vanished.

"Everyone put your hands up, and do as I say!"

Guns shots were heard across the entire port, the office workers, the executives of the port were all rounded up in the office compound, taken to the top floor into the relaxation room and tied together.

"No one say a word, no one move or else one of you is going to die.
Listen inferior rats, if you want to get through this, don't talk, don't move, just sit relaxed."

Police stations all around Brouge were alerted of gunshots heard in the port area and at least thirty police cars were scrambled to move in, all personal in the port were evacuated and all work has stopped. Within thirty minutes the port area was closed off completely and out of order, with police surrounding it, no one dared even get close to the office building where the hostages were held. FDOS was called and was in position within ten minutes of the call, snipers secured the entire radius of a few kilometres around the port and a hostage situation room was established in a nearby building.

March 2nd, 0412 hours, in the morning d'Fleuves is going to wake up to a world they never imagined.
Human, not Humane

Felsina (FE), Felsinean Valley

"Terrorist attack brings D'Fleuves to its knees. Bourge Port in terrorists' hands". That was the tone of the news all channels broadcasted in the hours preceding the dawn, a terrible awakening for many, in a few moments the surreal atmosphere experienced in far away Senkaria materialized a few kilometers from home, the ventismarian francophone country of D'Fleuves surrounded Felsinean Valley alongside all the lenght of its land borders, and Bourge wasn't even 100 kilometers far from the border with the closest Felsinean municipality, the town of Blanchatre. Clearly the wave of panic that would overwhelm Lieuvremont would affect Felsina and surroundings as well, the mountain chain of the Horns, or Terrines Mountains, as D'Fleuviens call them, couldn't be a reassuring protection for such a threat, in fact the magnificent views among the hills from where you could glimpse the sea to the south now seemed disturbing images of an unsafe place. While most of the population was still sleeping, police was already at work to identify as quickly as possible any possible threat on Felsinean land and arrange extraordinary security measures at the customs, awaiting to understand who those terrorists were, and which could be their final goals

Eikenbos (LE), Felsinean Valley

Among the first to wake up that morning were the inhabitants from Eikenbos, the nearest town to one of the two most trafficked motorway passes of the whole Horns chain: waiting for the formal suspension of the free circulation treaties in effect between D'Fleuves and Felsinean Valley, police forces rushed with sirens wailing (to the delight of the sleepy residents) to establish a checkpoint few hundred meters from the customs. Despite the hour, the inspection operations rapidly caused the formation of a long queue stretching for a notable section of the Tunnel du Hachon. Meanwhile, on the other side of the tunnel, security forces were at the minimum: all the available men were sent downstream to handle the chaos in Bourge

Jamestown
Briefing Room
USJR

The room was full of people. Sitting along the oak wood table were several staffers of high military and intelligence rankings. All of them wore their uniforms, and stood up straight in their seats. Their backs rested on black leather office chairs. Most of those had either a computer, tablet computer or pen and paper in front of them. The surroundings in the room were difficult to make up, as the entire room was mostly dark in order to make sure the light from the large monitors that lined the walls were not disturbed. Besides for the harsh LED glow of the electronics, the only light source came from directly above the table. The mood was clearly grim.
On the view screens several maps and photos were being shown. On the large map on the center of the room, the 3rd and 4th People Republican Army Cores were displayed with a series of icons marking out battalions and air strips. The entire image was being updated live with the status of each battalion and core. Each of the two cores were responsible for the boarder along Senkaria. For most of the country’s sixteen-year history, it was a quite boarder. But today was not like all the others. To the right of the monitor, there was a newsfeed which received live updates from the Ministry of Intelligence, coupled by a map of Senkaria. Known military positions and instillations were marked out in blue. The boarder with the USJR, along with all other USJR units, were marked in red. Each icon, if selected, would give a computer generated brief on the makeup of the units in that group.
To the left of the screen, an image of the Senka airport was shown. The image was taken roughly a quarter hour ago. It was clear that something bad had happened. If one looked closely enough, there were military and civilian cop cards surrounding the facility.
From his seat, Intelligence Commander Albert was giving a brief on the known situation to those in the room. Then the side room doors opened. All of the officers in the room promptly stood up and buttoned their jackets, if they were wearing one. “Mr. President,” they said almost in unison. It was clear the President was annoyed. His suit was still the same one from the summit. He still wore the USJR pin.
“Please, sit down,” the man said, walking over to his seat and taking it. “What are the current whereabouts of the Chairmen?” Commander Albert took his seat again before speaking.
“At this time we have no intelligence on the location or condition of the Chairmen. What we do know now Mr. President is that several elements of the Senkarian military have gone rouge. It is the advice of the intelligence agency that we do not take the word of Senkarian generals without a grain of salt, sir.” The President did not look happy. He had just seen the man, and now he could be dead!
“What are our options.”
“The third and fourth PRACs have responded to their ready orders and at this time we have the ability to move several forces into the Senkarian boarder, if needed,” General Io spoke at once. “We have also taken the liberty to ready the Special Task Force and flown them to Halvton Base. The Senkarian Straight fleet has been given a general alert order and tasked with intercepting any warships that attempt to enter our waters. Any Senkarian fighters or bombers that fly into the USJR without approval will result in the scrambling of 3rd and 4th PRAC fighters, Mr. President.”
The man finished, and Mortimer took in the information. “Have we received any word from the Senkarian Government?”
“No,” Isaac Leon replied back. “We have not heard from their government. However we have had time to look over the briefs from the international community. We have not seen anyone else responding with military force yet.” Now the President looked pissed.
“Gentlemen, I wanted several options at my disposal and I wanted it an hour ago. What the frack can we do to prevent Senkaria from becoming Rezua?” The room was silent.
“Sir, we can enter Senkaria with the PRACs and attempt to stabilize the country.” The Chief commented. The President grimaced.
“I want a real plan and I want it in two hours. Real plans people. In the mean time we will not comment publically on the matter. However I do want the USA SC to assemble if the situation continues to worsen. Now Robert, give me my damned tea.”

The Chamber, Senkaria

The Chambers were an ancient ruins of Senkaria. The tunnel systems were built hundreds of years ago during the first revolution of Senkaria. Ever since then it has been refurbished into an underground Government headquarters. It's location is only available to the top Government officials, and has always been the meeting place of the Elders. The Council of Elders is a group of 12 elected members of the 12 regions. Their positions have no term limit and often are some of the oldest and wisest of the politicians. They offer council to the Chairman and give advice. They also represent the cultural aspect of Senkaria and are responsible for making the system function accordingly, such as elections. In case of emergency, The Council of Elders can replace the Senate, but has never happened until now.

The twelve members had assembled into the room. The youngest member was 49 years old. Everyone else was well into their 60s and 70s which was normal. They had gathered the moment the senate was killed, but now they were informed that the Chairman was missing and possibly dead. The elected spokesperson of the council spoke up.

"As of an hour ago, Chairman Noxsidera was officially declared missing along with the traitors of The Black Ravens, whose atrocities will be met with extreme force. We've received messages and intelligence from across the globe. Rhodevus senate has declared that they will not intervene unless the Bannerless brotherhood is officially linked to the terrorist attacks that have taken place. d'Fleuves Has sent us a message that their counter terrorism FDOS is available if we so need it, but have enforced stricter border control on Senkarian citizens and-" said Drox before being interrupted.

"Stricter control on Senkarians!? Don't they realize that will only give more fuel to the isolationists? The Bannerless Brotherhood is more of an enemy to them than the Senkarian isolationists who get their power from them? The isolationists will view this as proof of their allegations and when d'Fleuves gets attacked by terrorists the blame will go to us! Nonsense." Said Alex, he was one of the most difficult and angry member of the council.

"Exactly the point I was going to make Alex. Allowing their FDOS to enter Senkaria under the actions they have already made will increase domestic tension. As of now, we should not ask the FDOS to aid in the current terrorism methods until we get a better understanding of the situation. All who favor this stance say 'I'" Drox announced.

"I" said everyone in then chamber. Another member, by the name of Christopher stood up and spoke.

"I have also gathered intelligence that Zanera plans on deploying their military and plan on making a direct impact on the tensions here once they eliminate the Technophobes of their nations, which wouldn't surprise me if also had a tie with The Bannerless Brotherhood. Although, what is interesting is that Rhodevus is willing to help Zanera with their terrorists, but has yet to make an official stance on ours." Christopher said worriedly.

"It is possible that Rhodevus is simply using Zanera as a tool to get involved in Senkaria. We trade with Rhodevus extensively and this conflict has the potential to harm those relations." Said Drox.

"Nonsense! The Technophobes have already been linked to the Bannerless Brotherhood which is precisely the reason for their involvement." Said Alex.

"Well, since there is nothing we can do as of yet, I say we dismiss this current issue until more information is available." Said Drae. He had full intent on keeping control of the council.

"Now then, we have kept the USJR mostly in the dark about the issues surrounding this nation. They are probably without doubt questioning if they can trust our military after the recent attack. I know I wouldn't." He said solemnly. He took a deep breath.

"What do you propose?" Asked Alex curiously.

"I propose we send them as much information we know. Anything we decide let them know first. All legislation. Locations of military units. Open the window and let them see. We need them. Chairman Noxsidera trusted them...The Chairman-." He stopped abruptly closing his eyes.

"We are in charge now, until the Chairman is found, we are the only people who can guide this nation to greatness. Chairman Noxsidera had faith in many of these nations and I don't think his faith is corrupted. We should be focusing all our efforts in finding him. I've spoken to The Senkarian Space Agency and we will have satellites scanning as many areas as we can to find them. This may be like hunting the needle in the haystack, but we must find him."

The room was silent.

"He is our only hope."

Top Secret Facility
Chairman Noxsidera moaned as he slipped in and out of consciousness.

""Command, repeat, there has been a mutiny we need back up immediately. Repeat the General is down and Chairman is injured. We need back up!"

He coughed and moved his head around. He heard beeping.

"Chairman, stay in there, help is one the way. Chairman? Chairman!"

That's all he remembered.

The Chairman awoke in a hospital room. He gazed around to absorb his surroundings. He looked at his vitals and noticed they were a little elevated. He tried to sit up but felt an immense pain in his chest. He looked down to see bandages and he remembered being shot. He groaned in pain. A nurse walked in.

"Hello Chairman, you're finally awake. You had us scared for a second there. We weren't sure if you'd make it." She smiled as approaching him.

"Where. Where am I?" Noxsidera asked.

"You don't know? Oh you poor thing. It is normal to suffer memory loss after such trauma. Let me add some more morphine, you look in pain." She smiled, but Noxsidera had no memory of this place.

"Anyways, you are at area 692b. This is the hospital wing." She stated while checking his vitals.

"The General-"He whimpered.

"I'm so sorry. We did everything we could, but he didn't survive. A new General has been appointed and is helping the Council of Elders while you heal." She said.

"What? No. I need to see them! I must govern my people! They need me." He yelled while trying to get up, but he fell back, unable to sit up. Tears began to fell down his face. "They need me."

The nurse gently stroked his cheek. "It's going to be okay." She stood up and left the room and closed the door behind her.

"Does he suspect anything?" A man said.

"Not a thing. He believes he's at Area 692b as you wanted. He is a bit emotional about not being able to leave though. You predicted that correctly sir." She said in a much more professional tone.

"Good. We want him alive and well." He began to walk away.

"Sir, what if he finds out?" She asked with concern. "He's a smart man."

"Then we'll do what we must." He said before leaving the building.

He walked out side and felt the warm breeze of the island and smiled. A soldier approached him; a former member of The Black Ravens.

"Sir, we received word from our inside man at The Senkarian Space Agency. He was able to edit the satellite images. They will not be able to trace our movements to this island. Especially this far south. They'll never suspect it." The soldier stated.

"Good. Everything is going as planned. The sooner the world thinks he is dead, the better. The Council can rule as long as they want, but eventually they'll have to hold Chairman elections." He smiled.

"You'd make an excellent Chairman, Drey sir." The soldier stated before saluting and leaving.

Drey stood there and gazed at the ocean with an evil smile on his face. There was still much work to do.

Rhodevus

Ymira's new office was a nice little room on the second floor of the Rhodeve Palace. In all honesty, it was not really fitting for an Empress. It was half the size of her office, had one window, and was a nearly forgotten room. But that's why Ymira chose it, she did not want to try and command rank in Rhodevus. She picked a room that would not cause trouble.

Ymira sighed as she ended another phone call from Rezua. To think that she'd be working like this until she returned home. But what was home? Where you were born? Or where your family was? Ymira thought of her wife and smiled. To her, home could be anywhere as long as Sierra was with her. The little house Sierra and Ymira shared was just like Ymira's office, out of the way and quiet.

Ymira took off her gold wedding band in order to look at the inside. The exterior of the ring was a simple gold color, on the inside was elven writing of Middle-Sunalaya. Sierra had the writing engraved into Ymira's ring. Sierra had no clue was it meant but had gotten the idea from seeing pictures of similar rings. Ymira chuckled when she thought of how sweet it had been for Sierra to do that for her.

Ymira slid her ring back on her finder and opened her laptop. The Councils wanted to know what Rezua was going to do about Senkaria. Ymira never met the Chairman, and from what she heard, he was pretty pissed he'd never met her. That might mean that he was open to working with Rezua, a good sign.

Suddenly, a Rhodeve guard burst into her office. "Sorry to disturb you ma'am but there's been a problem. The Bannerless Brothers are attacking! I must get you to safety." Ymira unlocked her bottom part of her desk to remove her pistol. She grabbed her laptop and shoved it into a bag. "Where are we going?" The guard waved down the hall, toward a safe room and the two took off.

Once they reached a room the guard said "You go in, I'll watch for any attackers." Ymira opened the door to come face-to-face with 4 armed individuals. Ymira sensed the trap and grabbed the man behind her, held the pistol to his head and said "I'm not going in here." The men laughed and raised their weapons. One said in Revon"You either get in here, or we splatter your blood across the walls." Ymira's heart skipped a beat, Tsarists. Ymira lowered her pistol, but at the last second, shot her hostage in the knee, kicked him in front of her and ran down the hall.

She ran at full speed down the hall as assault rifle bullets whizzed past her head. Ymira jumped down the elaborate staircase and landed, painfully, on her side. A surprised tour guide looked at her questioningly, but jumped when he saw the armed men walking down the stairs. Ymira rolled onto her back, aimed at a chandelier and fired. It collapsed onto three of the men coming at her, but one escaped, dropping his rifle in the process. Ymira raised her gun at him, but he lunged into her, knocking aside the gun, and punched her in the face three times. Blood poured from her nose and she cursed angrily. She kneed the man between the legs, pushed him off and grabbed a decorative sword off the the wall. He dove for her gun but she slashed his arm, leaving a big gash in it. The man grabbed his large knife and spat at Ymira.

Ymira laughed suddenly "You have know idea how this weapon feels in my hands. A gun was something I learned to use for the war, this has been what I've used my whole life." It wasn't a secret that Ymira had been a master at national fencing and dueling tournaments before she'd become Empress. The man sneered "You have no idea how many people I've killed with this knife." He gave a yell and dove at her. Ymira spun and swung her sword, but it smashed into her attacker's knife. Ymira had to be sure to get him before he got too close, otherwise he'd be able to stab her and her sword would not be able to get him.

Ymira smiled at the tour and said "Please find someplace safe to hide." Then she blocked a swing from her attacker. He tired to kick her knee but she stepped back. She swung the sword left but then cleaved right and drove the blade into her attacker's shoulder. The man grabbed the blade, held it so she couldn't yank the blade free, and punched forward with his knife. Ymira released her sword and jumped back to avoid the stab. But in the process she slipped over some blood and fell near the chandelier.

Her attacker pulled out the sword and held up his knife "Not so fancy when you're in real battle are you?" He raised the blades over Ymira, but she hurled a fist full of glass into his face and eyes. As he screamed and stumbled back, she kicked his stomach, grabbed her sword and slashed his knees. The man crumbled to the ground and Ymira inhaled deeply.

Ymira looked behind her to see a squad of Rhodeve guards and raised her sword at them. They could not say anything, just shocked but the fought they'd witnessed. "Um...we're here to protect you...ma'am." one stuttered. Ymira smiled "You're a wee bit late lads. I just handled them myself." Ymira looked at the chandelier and said "I apologize about this, I'll have it replaced immediately." She turned to leave and said "And restrain those men I disabled. Thanks."

Ymira walked down the hall and bumped into Dianna. She still held the bloody sword, had blood running down her face and her hair was all messed up. "Oh, hey, Dianna! The craziest thing just happened to me." Ymira rested the sword across her shoulders and said "We've really got to talk about this whole Senkaria thing."

Jamestown
Briefing Room
USJR

The President came down from the Palace. Upon entering the room all the generals promptly stood up. The man waved them back down, and the group took their seats The view screens were the same as before, with only the finer details on the screen being changed. Status updates were still coming in live from the Ministry of Intelligence. President Grimpen Mortimer looked at the notes in front of him. On a new screen brought in he could see a map of Senkaria with military units, in detail, described. He had been told thirty minutes ago that the Senkarians had 'given them' the status of their entire army. The President, and intelligence ministry, took it with a grain of salt. He reached for his glasses and put them on. "Lets cover Operation Darrin first," he said, reaching for the vanilla folder with the name printed on top. General Io cleared his voice.

"Operation Darrin is the first of three operations we have proposed for address the ongoing crisis in Senkaria. In the details of the operation this calls for the mobilization of the 4th and 3rd PRACs on limited grounds, with an estimate of nearly half a million men being involved in the first operation, not including and air support or naval operations." The President kept a straight face. "The objectives of Operation Darrin are to secure Senkarian military assets on the boarder if they fail to surrender to USJR forces, or cooperate with the Republican Army. This operation will expand our current options at the time."

"What is the potential diplomatic fallout?"

"Sir," Isaac Leon began, "Any aggressive incursion into Senkarian territory may be viewed as an act of war, and will no doubt bolster those who seek to bring Senkaria back into isolation. It will greatly escalate the situation and increase the risk of future misunderstandings."

"What is the time table for this Op?"

Within the next twelve hours after signing the order the first elements of Operation Darrin would be making their way into Senkarian territory, Mister President," Io replied at once.

The man closed the folder. "Our second plan?"

"Operation Barclay calls for the preparation of the USJR 4th and 3rd Army Cores for a general advance into Senkaria, aided with naval task forces and the use of air craft to secure or eliminate rouge agents of the Senkarian military. The general advance would be described as a movement to secure the country and restore the current-"

"Are you fracking kidding me? I am not starting a war over this! What are we going to do? Occupy Senkaria? No." General Albert, who was reading the plan, recoiled a bit. Everyone in the room closed the folder and reached for the third option.

"Operation Basil," General Io began again, "Brings the Special Task Force into combat readiness alert. If the location of the Chairmen is found, or the headquarters of persons responsible for the operation, the men will be tasked in stealth aircraft to retrieve or eliminate the target."

"So until we find these targets what do we do?"

"We wait, sir."

"Get me on the phone with whoever is in god damn control of Senkaria, and I want this call soon. I will be in the office." The President rose from his seat. "Get me a better plan, people. And a colb salad."

Senka City: 2005

The morning was cold and windy. There was a fresh patch of snow on the ground and the smell of winter was in the air. Noxsidera was wearing his coat and was walking down the streets. He was heading to breakfast where he would meet an old friend of his. Before crossing the street he turned around to a woman crying. She was nestled in one of the alleys and was shivering and in tears. Noxsidera approached her.

"What's wrong? Are you okay?" He asked with a concerning tone.

"My husband. They took him. The Secret Police. He spoke out of line and they took him. I... I went to investigate, but my boss at Corporate took my job and my house. I lost everything!" She was crying even heavier now.

"Here. Take this money. Buy yourself a hot breakfast and go buy yourself a nice dress. I'll meet you in front of Draenox Inc. I have a friend there who might give you a job interview." He said with a smile.

"God bless you. What is your name?" She asked.

"Noxsidera. Now hurry, we wouldn't want you to catch a cold." He said and she scurried away to the first diner she found.

Noxsidera smiled and walked into a different restaurant. The waiter took him to a back room that was private and more secluded. His friend was sitting at a booth and looked up and smiled.

"If it isn't my dear old friend. Noxsidera how are you?" The man declared. He was full in military uniform, but hugged Noxsidera without any concern over his professionalism. Noxsidera smiled.

"General, it is nice to see you again." Noxsidera smiled. General's name used to be Lucas, but all inducted Generals of Senkaria abandon their old identity; along with their name. It was tradition.

A hour or so later, after they finished eating, General took a deep breath and looked into Noxsidera's eyes.

"The Chairman is sick. It will be a matter of time before he passes away. The poor old man has lived a long life, but his days are near an end. That is precisely why I decided to speak with you. There is no question that this nation has gone into chaos. Poverty levels are rising the corporate greed is beyond imaginable and the government supports it! It's time we changed the direction of this nation with someone fresh with ideas. Someone who cares about the average joe. I think you should run for Chairman." He said. Noxsidera nearly spit out his coffee.

The truth is, Noxsidera had always wanted to become Chairman but he was also a realist. The corruption was too large. If Noxsidera was successful then he would be assassinated.

"I'm...hardly qualified General. Do they know you're talking to me about this?" He asked.

"No. I told headquarters I was simply going to breakfast. You are the only qualified person I can imagine. You have what it takes to bring this nation to greatness friend. I would help you every step of the way." The General said professionally but with emotion and support.

"The last revolutionary who ran..." Noxsidera trailed off.

"You won't die. I won't let you. We've been friends ever since we were kids! You think I'd let anything happen? I know you want this. You were destined for this. What do you say?" He asked.

Noxsidera paused and smiled. "I'll do it."

The General stood up and patted him on the shoulder. "You'll win my friend and you'll live till your old just like the last old coot. You have my word."

Amber Island Hospital: 2016

Bullets were flying all over the place. Chairman Noxsidera had dropped the suitcase he had been clutching. He watched as the General got shot in the chest. "Protect the Chairman!" Were his last words.

Chairman Noxsidera screamed as he woke up in the hospital room. The nurse came running in.

"Chairman, are you okay?" She said with worry in her voice.

"Yes. It was just a dream." He said. "I'm fine. Go take a break. I'll be fine." He smiled.

The nurse left the room. Chairman Noxsidera stayed in the dark room. Alone. With just his thoughts.

Tambinian Intelligence Divison
Location:Unknown
3 days before the terrorist attacks in Senkaria

A group of Tambinia's top generals are sitting in a room tied to their chairs with black bags over their heads. The bags are removed to see a man in a tie sitting on the end the long metallic tabld they are sitting on. "Mr. Danse let me just go on record in saying that constantly bagging us just for these secret meetings are getting annoying," General Maxis "Rogue" (last name classified) head of the U.N.T.F. "Well im sorry general but the T.I.D. takes this seriously, its just compensation for a libertarian based country."

*Mr. Danse clears his throat.*

"Gentlemen as of now nobody knows we exist. Our group has made itself unknown to every single nation for the last 100 years. Not even President Salvatõr or anyone in our government knows about us." "Infact not even the Central Tambinia Intelligence Services know about us, and they are what everyone thinks is our secret intelligence agency." "You are the only 4 men in existence that know of us, that arent affiliated." "Even then, you all know that if your brain tries to speak it, your body will force itself to sleep."

"Alright alright get to the point, your sounding like some stupid highschooler bragging about his new car." Said General Maxis

"The point is at around 2 hours ago our moles in the Bannerless Brotherhood found information of planned attacks on several nations. We also found out that they are planning to support a Senkarian Terrorist group with isolationist beliefs."

"WE NEED TO GET ON THIS ASAP THEN!" Maxis blurts out. His dominance once again showing over the other generals.

"GENERAL...please...sit..."

*Maxis takes his seat in curiosity."

"We were preparing to tell you so that you can send this information until we got...this."

A giant message is spread across the board in front of the generals on a tv screen.

"Attention current leader of the T.I.D you cannot hide forever. Stay out of this, and your secrecy is safe. If information is sent to Senkaria. We will reveal you, and we will kill...every...one."

The screen goes black

"Gentlemen...we have a problem."

[RESCIND OF A RP-UNRELATED STORY]

TO: USJR
FROM: The Technocratic State of Zanera
ENCRYPTION: HIGH

The TS would like to initiate a joint intelligence mission with the USJR to find the CM of Senkaria. The TS would like to set up a link to the Senkarian council through the USJR, should your nation contact their council. If force is necessary to extract the Chairman, a Zanerian team will remain on standby. Should further messages between our two nations on this subject require further opacity, then it will be done upon USJR request.

The Chambers, Senkaria

The members of the council sat at the round table with serious faces. The atmosphere of the room was tense and full of negative emotions. They had heard news that President Mortimer, of USJR, wanted to have a phone call to discuss current intelligence. They were delighted that they were willing to help Senkaria, but were ashamed because there was still very little intelligence. They didn't want to seem weak to their ally, but the terrorist group was intelligent, always a step ahead, and had plenty of inside help. Drox, the chosen spokesperson, would make the call. The phone was on speaker phone and the phone call began.

"Hello, this is President Mortimer. We are extremely saddened by the recent deaths that have occurred in your great country. You have our utmost condolences. Is there any word on the state of the Chairmen?" Said Mortimer.

"Hello, this is Drox. I'm the elected spokesperson of The Council of Elders. Unfortunately, there has been no further information available on where Chairman Noxsidera might be. We gathered the necessary satellite images of the area, but it would seem they have been corrupted by an inside man. We're currently trying to investigate who may have been behind it." He said as formally as he could without showing signs of defeat.

"Drox, is there any suspects on who this man is? In addition, do you have any information on the suspects behind the attack on the senate and the Chairmen?" Mortimer said.

"Currently we are interrogating every employee of The Senkarian Space Agency who was known to be have access, but so far there hasn't been promising results. The people we're dealing with are immensely intelligent. They seem to be a step ahead of everyone. We are beginning to suspect there are less loyal officials than we previously thought. There, however, is a strong link existing that The Bannerless Brotherhood could be playing a major role in this." He said with confidence, but he was still shaking.

"Mr. Drox, is there any information at this time that can elaborate on the current views and positions of government officials in Senkaria? How do you wish to address this situation? We are at your disposal." Mortimer asked.

"Right now our priority is finding Chairman Noxsidera and the leader of the this terrorist group so that we can crush them. We understand if you are cautious about trusting the military, but we can assure you that we have tighter regulation and the newe General is going to prevent any atrocities from being committed. We're asking any nations if they'd be willing to send in anti terrorism squadrons to help guard cities and important bases." He said.

"Chairmen is... dead?" Mortimer paused after that statement. "Have you any credible evidence to support the idea that she has been abducted by this terror group?" Mortimer asked.

Drox went silent and everyone in the room shuffled in their seats. It was a possibility that had just debated. They were dedicating all their resources to finding their leader who may or may not be dead. If he was dead, then they would have to hold an election or choose a new Chairman. The new Senate was being elected already, but the election process for Chairman would extend it and make it harder to solve this crisis. He answered Mortimer as best as he could.

"We...we've considered the fact that he may be deceased, and we take that decision very strongly. If we announce him dead then we'll have to elect a new Chairman." He said.

"Is there any firm intelligence on the matter? And who has taken the mantel of power for the Chairmen at this time?" Mortimer asked. Drox quickly jumped to an answer. He didn't want Mortimer getting the idea Senkaria was close to anarchy.

"There is no evidence or intelligence so far that would lead us to believe he is deceased. As for who is in charge, the Council of Elders has been put in charge." He started.

"Am I on the line with the rest of the Council at this moment?" Mortimer asked curiously.

"Yes sir, we're playing it over speaker phone. I was voted to speak. We discussed this phone call beforehand. Any disagreements and we'll discuss it. Is there anything else we can help you understand about our current situation?" Drox had said as formally as he could.

"Just keep us up to date on the situation. We are at your disposal and will inform you of any breakthroughs on our end. This matter is no doubt one of the most tragic events in modern history. Thank you for the opportunity to communicate." Mortimer said.

"Thank you as well Mr. Mortimer. Chairman Noxsidera would be delighted to hear that so many nations are giving their support. He believed in international community more than anyone I knew. We'll keep you posted." Drox said before the call ended.

One of the most tragic events in modern history. Those words had stuck to Drox. Was this what Senkaria would be known for? Terrorist attacks they couldn't prevent and the death of one of the nation's favorite leaders because of a coup? Senkaria was meant to be known for the technological society it had built. His mind was filled with so many thoughts. Mortimer intimidated him and he wasn't sure how Chairman Noxsidera grew to like him so much. Drox took a deep breath and looked at the council of elders. Everyone at that table had the same amount of power, but they were all looking at him to say the first thought they were all thinking. He paused before speaking.

"Chairman Noxsidera is dead. The sooner we accept that the sooner we can be rid of this chaos. I propose we elect a new Chairman." Drox said before Chris spoke up.

"Electing a new Chairman takes time, money, and energy. We don't have a lot of either of those to put towards an election." Chris said concerningly.

"I propose we execute an emergency election among ourselves. Any one of us can choose to run for Chairman, then we'll do speeches, release as much information as we can about the candidates, and finally do the election. We won't be able to campaign, host debates, or anything of the sort, but we'll inform the population this is because we need to restablish the Government as quickly as we can before the Isolationists use it against us." Drox said. Several Nods in the room.

"All who agree say 'I'" Drox said. The room echoed with I's.

"I personally will not be running. Are there any individuals who would like to run?" Drox asked.

Alex, one of the oldest stood up. "I have worked in the Government for years and think I'm qualified for the position." Drox nodded.

"Anyone else?" said Drox.

One of the younger members in the council stood up and smiled. He wore a suit and tie that was very business like. He was known for his contribution to the economy. A few of the people in the council smiled and said some positive remarks. A few others were confused. The man adjusted the cuffs on his suits and smiled once more.

"I would like to run for Chairman position as well." the man said. Drox nodded.

"Very well. The two candidates will be Alex Churo and Adam Drey." Drox announced as everyone began to stand up.

"Meeting dismissed until later this afternoon." Drox announced as everyone else.

Drey had left The Chambers and pulled out his phone.

"Yes, they accepted my campaign. They announced that Noxsidera is dead. Everything is working perfectly. The USJR is keeping a close eye on the border. We don't want to give them any reason to think they need to intervene. Tell our men there to act normally. As for Noxsidera, his vitals should be back to normal by now. Execute plan 73. It's time for a family reunion." Drey hung up the phone and smiled.

Everything was working perfectly.

<REDACTED>, The Dictatorship, 1930

The two P.O.D.M.C.S.F. squads in the briefing room stood to attention and saluted as their Commanding Officer entered. As he returned the salute each Marine dropped his right hand back to his side to remain at attention. Once he had reached his position at the front of the room, the C.O. spoke a simple command, which every marine followed without hesitation.

"Be seated Marines. Should their be any questions wait until the end of the briefing to ask them, any interruption during the briefing will not be tolerated." The C.O. paused for a moment to survey the Marines before him and continued when he was satisfied by their attentive gazes. "Marines, your task will be simple today. Today you will infiltrate Senkaria roughly eight kilometers from the border. You will be performing a HALO jump with R.O.E. Class One once you hit the ground. Keep in mind that this is to be a clean operation, should you at any time find yourselves in a position that mandates your taking a life, clean up the mess. Bury bodies or carry them until you can bury them. Once on the ground, you will converge on this location," the C.O. at this time used a laser to mark a structure surrounded by what appeared to be an open field roughly ten kilometers from the border. "Once your squads have taken up positions surrounding the structure, First Sergeant Schmeling will knock on the rear entry door to the structure. A man will answer the door and Schmeling will ask the scripted question and await the scripted answer. If the scripted answer is not given, you will proceed to secure the structure and await further instructions. Are there any clarifying questions?"

After several seconds with no response, the C.O. dismissed the Marines.

Thirty Seconds From Drop Zone, 2233

As the Marines sat in silence the cabin's lights were replaced with a red light, informing the marines that they were approaching the drop zone. In almost perfect unison, the marines stood to their feet, formed two lines, put on their bailout respirators, rechecked their gear and waited for the ramp to open. As the ramp began to open, an audible hissing sound was present as the cabin depressurized. After the cabin depressurized, the ramp was lowered the rest of the way and the red cabin lights were replaced with blue to signal the jump. Upon seeing the lights change color, the Marines ran forward and jumped, each falling directly after the marine before him.

Once on the ground, the Marines regrouped and did a headcount before beginning their two kilometer run to the safe house.

After reaching the house with no incidents, the Marines encircled the house, three taking cover behind a vehicle while the others remained prone in the open field, the vehicle being the only discernible cover in the field. Once the Marines were in position, First Sergeant Schmeling approached the back door and knocked. After nearly five seconds, a man opened the door and Schmeling asked his question, "Could you spare some water?" To which question the man answered, "I'll get you some coffee." Being that the man gave the scripted response, Schmeling signaled his Marines to enter the house.

Safe House, Senkaria, 2255

A man sat at his kitchen table, reading a Senkarian news paper when a knock came to his backdoor. He stood from his seat, checked his sidearm, and went to answer the door. When he opened the door he saw a man in black combat gear holding a suppressed SQ-45R. Almost as soon as he had seen the man, he heard the scripted question and responded with the scripted answer before moving aside to let him through. Once all of the marines had entered the structure he briefed them as to their current situation.

"You will all be staying in the bunker. There is only one access point to the bunker, and that is through the basement. The door is behind the self with the paint supplies. The access code was written on the back of the paper the script was on. Further discussions will be held only in the bunker for security."

Following the short brief, the Marines went down to the basement in single file behind Sergeant Schmeling, who moved the shelf and input the access code. When the door opened he was the first man inside the bunker and he was not surprised to find that the bunker was larger than the house above it. Once they were all inside, Schmeling closed the door and listened to it automatically lock itself. From their the men went to their assigned bunks and heeded the lights out order from Schmeling.

The General Staff, in its entirety, awaited General Ads in the GS conference room. As they waited they discussed the topic of the meeting, the current state of Senkaria. Upon General Ads' entering the room he was met by a sudden silence and the salutes of the General Staff. Following his returning the salute, all took their seats followed immediately by General Devicks briefing them on the situation.

"As you have all been made aware, a attack was carried out on the government of Senkaria. Intelligence has come to the conclusion that no foreign nation was involved in this attack. This attack has made Senkaria particularly vulnerable by removing the Chairman as well as a large portion of the Senkarian political structure. Though I am awaiting confirmation, it is believed that the Bannerless Brotherhood may be indirectly involved. We believe that this attack has presented us with the opportunity to gain control of Senkaria through a puppet government, gain some control by enforcing the rulings of a new chairman, or establishing an alliance based on the thankfulness of the Senkarian government."

As General Devicks finished he turned to General Ads who began to speak himself, "as I previously discussed with General Devicks, we will be attempting to pursue the third option while leaving all options open. Intelligence believes that the Senkarian Chairman may still be alive, though Senkaria is pushing an election process for a new Chairman. Two men, a certain Alex Churo and a certain Adam Drey appear to be candidates, which makes them both prime suspects in the opinion of intelligence. General Lothar Knochenmus, I want you to deploy at least two of your Special Forces squads in Senkaria, the exact details of their orders will be worked out by yourself and Intelligence. Gentlemen, we will, as discretely as possible, prepare to take the Senkarian capital with force. I want you all to put emphasis on being discreet. Dismissed."

Mortimer paused when the line went silent. "Mr. President, they have terminated the call on their end," an aid spoke up from the corner of the room. Grimpen nodded and placed both of his elbows on the table. He leaned forward into them. "Well ladies and gentlemen, this is not good. Minister Leon? Your thoughts?" Isaac Leon paused for a moment before speaking.

"They have made it clear that they are mostly in the dark about the whole situation. As for our foreign policy, there is no true reason to intervene yet. After all, we only have one confirmed case of military units going awall. It could have been that the men were also disgruntled with the administration. That being said, if this is a coup, our hands are truly tied. Even if this has the backing of the military, we cannot waltz in there and set off further flames. It will only emboldened any terrorist cells."

"We will keep double checking the information given to us, Mister President," James Kerman said to the group. The President looked to one of the screens. Then a new aid came in. She addressed the group at large.

"Sirs, we have a communique from the Technocraticy of Zanera. Shall I path it through?" After several nods in reply the woman left the room. The message soon appeared on the screens of all those in the room. Isaac Leon sighed. All of those in the room were anxious about letting outside parties join the crisis. After a few seconds another notification came up, alerting those in the room about the alleged death of the Chairmen. It took a moment for the news to sink in.

"Mister President, we were just on the line with the Council. If there is such a huge development, and they failed to share that information, either something big just happened, or they are trying to cover this matter up," General Io spoke. "Without a doubt something had to happen, and we haven't had any other firm details on the matter. Either the government is trying to consolidate control by going through their chain of command, or they are in fact hiding something, Sir." Silence followed.

"Listen up people," Mortimer said to the group. "I want a special task force created to confirm whatever or not the Chairmen is, in fact, dead. Io, get the Special Task Force to our closes base on the Senkarian boarder. Chief, I want a full status on how face we can respond to a crisis involving any PRACs getting into action. Leon, I want you to prepare a statement to the USA. I want updates every half an hour now, given to me personally."

"Sir, the Zanerans?" Leon asked politely.

"Tell them that the Senkarian government has told us that the Chairmen is deceased, and we will cooperate with them in terms of intelligence gathering. But keep out the juicy pork. Feed them what they need to know." Mortimer stood up and buttoned his suit. Everyone else in the room stood up. The President turned and exited the room at a brisk pace. Officers began to break up their stations to return to their offices, or started to converse quietly amoungst themselves.

Kingstown, Rhodevus
The Imperial Palace

Diana looked at Ymira, wide eyed. Ymira had blood on her face, as well as on a priceless sword from the mid-1800s. "Ymira!" Diana said finally, "you choose to use a sword against terrorists? Why not just carry a gun?" Diana lifted the hem of her skirt, where a small pistol was held on her leg. "It is much easier, and leaves far less of a mess to clean up." Diana motioned to the blood dripping from the sword, trailing behind her. Queen Diana motioned for Ymira to place the sword down on the ground, which she did carefully, and then follow beside the queen.

"We had recently had an attack on our senate building as well." The Queen began, "It was foiled, 3 men all with suicide vests. Higher ups in the Brotherhood. What we call the Elite Brothers. It seems like you have been attacked as well. I am guessing this is due to the message the brotherhood sent to us, regarding speaking of the crisis in Senkaria. Chairman Noxsidera has been presumed dead, god rest his soul. They are going to have elections soon no doubt. Especially in a time like this a power vacuum is the last thing they need."

Diana brought Ymira to a small elevator. As the door opened with a ding, two black suited men stepped out, before saluting Queen Diana in proper military form, and then continuing on with their conversation. "After you," Diana said to Ymira, allowing her into the elevator first. Diana stepped inside, then placed her key card into a small panel near the main buttons. A secondary control panel popped open, where she typed a somewhat long pass code, before closing it. The elevator made a small ding sound, and began to lower itself into the depths of the Imperial Palace.

"So Ymira, what are your thoughts on the whole Senkaria situation? With the latest attacks, I feel as though the terrorists there are at least being supplied by the Brotherhood, if not the Brotherhood actively working there. They have grown much more active in the last few months, with the situation in Zanera, as well as many other places around Sunalaya..."

Imperial Palace

Ymira laughed when Diana pulled up the helm of her skirt and teased "Diana, I'm a married woman now, you missed your chance. And I'm fine, thanks for asking." She then cleared her throat and followed the slightly annoyed Diana. Ymira talking as she followed "I had a gun. I shot one, shot the chandelier, which I'll pay for, and then had it knocked from my grasp. I was trying to protect your citizens, and the sword was the closest weapon." Ymira took a handkerchief and mopped at her nose "Sierra's gunna kill me. She loves my nose, very royal, see?" She muttered.

"Anyway, the men who attacked me were Rezuan, they spoke very good Revon. I believe they are tsarists, meaning they have joined the Bannerless Brothers. They attempted to kidnap me first, they need something. Not money, they have that. But they need something else. This problem needs to be curbed, anti-terror ops are lacking. We have to start digging around, checking everyone out. Zoey Hanji...was like a second big sister to me. They will be close to you. They are close to you. Right now, we must decide if we are going to aid Senkaria. If left to fester, these terrorists will unite against all of us."

"Also...I don't know how to tell you this." When the Julia was sunk, she took her nuclear weapons. When we went to recover them...two missiles were missing. I believe they have fallen into enemy hands, and they can be reactivated. We should be on alert, do not make an announcement to the public...yet. Just watch the skies."

"Anyway...where are we?"

Rezuan Council Chamber

The Rezuan government had met to discuss what to do about the Senkarian issue. While Empress Ymira spoke to Rhodevus, the government debated whether or not to call the Senkarian government. Rezua was uneasy about helping Senkaria, they were in the sphere of the Soviets and the Soviets may not take kindly to Rezua poking into Ophionese affairs.

Lower Councilmen Talious was against intervening "We should do nothing at all. The Soviets will deal with this, and the failure to stop a war will be the Soviets. They will take the fall and we shall-"

Lower Councilmen Namor interrupted him "If we don't do anything, the world will she and condemn us!"

Talious shouted "The East is bias aganist us!"

Many voices rose in support of either side. Supreme Princess Christina said "I have a better idea. Why not us the Kurzera Terriotiry. Grand Duchess Helen is quiet the pleasant woman and us a new face to the East. A face they don't know and have no judgement aganist. She could be our diplomat. To call the Senkarians and offer aid."

Kurzera, Mansion of the Grand Duchess

Grand Duchess Helen was a compassionate woman. She ran the Territory with relative ease and focused funding on education and training for students, and those preparing for the work force. Helen very rarely spoke to the Empress of Rezua, true, she was a family friend and visited for Christmas, but otherwise she had almost no direct contact to Empress Ymira.

When her phone rang showing the Imperial Palace, Helen was surprised. "Hello...oh...Christina? You have a job, for me?!" Helen was quiet shocked that the Palace needed her. That was not often required. "Talk to Senkaria...wait...SENKARIA! For Rezua? Ma'am...yes...I understand...I understand what this means...I will not let the Empire down."

Helen hung up nervously. Supreme Princess Christina had asked her to be the diplomat to Senkaria for Rezua in this crisis. Talk about a stressful job. Helen inhaled deeply to calm herself and called the Senkarian governmental office "Hello, I am Grand Duchess Helen, ruler of the Territory of Kurzera, the holding of the Grand Empire of Rezua...sorry...I over did that... I don't introduce myself much. I have been tasked by Supreme Princess Christina to offer Rezuan aid to your nation, I'd like to speak to who ever is in charge in the absence of the Chairman. I also offer help to look for him."

Amber Island

Chairman Noxsidera pressed the button to summon the nurse who came in promptly.

"Hello Chairman, can I help you with anything?" She smiled.

"I've been here for days and I haven't heard a single word from The Council of Elders or any of the other officials of my nation." He said concerned.

"The Council has the issue under control and doesn't want you to worry that-"

"You're lying." He said.

"What- I'm not-"

"You're stuttering. You happiness is to uplifting and seems robotic. I know liars when I see them. I want to speak to the council now. I'm Chairman of Senkaria and I will do my duty to my nation!"

Before the nurse could speak a man with a suit and tie walked into the room. He smiled.

"It's okay Nurse." He said. The man approached the television in the room and turned it on for the first time. A channel showed the Senkarian news station. The headline was 'Chairman Noxsidera declared dead'

"But...why...Where am I? Who are you?" Noxsidera declared.

"My name is Alex Drey, and I'm a member of the Council of Elders. I'm offended you don't remember me. You're on a Bannerless Brotherhood base. I'm sorry, but you aren't the Chairman anymore." Drey said with a smile. He left the room with the nurse and locked the door. Noxsidera sat there in silence, then he screamed a cry of frustration as tears flowed down his cheek.

"I failed."

Chairman Noxsidera Declared Dead. Election Announced.
Written by Courtney Alisha

Although Chairman Noxsidera has not been found, the Council of Elders have decided that the investigation is near a dead end. Drox, spokesperson for the council, released the following statement:

We have gathered as much intelligence as we could on where Chairman Noxsidera was taken, but have hit several dead ends and false assumptions. We are not sure if he is alive, but we believe the terrorist group may have killed him as they did with the senate and the chairman's brother. We will continue the investigation, but we have decided that it is best if we hold an election for the new Chairman. These are troubling times and we need to restablish our Government. This election will be shorter, but hopefully the new Chairman will guide our nation to greatness.

The election process will be much shorter than it normally is. The Council decided to put forward two of it's own member to run for the Chairman in order to make sure the Isolationists don't get power in the Government. The two members are Mr. Drey and Mr. Churo. Both are very talented politicians. More information will be released. In a few days we will host election speeches, small debates, and questions. In the following weeks we will host the election.

In other news, the Senate election will be going as normally would. The Election Day is set in a month time.

Senka City: 2005

"The next Chairman of The Utopian Society of Senkaria is Noxsidera!" The announcer roared.

The audience cheered and confetti shot into the air. It was a cold night but the streets were full. Many of them had sacrificed everything voting for him. Chairman Noxsidera was their savior. He walked up to the mic and spoke:

"Tonight, the people of Senkaria spoke and their prayers answered! My entire life I have seen the immoral treatment of citizens. I have seen people suffering because they were impoverished, and I have seen the Government funded corporations take advantage of the Government and the people it represents! I say no more! Many of you lost your jobs voting for me, but you will have them back! Police have been sent to arrest all the CEOs who have used their economic wealth to control this nation. You have all spoken and I am here before you!" He roared as the audience cheered.

"The Utopian Society is a great nation. Our technological advancements and our investments in science have made us unique and powerful. For far too long we have kept this to ourselves. We chose isolation and I say that is wrong. I say that is selfish. International community is a power we must invest in. Science and technology belong to humanity and we cannot change the course of history ourselves. President Daemone had a vision and we have done everything we can to make it come true, but we can't do it without international support! As your Chairman, I will make Senkaria the Utopia it has always meant to be. Senkaria will leave it's mark on the world!" Noxsidera roared.

He smiled at the faces of Senkaria. They believed in him and he knew he could change the nation for the better. These people were like the children he never had. He loved them all and couldn't wait to dedicate his entire life to making theirs better.

Amber Island

Chairman Noxsidera gasped as he woke up. Everything was dizzy and dark. His wrists were in pain and his breathing was heavy and labored. His sight adjusted and he realized he was dangling by chains in a very dark room and didn't have his shIrt on. His entire body was in pain. He started shaking them vigorously.

"Hey! Where am I? Let me go! I demand to know what is happening!" Chairman Noxsidera yelled.

Tears started flowing down his cheeks as anger overwhelmed his thoughts. He screamed again until he heard a giant metal door open. A blinding light had made him turn his head. The door quickly shut and a shadowy figure approached him.

"Drey has put me in charge of you while he is off campaigning. We're going to have a lot of fun together. Just like your brother." The man hissed.

"Aaemon? What did you do to him! Who the hell are you!" Noxsidera screamed.

"Oh that doesn't really matter now does it? He gave us all the information we needed just like you will. You see, you know something we don't. Something that can't be found easily in Senkarian servers. You're hiding something Noxsidera and I intend to find out." The man said while traces his cold fingers across his fingers.

"I won't tell you anything." Noxsidera said before spitting at him. The man wiped it away and slapped Noxsidera across the face.

"You arrogant little prick. I will break you just like your brother! Now, Drey has found files about a project you helped build. A submarine? Ah. You know what I'm speaking of. That submarine has a lot of power. Power that the Bannerless Brotherhood wants. Now, tell me. Where is this submarine being built?" The masked man said with anger.

"You'll never find out. I won't tell you." Noxsidera said while glaring at his captor.

"Such a pity. I see you're not going to make this easy for me. Oh well. Patience is a virtue." The man turned around and grabbed a tiny knife. Noxsidera's eyes got wide as he started to squirm. The man began laughing as he brought the knife to Noxsidera's skin on his fingers. Noxsidera began sweating as tried to escape. The man slowly began to cut off the skin of the fingers slowly and deeply. Noxsidera stayed quiet. Holding in his grunts and moans.

"You're strong. I'll give you that." The man said. He pulled the knife away and raised it high over his head and slammed the knife into the palm of Noxsidera.

His scream echoed the room.

Eklavozski
Fall Out Restricted Area

Fausto Bermejo was born June 29th, 1983 just after Aznazia's reorganization as a Republic. His mother was a kind and gentle woman who's calm tone and spoft voice used to fill Fausto will happiness. His father however was a rough man born into a family with extreme loyalty to Caldonia and the Red Hand; a Marxist organization that swore to destroy Aznazia and re-establish The People's Republic of Caldonia. As Fausto grew older he began to be taught by his father about Marxism and the glorious nation of Caldonia that was robbed by the greedy and wealthy of Aznazia. His mother did not oppose him from listening to his father but always seemed to close herself off from them in silent protest when Fausto would go to training with his father. At 18 he attended the University of Santa Elva where he received a degree in Bio-Chemistry. He used this knowledge to help build bombs and eventually made his way to Uszwa in 2005 where he received combat training. It was only then that Aznazian Anti-terror units were aware of his true identity as a member of the Red Hand. In Uszwa he helped the Marxist regime to gas an entire village and personally cut off the heads of those accused of being "capitalists". In 2011 he then made his way to Corentia and used connections from the BB to help give aid to terrorists in Corentia and even drug cartels. It is still unknown if he directly assisted in the Sunrisia Civil War, but his signature bomb design was seen on multiple occasions in Sunrisia.

After sneaking into Eklavozski (which was not hard with the anarchy of a nuclear fall out) Fausto made his way to a building near the western coast where his contact was. He was not afraid because at his side he carried a vintage Caldonia made revolver that was given to him as a gift by his father. On multiple occasions the pistol had saved his life. Its bullets were also a speciality of his, the internal part of the bullet contained a lethal neurotoxin that would fully paralyze anyone who even touched it within a matter of seconds if the bullet did not kill them. The toxin would then slowly begin to shut down the central nervous system and cause a horrible burning pain through out the entire body before it shut down the victim's cardiovascular system. He stepped into the dark concrete building and took out his flashlight and he made his way to the basement.

He followed the hallway to the end and found a large room with about 10 men all wearing masks.

"Do not approach any closer." said the man in the middle of the room who was clearly the boss.

Fausto stopped and looked around the room full of unmarked red barrels.

"Do you have my money?" The man asked as he came closed to Fausto.

"Only if you have what I want."

This made the man very angry who then responded.

"I am not in mood for playing games! You have money or not?"

"There is no money unless you show me what I am about to buy."

After pacing for a few moments that man agreed to the terms and lead Fausto to a barrel.

"This barrel is hooked up to tank over there with man found wandering the fall out area. He will be your proof."

The man turned a nob and a gas began to fill the capsule. Immediately the man who was tied up began to scream as low as he could as the gas entered from the small hole. In a matter of moments the man was dead. Fausto then called in his men who were waiting outside who brought in the money and began to load the barrels into a waiting truck.

"Just another grocery run" said Fausto as he got into the lead truck. Their next destination was Senkaria where he personally felt an obligation to assist the Extreme Communists in their mission to create a Communist state in Senkaria...
