Chief of State Józef Piłsudski and some other Polish Government officials had been studying the Geopolitical situation that had been sweeping across Europe. The German Free State was rising and as Germany and Poland never really settled their differences after WW2, Chief of State Józef Piłsudski did not like this as it could be a threat to the territorial sovereignty and independence of the Second Polish Republic. On the other hand, the Soviet Union had been getting increasingly militaristic but was showing interests in Asia, which means the Soviet Union could be a good ally to have. The Kingdom of Finland up north looked as if it could later expand into the Baltic States and this slightly concerned Poland as Chief of State Józef Piłsudski wanted the Baltics under Polish control, especially Lithuania as it was a part of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Chief of State Józef Piłsudski also put in motion new labour programmes aiming to get the entire nation working to boost the economy, he also wanted to nationalize industry and boost the amount of numbers in the military. The Polish Army would need better weapons and better a way standard of trainings meaning any money gained from economic boom would have to be mainly put into the military.
Then Chief of State Józef Piłsudski had a very brilliant idea: After writing a long list on the structure, roles and internal components of his new organization, he sent letters to the leaders of the USSR and Finland to form the 'Warsaw Pact' or WarPac for short, a global alliance for the greater good, named after the documents he had just written, being in Warsaw at the time, hence the name! The Warsaw Pact would not only act as a geopolitical-military alliance but also as an economic and humanitarian coalition, helping members of the Warsaw Pact when they needed. The Warsaw Pact would also expand its economic and humanitarian missions into countries that needed it desperately.

To Benito Mussolini, Italy, Rome.
We are both leaders of nations that have been treated unfairly, and both of us have had to take charge for the well being of our land. I propose an alliance against communism, against the Warsaw pact, an alliance to counter them. I propose celebrating a congress in which we would set the foundations for this great union, in Milan. Do you accept?

Chief of State Józef Piłsudski was happy to hear that the Soviet Union and the Kingdom of Finland had joined the Warsaw Pact and was also happy that the Soviet Union planned to expand the membership of the Warsaw Pact. With the Soviet Union trying to get more nations under the Warsaw Pact, Chief of State Józef Piłsudski decided that since the Second Polish Republic was the one that put forward the idea for the Warsaw Pact, and since its literally named after the Republics capital city, the Second Polish Republic should also initiate some diplomatic missions in order to bulk up the security in the Warsaw Pact. The options on invitations were limited at the time but after a meeting with his top advisers, Chief of State Józef Piłsudski sent a formal invitation to the Warsaw Pact to the Republic of the Philippines. On another note, the Second Polish Republic wished to established a WarPac diplomatic mission in Czechoslovakia and Lithuania, Lithuania declined however and a result Poland cut off all trade with Lithuania, but on the other hand but Czechoslovakia seemed open to the establishment of diplomatic relations with Poland.
Meanwhile on the national front, factory production in the poorest area's of the Second Polish Republic has increased by 72% which was well over the predicted 35% estimate that Chief of State Józef Piłsudski had predicted, henceforth he set the next target for a couple months time to be at 160% which seemed to be pushing it, but at the same time a tad realistic. The economy was starting the rise again and employment levels in the poorest area's of the Second Polish Republic were gradually increasing. With the economy rising step by step, there has been a slight, but noticeable increase on Armed Force spending. Better training standards were being delivered and new Officer schools across the country resulted in a better and more experienced High Command. Polands top generals which served through World War 1 had been called in to help whip the Armed Forces back into shape. Chief of State Józef Piłsudski would also like to order 300 T-28 tanks for the Polish Army and 60 IP-1 fighters for the Polish Air Force from the Soviet Union, as Poland aimed to build up a mixed arsenal of weapons produced in Poland, and from the Soviet Union and other WarPac nations.

President Quezon was surprised about the invitation. he sent a telegram to Jozef Pilsudski, Stating that he will visit Poland and Warsaw Pact countries next month. Yet he doubts if the Alliance will ever be beneficial to the development of the Philippines, A nation that was forged by the Ideals of Democracy, joining such an Alliance would render the "republic" null and void. The Engineering committee has produced the first Filipino made tank design using the Christie Suspension System. The Project has been named "Proyektong Tamaraw" (Project Tamaraw). It will be later revealed to the public at the Caloocan Military Parade.
The High Command has announced the official specifications for the Assault Gun Carrier project:
Weight: 15 to 21 tons
Main Armament: 57mm gun or 45mm gun
Height: 5 feet to 8 feet
Length: 24 meters
Frontal Armor: 43mm
Side Armor: 18mm
Rear Armor: 10mm to 14mm
Despite the worsening diplomatic relations between Japan and the Philippines, Mitsubishi of Japan and Christie Motors presented themselves to produce the chassis. Another choice being considered by the President is Henschel and Renault. For the gun, the choices that are being considered are Krupp, Rheinmetall or purchase 344 Soviet ZiS-2's.
The Air force is also considering purchasing foreign made aircraft and are waiting for any valuable offers.
To Josez Pilsudski, Phillipines, Manila.
Noting the interest of your nation in the purchase of military aircraft, we would like to offer you 100 Arado Ar 68 combat aircraft, for the price of 156.200 Reichsmark each. I hope further relations between our nations can be established, and we invite you to the congress of Milan.

Greetings friend. It is true that our peoples have been underestimated and oppressed for decades. The Warsaw Pact, a breeding ground for the Communists and Socialists, must not be allowed to spread. Therefor, I would be pleased to accept your offer of alliance. If I may suggest a name, the Pact of Iron signers will meet in your suggested Milan. In addition, I would like to invite several nations to join; I am sure that you will want to invite your own allies as well. I cannot wait to seal with you a lasting alliance between the German and Italian peoples; we have held back the Mongoloids before, and now we shall hold back their descendants as well.
Respectfully,
-Benito Mussolini, Il Duce

Theodor Klinger soon recieved the news that the Philippines were interested in purchasing military aircraft. A trade deal would benefit Germany, but first he had to test the waters. He sat down on his armchair, and typed the following telegram:To Manuel L Quezon, Phillipines, Manila.

He hoped he hadn´t made a precipitated diplomatic decision, but he was fairly confident it would pay off. He got up and pondered the fate of the world in the next few years. It felt bizarre to think that his actions would forever change history, but he wasn´t sure what extent they would reach. He once again entered the garden, with a slight bitterness he couldn´t identify the cause of-

BREAKING NEWS - French Government Change
Jean-Pascal, the president, has turned France nationalist-socialist.
The people are quite content, and military has gotten stronger.
There is no racism involved, unlike others, but pride is strong.

To Jean-Pascal,
I am not much of a supporter of socialism, yet i have been interested in improving relations between our nations. I will visit Paris after the War-Pact meeting and another unspecified state affair. Would you sign a Mutual Defense Treaty between our two nations? The Philippines will be there to defend and help Indo-China and other French colonies in Asia. I guess the only words i can say for now are "Viva Le France!"
Respectfully Yours,
Manuel L. Quezon

Myself and the other top ministers within the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics are not too fond with France's recent switch to Nationalist-Socialism, however, both our countries were subject to German aggression during the First World War and many of our people admired the bravery of the French Armed Forces and its people in its fight against the extravagantly aggressive German Empire, it is on this basis that I think we could be good allies. Maybe Nationalist-Socialism Isn't so bad, but we are just sceptical of it. On the other hand, both of our nations have an extremely solid Armed Forces and I think it would be good to form a basis of an military alliance, and you have been invited to join the Warsaw Pact. If accepted, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics would also like to build an embassy in Paris and sign several trade agreements to bolster both of our nations economies.

We are willing to sell you military equipment, however, it would be best if you attented the congress of Milan and we negotiated there. It would also give us a chance of increasing ties between our two nations, and assist eachother whenever it is necessary.

With the tensions in Europe rising, the best proven deterrence to any armed conflict would be mutual defence, a pact of nations willing to stand united in the common face of aggression by foreign powers wishing to assert their authority and power over other nations as they please because they see them as "inferior". The Ottoman Empire was a superpower and it is a shame it ended in such a way, under the Warsaw Pact you will be allowed the freedom to expand to reclaim your former empire without the fear of foreign powers such as Germany attempting to prevent you. They view us as aggressive, yet the only thing on their agenda is expanding their borders in order to display their so called "dominance" over Europe? Join the Warsaw Pact, and attend our first summit in Warsaw.

I would just like to take this chance to ask for better dialogue between Italy, Germany, Japan and Poland. I believe better dialogue between our 4 nations and maybe even the Soviet Union could help avoid any military or political tensions we may face in the future as the Warsaw Pact and your own alliance expands its geopolitical influence across Europe and Asia. You may find this foolish but you will be suprised how easy it is to avoid war, a simple boost of communications between our nations would save millions of lives if a war broke out as all combatants would be extremely powerful.
