This will be the OOC Thread for the meeting between the applicable leadership of the Santiago Anti-Communist Treaty Organization (Herein referred to as SACTO for the remainder of this thread) and the Shazbotdom Government. It will take place at Axis Commonwealth headquarters located within Glendenhall Tower in the city of Chigo within the Colony of Shazbotdom Miroxia.
