He arrived at the scene and saw everything on fire - he secured the area from any citizens to protect them from getting injured. The Stasi & People's Army was at the scene, too. That land was not given away illegally,it was given to the Polish SSR because it is POLISH. Do you remember the Partitions of Poland during the 17th/18th century, when Poland was divided between Austria-Hungary, Russia and Prussia? I am safe in the assumption the piece of land you have illegally invaded was the portion that went to Prussia, and this is a basis which is illegitimate. It's like if Britannia was to invade Ireland because Ireland was once ruled by Britannia. As well as this, the Polish SSR is no longer a state; correct me if I am wrong, but the country is now Poland. I am sure we can come together collectively and create several referendums for these people as to whether they should remain part of their current countries, or reunify with Hettstedt. But since time was of the essence, he ordered his men to form up and head out towards the border. He ran his boys about two and a half hours before hearing sporadic gunfire. As it got closer, Harriford ordered his men to dig in and hold this road to cover the retreating Polish Army. When the remnants of the Polish Border Guard reached them, Harriford ordered them to join and dig in. "God help us all." He thought as he witnessed the approaching Hettstedtian Juggernaut. "He turned to one of his captains. "If they fire first, reduce them to ash."

UMEC Army Soldiers in a gunfight with militants, Southern Syria

United Middle Eastern Republics Army Mounts Offensive Against Militants in Syria!

ALEPPO - As of today, president Yasir Al-Fulani has announced that he is readying the military to mount an offensive against militants in southern Syria. Mr. Al-Fulani hopes that his offensive in stopping these militants might quell the terrorist threat in the region.

HETTSTEDT EMBASSY STORMED IN MOSCOW AFTER REPORTS OF SPIES OPERATING FROM EMBASSY!

At 4:58 AM, Moscow time. Hettstedt embassy and Diplomatic officials homes were stormed by members of OMOH with warrants for questioning of the entire embassy staff on suspicion of crimes against the state and operating a spy-ring. The raid turned up members of the embassy staff who were hauled out by the 10s and shoved in to the rear of Police Jeeps before being hauled off to the FSB office in Moscow. The officer in charge of the arrest commented that the arrest was necessary to keep the peace and similar terrorist attacks that happened in London and Berlin which was both orchestrated by Hettstedt supporters. When the officer was asked would Hettstedt citizens face similar treatment, the officer shrugged and said "No further questions, please."

MRB Forces stationed in Poland were caught up in the Hettstedtian invasion. While originally landing in Krakow, members of the 1st Armored Brigade and 1st Mobile Anti-Air Division, under the command of Col. Sir Cole Hammond were instructed to move to support the Polish Border Guard in case of an invasion.

Initial reports claim that Col. Hammond heard gunfire in the distance and ordered his men to entrench and provide cover for any retreating Polish Army Units or civilians and picked up remnants of an unknown Border Guard unit. The two units continued to provide support for fleeing civilians until the vanguard of the Hettstedtian Army along with units from the North England FRA arrived at their position.

According to civilians fleeing the scene, the FRA and Volksarmee opened fire immediately, with out regard for potential civilian casualties. The 1st Armored returned fire, knocking out several armored vehicles while the Polish Border Guard continued to escort civilians from the combat zone before returning to fight with their British Allies.

Prime Minister Upton stated in a press conference on the event that "the actions taken against sovereign countries by the Hettstedtian Government is nothing short of an illegal occupation, the means of which is to start the Third World War. There for I am issuing an ultimatum to Berlin: Stand Down and return all territories taken, or you will be annihilated."

In congruence with the statement, two squadrons of Eurofighter Typhoons, form the RAF, attacked Naval bases in Dresden and along the coast of Hettstedt, targeting their navy which has been undergoing renovations. When asked about this, Prime Minister Upton had this to say: "This strike was to remove any doubt in the mind of "Der Fuhrer" that we won't sit by while they drag Europe into the Stone Age."

Need a smoke?" to which Slova shook his head no. Suddenly the sound of gunfire erupted as Volksarmee soldiers quickly approached. Slova slowly turned his head with a grin across his face concealed behind his Balaclava. Slova said "Evacuate the citizens, we'll remove these scum from your lands." while removing his AK-74 from his shoulder which he had been carrying on a sling. He hopped down in to a small foxhole which was deep enough for him and his squad. His squad was already returning fire, mowing down any Volksarmee who dared move any further. Slova shouted out to his squad, "Shoot any enlisted men who surrender. They are no worth to us. Get us the officers and Generals! They have the Intel we need!" while he took aim with his AK-74. Slova proceeded to squeeze off a few rounds, hitting one Volksarmee soldier in the eye. "Nikolai! Get us on the radio to Military Command. Tell them the Germans have fired upon us first!" when he noticed a group of British Soldiers coming in to their foxhole, Slova nodded to them while turning back to his AK-74 to return fire.

November 23, Moscow - Russia, Now.

Supreme General of the Russian Federation Vladimir Dmitriev was enjoying his breakfast when the phone suddenly rang. He put down his fork and picked up the phone, carefully listening to whoever was talking on the other end. He suddenly gasped which brought the attention of his FSB guard. He begun speaking, "THE GERMANS ATTACKED US FIRST? Very well then. I shall address Duma in the next few hours about this breaking news and we shall discuss a solution. We won't immediately resort to nuclear weapons however. Those are out of the question. I believe we remember Chernobyl well and how hard it was to clean up and that it will take another 500 or so years to be clean."

2 Helicopters flew over the skies of Poland. All of a sudden, UMER Spec Ops soldiers jumped out of the chopper armed with Ak-74 Assault rifles and paradropped to the ground. They took their positions and waited down in the ground. Gunfire raged from all around as Volksarmee soldiers approached ahead. The first squad took position while the second evacuated the civilians from the area. They did not fire on the Volksarmee unless they shot back. Suddenly, they received new orders. They fired on the Volksarmee soldiers and at home, war was declared with Hettstedt to protect Poland from the Germans.

"Sir, we have word from our scouts in the third Hussars that there are Russian soldiers not far from out position." Col. Hammond smiled at the news. "Good, now get this tank moving and to their position. Have a two Milan launchers fill our position and keep fire on those Germans, I don't want their BTRs anywhere near us. He said from the commander's cupola of his Challenger 2, "Black Sabbath". The massive beast roared as the engine revved into action and seconds later he was out and the two Milans were in position. By the time the he had reached the Russians, he was getting word of German Armor on the way. He popped the hatch of the cupola and got out to greet the Russian commander. "Afternoon." He said, sounding as British as possible. "I take it you lads fancied a bit of a scrap with the Huns as well, jolly good." He pulled out a map and indicated where his lines were. "Anyways, we have word of Heavy Armor making it's way down the highway, now so far we have the situation under control, but I'd like it if you were to position a platoon of your T-90s in between 3rd and 4th platoon, here, just in case things go Pear shaped." As if to punctuate the sentence, the 120mm cannon of "Black Sabbath" opened up with a HEAT round on a group of Hettstedtian soldiers.

United Middle Eastern Republics Declare War on Hettstedt!

BAGHDAD - As of today, In a shocking announcement, President Yasir Al-Fulani has stated that war has been declared apon Hettstedt. He says that the new German government should and WILL be stopped at all costs to prevent Hettstedt from expanding into it's territories that were lost in the Second World War. In another statement, he has said that a Special Ops team is currently deployed and fighting Volksarmee soldiers in Poland and more UMER Reinforcements are going to be coming to assist the Anti-Hettstedt Coalition.

UMER Forces have been loading into planes and will be airdropped into Poland and Slovakia to try and push the Volksarmee back from these neutral nations.

Slova nodded to the British commander, approaching his radio-man Nikolai saying "Nikolai. I need you to radio in for support from our T-90s stationed a little back. If we can bring them up. We might be able to begin our offensive" while Nikolai nodded to each word that came out of the Squad commanders mouth. Nikolai picked up the radio and begun dialing Military Command to get them to move the T-90s up to their location. Meanwhile at a Tank base some miles away from the frontline. Tank crewmen Ivan and Tank commander Dmitry were enjoying the sights of Rural Poland. They were sat on a tank, sipping some Coca Cola from cans. Dmitry said to Ivan, "You think those Germans will repeat WWII, Comrade Ivan?" while Ivan grinned and said "It's a new generation. The Germans probably will. They have always started wars unfortunately. It's our job as soldiers no matter the country to stop them. I'm feeling pretty hungry. Do you know where we can get some food?" and Dmitry looked over to a house not too far away. Dmitry spoke, "Let's be polite. I know that Polish people hate Russians, but maybe we can see if we can get atleast a slice of bread from them?" and Ivan nodded. Dmitry said as he disembarked from the tank, "Don't forget the radio, comrade." and Ivan nodded. Ivan picked up the mobile radio, listening carefully to the radio for any orders from Military Command as they walked to the House. Suddenly, the radio buzzed. "Military Command to Crimean Bear. I repeat. Military Command to Crimean Bear." Ivan quickly took the radio, speaking in to it with excitement, "Crimean bear here. Give orders." the radio buzzed again, "The Germans are invading Poland. Move your T-90s up to the frontlines with Slova's squadron. I'm sure you know him. You'll be joined by Siberian Wolf and three more tanks." Ivan quickly responded, "Yes sir." and hopped in to the tank as the driver. Dmitry hopped in to the Commander seat while shouting "Vasiliy! Wake the fuck up! We have to go! You're my only gunner!" and a deep roar was heard from the gunner area as Vasiliy woke up from his slumber. Ivan started the engine and slowly begun the drive to the frontlines.

The troops were under fire and suffering losses. An Strela-1 launched multiple rockets at airplanes flying over the area. A no fly zone was over East Gemany.
T-80 rolled over the trenches and blasted the enemy, with trusty German AKMs dropping the English and Russian dead. The offensive was suceeding.

Hettstedt-Polish Northern Border

Slovakia was captured with Bratislav. Soldiers prepared an invasion of Poland from the west. The allies knew nothing about an possible west invasion. Soldiers marched across into Poznan and Kozsalin with the assistance of the Strela-1 and new tanks and equipment from the Slovakian and Czech remnants. They began an ferocious firefight with the English & Russians at Krakov. The Hettstedt Army was welcomed in the west of Poland, as those teritorries were given away to the Polish after WW2 by the Soviets when they were an satelitte state. Many enlisted from west Poland and joined the front lines.

French, Netherlandish, Belgium and Denmark border

"We must strain the English. Convince the North Communist leader and invade England at the DMZ. We have to take them out." And so, the forces marched in Denmark and blocked English shippments to Poland VIA navy. Forces also began an land invasion of English protectorates - Belgium, Netherlands. France, was also invaded. It was now a two front war. The North English government was also pressured to invade South England, and 10,000 troops marched into South England.

MESSAGE TO ALL NATIONS INVOLVED IN THE CONFLICT

I, the President of Hettstedt invite all involved nations to draft an treaty of peace in Berlin. Despite our recent invasions, we believe this bloody conflict needs to end. We invite all to Berlin, today (IRL). Please respond as soon as you can. We wish to stop the conflict before it involves nuclear weapons. For now, all Hettstedter advances will be halted until the treaty is signed/denied.

Houghton had turned pale at the very mention of Nuclear war and just about looked like he was going to lose his lunch when he stood up. "Sir, we currently have the HMS Victorious stationed in the North Sea, it is currently primed and the captain is waiting for the go ahead. We also have the HMS Vanguard and HMS Vengeance on patrol in the Baltic Sea, they currently are running through preparations and readying the warheads, sir. But might I recommend just using traditional warheads in stead of Nuclear, that way we won't have any adverse side effects spread to the MRB." Upton's expression was grim, almost as if he was thinking "God, forgive me for what I am about to do." He looked at Houghton. "Alright, order a change to conventional warheads. Give the order, confirm target, Glasgow, Scotland." He then turned to the Home Secretary, Theresa May. "Order all civilians inside the fallout shelters. Any who refuse, arrest them, then take them to the fallout shelters."

"God help us." Capt. Dawson thought as he turned the key to open the launch bays. "Captain, we can confirm bay doors are open, ready to launch on your command." One of the ensigns yelled over the blaring alarms. "Launch." Within second, the full payload of the HMS Victorious could be seen on the horizon from Scotland and people stared up at the sky. Three minutes later, multiple confirmed strikes against military bases and governmental buildings in and around Glasgow were confirmed.

"Very good. Great." the Präsident. He was looking at the new prototype - an tank that would pull us out of the deathly drenches and quality of the old, crap, T-80s and T-72As.

It was the new, next generation Zerstörer 1. It had been an secret Hettstedt Landsysteme project from 1987-1999. In 1999, the new Zerstörer 1 was already ready to deploy, but was designated only for Special Forces use.
But the times had changes. The army could not stand the T-72As and T-80s. The army needed an new prototype. So, 500 tanks were ordered for production for the Hettstedt Volksarmee. The Zerstörer 1Z2 was also designated for special forces in 2000, too, but hadn't been needed for now. Zerstorer was German for 'Destroyer'.
The President left the area and got in his armored Ministry of Defense special service car, and it began to set for the roads in Berlin with an escort of Stasi BMWs and Volksarmee trucks.

On the road

The driver picked up the car stationary phone and picked it up.
"Ja? Prasident, the Volksarmee HQ." said the aide to the President.

The President picked up the phone and gasped and said "..Scheisse. Alright. Well, we don't need that anyways. The treaty is planning to give that lump of shit to South England either." Glasgow was nuked. "Haha, g(l)ow.." he thought to himself. He then went to sleep while the car was steadily heading to Berlin.

William Cartwright was nervous, and rightly so. The 32 year old Army Vet had only recently gotten a job in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was immediately chosen to represent the MRB in Berlin. It was true that he majored in International Relations and Diplomacy at Oxford, but he was hardly the most qualified to do so, especially in light of current events. The government of Northern England had been destroyed, and western Poland was reduced to a moonscape. Things weren't good especially since there was word of the Trade Union Militias resisting reintegration, and word had it that North English Prime Minister Cranwell was already in Hettstedt, acting as a government in-exile. "Good thing Free Republican Army pretty much gave up without a fight. And now they're shouting "God Save the Queen"." His guard said, another veteran. "Yeah, but what the hell are we going to do about the Trade Militias? Those fairies have planted themselves in the oil refineries and steel mills and are shouting about dying for the cause." Cartwright said, acting like he wasn't surprised. "Yeah, though in my humble opinion as an old steel worker is that someone aughta given them communists a good spanking when they were kids." Cartwright chuckled at this as he boarded a Concord jet. "I didn't catch your name." Cartwright said as he took his seat. "Mitchells, Robert Mitchells." The man said, sitting across from him. "My boy was at the border when those commies invaded, but I ain't worrying." "Why's that?" Cartwright asked. "Because he's a tanker, like his old man." Cartwright smiled. "I was Artillery, part of a MILAN team when we were fighting the communists during the SECW." "Fucking Nuts." Mitchells said. "I was part of a group of Royalist Scots when the commies took Scotland. We even managed to get support from the 1st Royal Scottish Armored Division. "Mitchell's Marauders." That's what the papers called us." The two men talked until they reached Hettstedtian Air Space. "Attention Gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We will be approaching Berlin in 15 minutes. There will be minor turbulence as we slow down to sub-sonic, but there's really nothing to worry about."

The day was nice and cool - the airport was overcrowded, as usual. The gates where the diplomats would arrive were closed for the day for the arrival of the diplomats. The diplomats were then taken to Reichstag in Berlin - the Reichstag was the government building of Hettstedt, and most of it's Democratic Senate & Democratic Congress meetings were held in there.
The city of Berlin had communist & Marx graffiti, which was being taken away by painting over it. This was done to make the city look better, not like an communist-zombified utopia.

The diplomats were then escorted by 5 Stasi and 2 Volksarmee officers to an large room where there were little flags for each nation - 2 diplomats from Hettstedt (President & Minister of Foreign Affairs) and room for the other diplomats.

The President looked at the men entering the room and said "Sit down. Would you like some tea? This situation is quite stressful, you see. Don't be shy, sit down. I am not as scary as I look like."
The President was an 43 year old man who had been an close friend of Egon Krenz and other party officials. He also excelled in military command as he was an General of the Volksarmee. He was clothed in an brown overcoat and black boots, with an blue blouse and a cherry-red tie.

Vladimir Veselovsky and Colonel Nikolai Butenko walked to the Boeing 747, both men were no strangers to diplomatic affairs. They were working heavily on previous diplomatic affairs during the Soviet Era, Dissolution of the Soviet Union era. They were set to go to Berlin to discuss affairs about this new war which was occuring in Europe. They both sat down in the airplane, buckling up. The airplane taxi'd to the runway and took off towards Berlin, being escorted by Russian fighter planes.

Colonel Vasiliy did the same as the previous two men but on a different flight. This flight headed to London with a unknown purpose, under more intense guard.

The President looked at the Russians entering the room and said "Since we all are here, let's see."

He took an map and pointed at the Western front with the UK - it looked like this.



"As you see, your nation would get Scotland and Northern England, and the Netherlands & Belgium would be handed to your nation with autonomy."

Then the President looked at the Eastern Front - it was extremely complicated. There would be a lot of changes in Central Europe.



He shew the new map and said "Purple is Poland.", then, when asked "What are those pink/light-red spots?", the President said "Well, since we do not need them and we do not want to take away a nations soverginity, Denmark, the Czech and Slovakia, Luxembourg would become socialist, Marxist states - esentially, satellite states with an large degree of self autonomy. As you see, the past borders would be renewed. We will regain the teritorries that were given to the Polish SSR unfairly when East Germany & Poland were both satellite states of the USSR. Basically, the changes would be these, the Czech Socialist Republic, Slovakian Socialist Republic would be made, and the Danish Democratic Republic and the Socialist Republic of Luxembourg would also be made. We are still, sorry for the word, pissed off at Russia for not giving us Kaliningrad back, but we do not mind anymore."
He looked at the ambassadors, hoping they would accept this treaty to prevent a new nuclear war.
