Under the leadership of General, now President Hiya Pirme contemplates that "The recognition of the independent Waray state
is necessary" following the defeat of the Tagalog Military in the city-garrison of Calbayog City, which now is Waray Territory.
Peace talks and post war reparations are now undergoing as the Waray Army are threatening to execute their captured soldiers
if the Empire does not consent to the recognition of their state.

The Waray people, enslaved and mostly ignored by the Imperial Tagalogs, started their armed struggle 2 years ago and have led
decisive victories against the well armed Tagalog Empire, with assassinations of high ranked generals, ambushes and terror techniques to
demoralize the Imperial army.

The Port city of Calbayog, the last strategic location of the Tagalogs in the region, and once widely regarded as the best city against naval defense was rendered useless even against an ill-equipped land based army.

The Waray people, enslaved and mostly ignored by the Imperial Tagalogs, started their armed struggle 2 years ago and have led
decisive victories against the well armed Tagalog Empire, with assassinations of high ranked generals, ambushes and terror techniques to
demoralize the Imperial army in the southeast.

"Hahaha, it doesnt look good for these imperialist jerks." A Waraynon soldier remarked as he put the newspaper down, and readies his rifle. "Hey Captain, how long are we gonna feed these bastards before we kill em?"

"Don't touch them till the higher ups decide so don't put your hopes up, Private." The captain replied as he puffed cigarette smoke from his mouth. "And besides, all this fighting is going to be over once Gen. Nala sorts this out."

Another soldier with the captain sighed "We're finally free from those imperial bastards.."

"This war is probably the accumulated feelings of us Waraynons barfing out what the Tagalogs force in our throats"

In the prison chambers in the Fort of Calbayog, the guard soldiers filled the halls with laughter and glee while the prisoners of the Republic translated it to fear and dread. Because they do not know what their tomorrow brings. Especially when it was the Waraynons that captured them.

The word "Waray", translated in Waraynon means "Nothing", "Void", "Emptiness". But now as their own state is being established, their nothingness has become a something. A something that has moved the empire and put them on their last legs on their hold of the ancestral Waraynon homeland.

Based on Tagalog stereotyping, the Waraynons are highly regarded as a warrior tribe from the east, with fighting and aggression as their main specialties. The Spartan culture of the Filipino ethnicity besides the Moro. Once, they were pirates of the Visayan shores before being assimilated by Spanish culture long ago. They were the mercenaries, the renegades, the traitors to the ancient Visayan Empire.

Yet once again the people of Zionatra formed their nation from the ashes of their forefathers. Having rebuilt from a revolution nearly 12 years ago the Zionite people live in a growing economy, mostly based on agriculture in the poorer part of the country with refineries and factories in the more wealthy areas. Though the most heavily produced items remain farm machinery for use in the Zionite field and orchards. Which are world renowned. With a large population their is extreme income disparity leading to some resentment occasionally spilling over into protests or even riots. The Zion government attempts to help those in need but with such turmoil in the past it is ruthless at putting down riots and insurrections usually occurring from the farmers.

James hurried through the dim halls of the capital building and bumped into a small statue of a former Zionite president sending his papers scattering across the floor. Cursing under his breath, James dropped to his knees and began gathering up his work. He thought back to the day the President had begun giving him accounting jobs checking the purchases of the government. He had discovered frightening acts of corruption and he was determined to show the president.

James finally began moving again stopping at a hall intersection Four Guards marched past the front left man facing forward, keeping the pace the other three turned their heads and glared at the young assistant. The captain of the guard had been one of the main focuses of the inquiry and James knew that Captain Reynolds was as corrupt as they came. His men were being told many things about James, none good. He knew they were watching him on the camera's and being a full 45 minutes before shift change these guards were only there to remind him that should he be trying something he would be stopped.

Nodding cautiously James waited as the guards turned into one of the may meeting chambers in this wing of the building. He continued on his way until only a single corner was between him and view of the President's office. He turned it smiling to himself until seeing what was before him. Cold dread sucked the smile right off his face. On either side of the door were orange badge guards. The President's protection Force used Purple iconography not the Orange of the Government Protection troops. He began to wonder where the other guards had gone, until he saw the two red stains and a small round hole on the left side of the door. The guards weapons weren't the usual machine pistol they were both wielding assault rifles, complete with silencer and folding stocks. Perfect for the narrow spaces of the building.

Now donning on him that the Halls had for the first time been empty he realized his mistake. He stepped backward before a purple glint caught his eye. Then a hand clamped over his mouth and he was drug inside a room. Pitch black he awaited whatever was to come.
