To:Prime Minister Davor Klimov
Although we cannot directly support this revolution in a military manor,as we are currently warped in our own issues,we will supply the rebels with supplies and any other minor support that we can manage.
We are willing to send in our own Commissars and officers to help train and discipline the rebel forces.
PLEASE RESPOND ASAP
Sincerely,
Chairman Ivan Drago

Although supplies are welcome from you our own officers and personnel are capable of reigning in and disciplining the Filipino Rebels.
The offer is greatly appreciated.
We might ask you to provide us with plenty of food and gasoline as everything as such as weapons and vehicles can be easily provided.

Your offer is greatly accepted.
We ask that you drop them off on the eastern beach on Samar.
Set off a flare once they've been dropped so our agents can pick them up.

To the Iron Brotherhood:
We have now dropped the XM-44s, but 5 of the prototypes have been sunk due to the bad weather in the Philippines. We have also sent you the blueprints for the hull of the XM-44 for your personal use.
