Rules:
1. It's an alternative world where the USSR didn't fall. However, the communism fell in East Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia and Hungary. Yugoslavia has been divided - but communists are still in power in Serbia and Macedonia. The Soviets withdrew from Afghanistan in 1994, leaving the country in chaos. In Iraq, Sadaam Hussein was deposed in 1991, after the Gulf War. The 11/9 attack and war on terrorism never happened. The Islamist coups happened in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman and Jordania, which led to creation of anti-Israeli and anti-Western Caliphate. Meanwhile, a series of Kurdish rebellions in Turkey, Iraq and Syria resulted in creation of Kurdistan, unrecognised by international community. In China PR, ethnic tensions between the Han, Uighurs and Tibetans rise.
2. Major powers: USA, USSR, UK, China, Caliphate, Germany, France, Iran, Israel, India, Pakistan, Turkey. UN and EU exist too.
3. Pick one of the above or any other country or political/religious/economic organisations. Name your head of state, head of government, ideology and government type (if you're a state). Please stay sensibly realistic.
4. No vulgarisms.
