in this RP the Golan Heights have only a German Peacekeeping force there, but it's sizable enough to stop the two sides from escalating into war

In RL there are is no UN Peacekeeping force in the Golan Heights as Israel occupies them illegally according to the UN Security Council the UN has asked that Israel end it's occupation of the Golan Heights, but they refuse. In the RP however only you have troops in the Golan Heights and by the way you might want to respond to the post I did about increasing Syrian troop numbers in the Golan Heights.

I posted about building bases in the Spratlys! It has this heavily altered and modded thing that airplane checkpoints use. Also, it did not sink the ship instantly m8.

Hardlining Military officials from the Soviet-era attempted to take over the country and resume the country as a Soviet power. Boris Yeltsin is assassinated. What results is a repeat of a much more modernized 1917 revolution. Supreme General of the Russian Federation Vladimir Dmitriev took control of the nation quite quickly due to smooth-talking and a soft approach to diplomacy and also with brutal military power. Most of the July 1992 plotters were sentenced to life in prison for Treason. Vladimir Dmitriev became defacto Head of State, Head of Government. His rule was authoritarian but did create many jobs and recover the economy totally. He has brought in numerous foreign businesses (such as Coke, Mcdonalds and so on.) and improved Russian industry and infrastructure. He allowed free elections at a regional and city level in 1995. The communist party was heavily monitored and was shot through with spies from the FSB to maintain the Russian Federations integrity.

Russia is already taken though you seem like a much better choice in my opinion.
