A new island has bben discovered and it is rich with metals. The only catch is that the island has an effect making people often forget who or what they are. You're most trusted soldiers may become avages trying as hard as possible to kill you. Nervous breakdowns are common and the closer you get to the centre of the island the heavier the burden you must carry. In the middle is a temple and in that is a treasure. The problem is that anyone trying to get that treasure has already been driven insane and shot themselves. Have fun
The island is Doubi property and Doubi wants to get rid of it. Take as much land as you need if you pay for it.

Official Message from the Government of Sarxland

Your arguing over this island has drawn us into the fray as well. It is obvious that without some mediation on this subject no one will be able to claim this island without bloodshed. If you cannot work out who gets what and how much of this island there will be war between you all. It's not a threat, it's fact.

The Old Kingdom of Sarxland has an offer to make for all interested parties however. We wish to set up a research base to study local flora, fauna and the temple itself if possible. However aside from the land to keep the base stable and largely self sufficient we do not wish to take up any more of this land as our own. We have enough Colonial troubles as it is.

If everyone is willing to use our research base, which we are in the process of sending workers, pre-fabricated structures and resources to, as a place to hold talks over what to do with the island and work out an amicable solution, then we will be more than happy to host such a summit. Our military will provide security, although personal retinues will be allowed inside the base.
Should anyone decide that our presence on the island, regardless of how minor it will be, is unacceptable and threatens to remove us through force, remember, we can use far greater force than most of you all combined, Sarxland is a military powerhouse in the international scale and we are more than willing to use our military to ensure our interests are secured.
This time however, we come as peacekeepers, not conquerors, take our offer and decide amongst yourselves a fair solution or don't. It matters little to us, but you should consider this properly, a wrong choice may go badly for many of us who are involved.

In response to such an abhorrent gesture of aggression, Divusia has sent three hatchet-class frigates, as well as ten LY909 fighter jets to maintain close 'patrol' of the region. Soviet Catalonia was the first to make a rightful avail of the island, and the state of Divusia recognizes this right.

We are selling it for 50 billion dollars. Send prisoners to get all the money in the temple and make them mine stuff you should offset that cost pretty soon.
