Im not familair with the series but I like having a thorough RP with the use of some technical info.

I like the 4th Gen aircraft but I'm dubbing between the Dassault Mirage 2000 and the Harrier II GR9a. I prefer European fighters over the standard McDonnald Douglas issue of F-14/15/16

Also i'd like to join as a PMC instead of a nation. One or multiple individuals accompanied by their aircraft for hire to whatever needs to be done from air superiority or clandestine strike ops.

I hope this idea is acceptable and if so, then I will think about making a entry.

I hate to be that guy, but McDonald Douglas didn't make the F-14 or F-16. Grumman made the F-14 and General Dynamics made the F-16.

Well I stand corrected for not being precise enough. It was the first manufacturer I tough of when thinking "US military aircraft"

By the way, my little squadron is sort of going the way of some kind of ridiculous special ops team: they're not real, mkay?

Yes, you can still call Hydra by his name and all that, but please do it off of the radio communications and refer to them as a "reconnaissance" squadron. I'll probably get the flying orders from ISAF's AWACS and somehow filter them through Beacon from now on. Anyways, it'll probably be business as usual, but WITH A TWIST!

well I haven't actually played ace combat 5 (yet) since I haven't finished Zero and I've been avoiding gameplay footage from 5 to avoid spoilers. ;__;

Hey LPB I wish I could jump in and help you with that sub. Harriers are meant for (sub)surface targets so i'd be ideal. Unfortunately I am to be ordered by Post War America to do such thing and we haven't even had our first meeting yet
