Number of Troops: 3rd, 4th, and 5th Fleets, all stationed in the Pacific. No ground forces expected to be committed.

Number of Troops: (This is important, but wait to use a military. I'll say here when it's okay to.): 6th Fleet, 2000 men. (4th and 5th Fleet and 4500 men if necessary)

I'm just putting most of my people working in the Military and Industry..maybe I'm a communist state.
But if it's not accepted I'll cut that in half
and if that's not accepted I'll cut that current numbers in fourths.
