terrorist hijacking

Less than three hours ago a Pananauan passenger jet has been taken over by hijackers, their motive is unclear but best guesses are that they may be linked to the sudden military build up in the New Abra region, their demands include:
• The armies involved withdraw their forces immediately
• The release of twenty prisoners
• That power in New Abra be signed over to the aristocracts
• Two billion dollars be given to them.
We implore that whatever is left of the new Abra armed forces get them from landing in new Abra. Special forces from Pananau are on the way, but you must keep them in new Abra at all costs

Being recently committed to the Abran conflict (see main forum) the Tekkit Empire was now committed to ensuring this operation ran smoothly. The Pocket Carrier TNS St. Anthony launched a flight of two F/A-18-TK "Archangel" fighter jets, shooting them off the ramp on the deck. The two planes pulled up in front of the massive airliner. The flight leader announced over the radio:
"Serdadu 431, your demands will be met. We will escort you to Terrace Central AFB, where the allied countries will hold a meeting to agree to your terms. Please follow us."
The jets banked right, and the 747 followed.
Back at Terrace Central Air Force Base, the flight pattern was immediately cleared. All outbound flights were grounded and all incoming flights were diverted. Waiting at the runway were ambulances, firetrucks, and a black limousine flying the Tekkitian flag, but hidden in the air traffic control tower were 6 snipers.

But this hijacking involved a Pananauan passenger plane, our foreign policy is to not negotiate with terrorists, we must retake the airliner, what airport did you make them land at, because the Pananauan anti terrorist unit it on permanent standby. The negotiators must try to play for time so our special forces can memorize the layout of the 747 and plan an entry strategy.

An Azovskayan Special forces team has arrived outside the airforce base after hearing about the hijacking. The 6 men exit the helicopter and quickly move to the airfield. As soon as they get there, they make contact with the Tekkit officials in the limousine.
"Привет. We are Azov Spetsnaz team 1. We have been rushed to the airport to help. We want to infiltrate the plane when it lands and eliminate the hijackers. with your permission, of course."

OK you can help, by putting ground equipment on the runway to block it, the Pananauan special forces anti terrorist unit will storm the plane. We also need you to act as ground crew and red Cross to put microphones on the hull of the 747. And those acting as red Cross need to go inside and count the hijackers.

Those hostages will primarily be women, children and the elderly, and if possible some of the men, if you co-operate, we will try to release the twenty prisoners."
Terrorist 1: " We will release the passengers in exchange for the prisoners, but you must bring the prisoners to us, in twenty four hours, or for every hour we don't see them on the plane we will shoot one hostage. UNDERSTAND. "
Cpl. Tong: " OK, but the Red Cross would like to come aboard the plane to check on everyone, especially the one who are sick or have diabetes."
Terrorist 1: " They get ten minutes starting the moment the door opens. "

The doors open. Three Azovskayan men walk into the plane, disguised as the Red Cross. The hijackers watch them carefully. The three men begin to walk through the plane, acting as if they are providing medical aid.
As the men step to the passengers to provide 'assistance,' they carefully and quietly place the microphones. They have counted a total of 10 hijackers in the plane.
Around the back of the plane, the other three Azovskayan men are fully armed, and are ready to enter through a small hatch. The hijackers, busy watching the three already in the plane, didnt notice them creep up to the plane. They await the signal.

"That's it! Ten minutes is up! Leave the plane!" Shouts a hijacker.
The three men make their way through the aisle. As they pass, passengers frantically whisper for help. The men know there is nothing they can do, and simply continue on.
They exit the plane. As soon as they leave, the door slams shut. Now, it is time for the next phase in the Pananuan plan.

We Regret that we are now learning of this terrorist incident only now had we learned about it sooner we would have sent aid in the form of Special Forces to aid you sooner. However our apologies will do you little good in this instance so our offer of aid still stands if you bring these terrorist to heal. We must get as many passengers out of the plane as possible, specifically E cabin in the back of the 747
We wait till night comes
We will say that the prisoners they requested to be released are on the way
The Spetznaz team at the back will climb into the hatch
The Pananauan special forces team will cavalry charge the plane by airstairs
One team will charge the front to get to the cockpit
Two teams will charge the rear coming to both rear entry doors, after the Spetznaz team has safely entered the plane, the Spetnaz team will help the Pananauan special forces team mop up terrorists who make it to the back
If both teams must retreat, with the consent of the Spetnaz commander I give full permission to the New Abran air force to destroy the plane on the ground, or if it takes off, to shoot it down. Again ONLY if both teams must retreat

The people who have been evacuated said there are approximately ten to twenty terrorists, two to five of which have bombs capable of destroying the plane, so the teams must move quickly.

As it begins to grow darker, the Azovskayan men prepare themselves. They've been through hijack trainings hundreds of times back in Azovskaya. But this was the real deal.
Their hearts thumped louder and louder as nighttime came closer. None of them could sit still. The wait was killing them.

Cpl Tong: " Allow a Pananauan news crew aboard the plane to see the passengers who weren't evacuated, and to interview you and your fellow freedom fighters

Sgt. Ngo: " Captain if the prisoners or the money don't arrive soon we may need to storm the plane without it."

Sgt. Ngo: " Sir with all due respect my little brother is a pilot with Serdadu airlines, and he's qualified on this model 747, he told me the doors can open from the outside."
Capt. Imami: " OK contact the Spetznaz commander and tell him to storm the plane in thirty minutes. "

The snipers waited patiently from the air traffic control tower, but something was amiss. At least the plane was on the ground, and the passengers were safe for the time being. But The terrorists were not disembarking, giving them no clear shot.
Captain Michael of the Steel Recon Legion refocused his scope.
"Come on, take the damn bait." He muttered under his breath. Waiting for the terrorists to emerge from the plane.
The intercom crackled to life form the Tekkitian Air Force Base
"We can only negotiate a surrender and your money if you leave the plane and talk to us here!" Announced a voice. The snipers zeroed in on the doors of the plane, ready to take the shot.

Okay, snipers are waiting on your command. The good news is that the plane is on the ground and will likely stay that way. Tekkitian engineers have secretly disconnected all 4 engines, and attached locks to the wheels. Advanced National Threat Security (ANTS) has formed a perimeter around the airfield to contain any escaping terrorists.
