Due to mass copyright infringement and other bad things we have deemed it necessary to filter the internet globally. Any country which does not implement our filters will have their entire country blocked. We will be blocking:
-IP infringement
-pornography
-anything illegal
-anything else which is bad

We have declared digital war on your mass web filtering and will circumvent it by any means necessary. We will be providing a piece of software which totally bypasses internet protocol in order to allow people to connect to the outside. Here there are no laws whatsoever regulating pornography and there are no copyright laws.

We consider this an act of war. Prepare to be sued on a national level.

Continued disrespect of copyrights and their enforcement may lead to war. Do not continue on this path.

We consider this disrespectful to the rights of artists and copyright holders. Do not start a war or at least get yourself hit with another DMCA

It is not disrespectful, as there are no copyright holders. Music is self published and artists make music in their spare time to receive extra kickbacks from the government as a thank you for keeping the populace content.
But Go ahead. Try a put a pathetic little DCMA on our massive nation... BEHOLD THE MIGHT OF COMMMUNIST VICTORIA! Besides, its not like you can get the World Assembly onto us... Then we'd be in trouble....
And we also pledge our support for Anonymous Proxy and his war for a free internet.

We have hardly any connection to the regular internet and mostly use a national
pigeon-based internet, so this does not concern us much. However, we condemn the arbitrary rule of blocking "anything else which is bad", which could be used as an excuse to ban everything, and in turn resembles authoritarian censorship in all but name.

This system prevents artists from making a living and kills record label jobs.

Those capitalist record labels are only out for themselves, most of the artists barley get any money. Most of the money goes to the record label. Your organization claims to support artists, but only supports executive boardrooms in companies that just distribute the artists music. Also, what do you consider "Anything else that is bad"? and isn't it the individuals right to choose what he or she does on the internet, regardless of whether it is adult material... or music... or VicFace ... or whatever the desire?

We disagree with this. Artists receiving funds by the government can make a comfortable and secure living, and what's more, can do what they want, not what is currently popular. It therefore secures their jobs and strengthens the economy, with record label employees being able to find other jobs assisting the artist, such as marketing them,, organizing concerts or selling merchandise.

The Indish National Intelligence Agency (INIA) has began to back up every single website online, and place them into the new Indish Entranet, that will be able to connect to all other nations that use our technology. We have sent the files to host it to every nation who is willing to use it.

Given that most "infringing" or "inappropriate" websites aren't hosted in their borders, there probably isn't much they can do to begin with in terms of taking down sites. But we support your effort Indhir.

We need an international framework for DMCA requests so we can take down content. For now we will merely attempt to punish any nation that doesn't respect copyright holders.
