The Germanian Government upon receiving this just shredded the letter and ignored it. It did however prepare it's Military in a case of invasion with Atmospheric Motion Detectors turned on and the Colossal Germanian Guardians activated to stand guard along the borders

In an announcement earlier today, the Consul has demanded the head of the Germanian government turn themselves in for trial. "Such criminals must not go unpunished amongst our civilised world. If the leader of the Germanian States does not hand themselves in within the next 24 hours we will be forced to launch an international policing action."
