Brochillia wrote:Brochillia is 25 years old and has emerged from the nasties of early development to start making real decisions. The government's stance on social issues is salutary neglect. As long as it doesn't affect our international standings, we don't care what you do. This includes religion, sexuality, and drug use. We pride ourselves on a growing military and a content populace. Our intent is to rarely use our strength but have it available as leverage in diplomatic dealings.
Our people mostly hail from Poland and Ireland and are mostly content as long as there is alcohol available. Our people work for what they earn. Welfare is a rarity reserved for those wounded in war or work. The military is highly honored as is the workforce that keeps the Brochillian machines churning, but the nation recognizes the importance of every aspect of Brochillia. Education is important, but the exceptionally stupid are conscripted instead of leeching onto the school system as dead weight.
We are not here to make enemies but expect respect.
We are not knowledgeable enough to form alliances just yet, but are open to all communications and would love to talk.

Imperial Coat of Arms
Originally a colony of the Empire of Russia, Kryvaria considered itself the Imperial Remnant after the overthrow and assassination of Czar Nikolas Romanov and his family in 1918. A distant branch of the Romanov line, Emperor Lysus the Ist, re-organized Kryvaria into an independent nation in 1923. Organized into an Imperial Monarchy modeled on Imperial France under Napoleon, Lysus the I modeled imperial law heavily on the Napoleonic Code. Many surviving "White Russian" citizens of Czarist Russia immigrated to Kryvaria following the fall of Moscow and St. Petersburg. Kryvaria also saw significant immigration of Japanese and Australian immigrants in the early 1930's and again in the years following the Second World War. Though remaining neutral during the 2nd World War, Kryvaria, like nations including the United States and the Soviet Union, absorbed german scientists and other personnel involved in war-time german advances in technology. Kryvaria successfully test-detonated it's first atomic weapon in 1958 and it's first hydrogen weapon in 1964. Kryvaria enjoys trading relations with several nations including the United States, Japan, Australia, and Germany. The Imperial Treasury operates at a slight surplus, as a result, the Kryvarian Mark is worth on average about 1.7 U.S. Dollars.
Under the Emperor, a Council of Lord's, consisting of three Earl's and nine Barons, and the Imperial Ministry make up the Imperial government. The Imperial Ministry consists of the Minister and Vice-Minister of the Realm, Minister of Health and Education, Minister of Defense, Minister of Imperial Intelligence (also oversees the Imperial Secret Service), Minister of Energy and the Interior ( also oversees agriculture ), Minister of the Treasury (also oversees tax policy and collection as well as responsible for trade and economic growth) and the Minister of Justice (oversees Imperial State Police as well as the Imperial Courts). The heads of the Imperial Armed Forces answer directly to the Emperor, who also commands the Imperial Guard, the Minister of Defense handles administration, logistics, and support duties. The Empire of Kryvaria is in it's 90th year and has for the last 8 years been ruled over by 48 year old Emperor Nicolas. Twenty year old Prince Michael is the heir to the Imperial Throne.
The Empire consists of a large island land mass roughly 650 miles by 700 miles. Consisting of a mountain range formed by a long extinct volcano at it's center, the large island of Kryvaria includes deep forest, numerous spring and snow-melt fed rivers, fertile plains, and a large plateau on it's north-eastern shore. Chief exports include light sweet crude from considerably large oil fields off Kryvaria's south-eastern and north-western coasts as well as a large field inland from the north-west shore. Other exports include titanium, copper, and lead from large ore deposits found in the islands mountain range as well as citrus from the islands southern plain. The waters around the island support moderate commercial fishing industry. Recently Kryvaria has also begun to export salt from it's large desalinization plants on it's west coast.
The Empire has a population of 23.8 million, with an unemployment rate of 3.4%. All qualified citizens are required to serve 2 years in service to the Empire, either in the Imperial armed forces, Imperial medical service, or at an Imperial University. Kryvarian citizens enjoy high-quality universal health-care as well as four years of paid-for higher education thru the Imperial Universities as desired.
Kryvaria makes abundant usage of geo-thermal, solar-power and wind-turbine technology as well as two light water nuclear power stations. This multi-faceted energy grid is extremely low-cost, efficient, and effective. All energy and water services are owned and operated by the Imperial government and provided at no extra fee for the citizens. The cost of water and electricity, like Kryvaria's universal health and education plans, are paid for thru a 12% oil export tax and a small percentage of the Imperial income tax.
Kryvaria's main imports include beef and other food-stuffs, electronics, and domestic goods. The Imperial Armed Forces also include weapons systems, equipment, ships, tanks and aircraft from a number of countries including Russia, France, Germany, the United States, Australia, and Japan.

I suggest not using your NS stats they are mostly worthless for most rps, I recommend creating your own economy and using that for RPs.
