After election of National Sonacist President Neil Stephenson, a newspaper from Charleston South Carolina revealed the National Sonacist were from a different country, the Neo Rome Republic. As the new President entered New Washington City, the Charleston Gazzete arrived as well. Protesters arrived in front of the White House, calling for him to resign, which he refused. Soon, he called in the national guard to depose of the protesters, and after minutes of arrival, they fired into the crowds. Pandemonium broke out afterwards, protesters, do to the right to bear arms, began firing back and others through bricks and stones. The protest were ended, but, news of this massacre reached every ends of the commonwealth. The States in the South were the most outraged overall, they called for Stephenson's resignation or they would secede. He denied and called for mobilization of the NAC'S armed forces, but half of them, including skilled generals refused and left for the Southern States. After one month, South Carolina seceded, followed by Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia. They proclaimed after wards 'the Confederated Commonwealth of America', and chose Republican former NAC electee Gavin Godfrey as their first President, originally wanting to chose Former President Hodgehen, but, he disapproved of secession. Now, as we enter January, both sides are prepping for war, but have yet to make the first move.

Welcome ladies and Gentlemen, to the 2nd American Civil War, this Rp is really to decide the fate of the commonwealth, so you can't just burst on in and have the 'Democratic Republic of Annexayouistan' burst in and annex Florida. Also, their are a few rules I must set ahead of time.
