General Mákú Mèègú is the high commander of the Communist Ground Support Force. There are 10 Rifle divisions, totalling 150,000 men. They are supported by the Supreme Gatling Corps, with 2,000 Gatling guns. The Royal Artillery Regiment, with 1,000 artillery pieces will also be joining in.
The Communist Naval Support Force, commanded by Admiral Bíkà Bávè, consists of 28 high speed frigates, 22 destroyers, 25 cruisers, and 7 submarines.
The Communist Air Support Force is being run by High Wingman Pálù Pókúgà. Under his control are 88 biplanes, 123 triplanes, 20 dive bombers, 50 light bombers, and 120 heavy bombers, totalling 401 planes.

No offence, but I would like to ask about highlighted part. How can a communism movement be conservative?

It is not an ideological question, but rather, an attempt to gather what the Hardliners really believe in. Because conservatism as political ideology is in opposition of communism.

I do not want to start ideological dispute, just get an answer ;).

There is already a Civil War in Huaxia. You can choose to be diplomatic, or help one side, or something else.

I'd like to add that I have been in a couple RPs with this person. They seem to write very entertaining RPs and interact with other characters well. Especially if you'd like the element of humor to pop up from time to time, I'd recommend them.
