Only 2.5% of your population can be in the military (active + reserves).
Another 3% of your population can be paramilitary (active + reserves).

Paramilitaries are required to use early to medium-latish Soviet Tech (1939 - 1980's to some extent).

There is a current military cap of 5.5 million.

the Flugvélar Verksmiðju in Norðurborg is recieving it's first modernization since 1977, and, as a result will stop producing aircraft for two weeks, Flugvélar Verksmiðju produced two different types of aircraft, the FV-2, a consumer aircraft, and the FV-3 a more sporty cousin to the FV-2.

In Sjóbæ the crane that was damaged by an ammunition explosion while resupplying SNIS Balður was replaced today. Also in Sjóbæ, the SNIS Troll, sunk during bombing by the Black Riders, will be raised out of the shallow waters of the harbour, and it, as well as the rest of the Draugr class, will be converted into fast transport ships, recognizing that, due to their age, they are not good for combat, lacking appropriate cannons and AA armament, they will keep their torpedo tubes, as they will be useful for defending the ships, and damaging larger ships, should it be needed. their 3" guns will be mounted as harbour defense guns in Sjóbæ.

Due to rising tensions between Calldonia and the three nations, Calldonia has invaded Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia. We have sent a total of 1/3 of our active military in to each of the three countries, easily occupying them, with little to no resistance. We ask the international community to recognize Calldonian sovereignty over the countries. A small rebellion has sparked in the states of Amazonas. The government is working to control is as we speak. We urge other South American Nations to watch out for terrorist organization ISIS in South America.

Once again, the Calldonian Government has exposed its true agenda, its will of refusing to use diplomacy, but rather to enforce its views through the means of military force directly against another nation. The actions taken by the Calldonian government is a direct violation of the independence and the territorial sovereignty of Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia and in this modern, democratic world each nation must sport the values of freedom, liberty and justice. President Alex Johnson has propsed an UAN trade sanction on Calldonia, and a blockade of Calldonian waters until Calldonia stop the invasion and agree to come to a diplomatic solution with Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia. But on top of this, President Alex Johnson has secretly ordered the Department of the Treasury to flood the Calldonian economy with conterfeit notes, which will slowly begin to crash the Calldonian economy so that the Calldonian government would immediately cease the unjust occupation of Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia.

The United States of Delvosity should refrain from intervening upon the issue. There have been several outcries that the nation acts as a 'world police'. It is in fact a disadvantage when someone seated high at the international community to intervene immediately and putting sanctions to the state of Calldonia is a deliberate act of oppression, which violates the basic code of conduct. We ask the United States of Delvosity to put a stop on this act, and stay put!

The imperialistic behavior of Calldonia has not gone unnoticed. Their aggression toward other countries has upset Grande Rojo and other Central American countries. In order to protect ourselves and other Central America countries, Grande Rojo, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, and Belize have form an alliance with each other in diplomatically solving this international epidemic. Guatemala and El Salvador do not wish to join. They don't worry about the Calldonian imperialism. We only hope that this will change in the near future.

DECLARATION OF WAR

President Alex Johnson simply laughs at the news of President Dunkey's actions, so much so that he falls of his chair and a speech is shown on national TV.

"The Allied States of Omega America only has 14 million Omega Americans residing within its sovereign borders, compared to the United States of Delvosity which has 206 million Delvossians residing within its sovereign borders. President Dunkey thinks that by cancelling trade he will crash the Delvossian economy, but infact, this gives President Alex Johnson a better chance to increase trade with the United Bogan States, Kalakhia and Altis-Stratis. The Allied States of Omega America is also trying to force counterfeit money into our economy, but the Department of the Treasury is already used to this due to the 1956 Civil War, and is highly trained in destroying counterfeit before it can get into the econony, on top of this, any factory belonging to the The Allied States of Omega America will be subject to airstrikes by the Delvossian Air Force. Agents in the government shall not be a problem, since Delvosity's government is a Democratic Military Junta, only Colonel+ can serve in the Government, and it takes many years to become a Colonel. In all, the attempts by the the Allied States of Omega America have been in vain as they shall not effect the United States of Delvosity. However... based on Delvossian Foreign Policy, the Allied States of Omega America has committed an act of war against the United States of Delvosity. Our great nation will not stand for the support of imperialism and we will crush all nations who stand in the way of freedom."

Delvosity has been shifted into DEFCON 2, and Delvosity's entire Armed Forces of 5,150,000 has began mobilization. All across the nations men who are fit for service are rushing to their nearest conscription station and enlisting in the military, factories and production lines begin to buzz as women craft the weapons, guns and ammuntion needed for the United States of Delvosity to overcome and win the war. A huge wave of nationalism swept across the nation.

Premier Aleksandr Treskayev and Minister of Defense Sergey Shoygu have announced on live national TV that the Socialist Federation of United Bogan States fully supports the United States of Delvosity and President Alexander Johnson's actions against Calldonia. Due to Omega America committing an 'Act of War', as a member of the Tri-Alliance, the Socialist Federation of United Bogan States will be declaring war on Omega America and even Calldonia if both nations do not stand down at once and find a diplomatic solution at once. If Omega America do not cease their actions against Delvosity then the United Bogan States will enter DEFCON 1 and a full state of war will be recognized between the the Socialst Federation of United Bogan States and Omega America.

We also declare war on Calldonia, and by extension, Omega America, as we are unable to keep silent whilst other nations are subjected to imperial invasion. Our joint task force that was announced earlier is already on it's way. Our submarines have already sent 4 Calldonian merchant ships to the bottom, and we request that they see sense and back down. Our bombers have moved to the panama canal to provide support to our and our allies' troops. Fighters are on patrol to prevent retaliatory strikes. so far we have sunk 32 merchant ships, and damaged a carrier with our submarines, and our bombers, while few, are making a disproportionally large dent in your industrial capacity, almost your entire bombing force has been destroyed on the ground, and what remains is no threat to our air patrol, your rail and roads are being damaged further by the minute, the light cruiser Kvaðning is being dispatched to link up with a Delvosity task force, and your flu is destroyed, my people hold their heads up proudly in public, and line up around the block to sign up for the Military, your CAP has been destroyed by carrier based F-14s, who suffered terrible losses, but decimated the Omegian fighter force. The troops sent to invade are now helping rebuild Omega America, and we wish to extend an apology for the total way in which we waged this war, but at the same time holding that it was necessary, our main concern now is to reestablish the friendly relations had before the war, and to proceed together, to mutual betterment, we are giving 1.2 Million to help rebuild, as well as deploying workmen to help. We also give 15 old merchant ships to help get Omega America's overseas trade back up and running. We will not impose harsh sanctions on this nation, other than having it's nuclear weapons disassembled, it is free to do as it pleases. we also apologize for any damages after the surrender was announced, and pledge to improve military communications to prevent it happening again.
