After revolution and revolt where the CPPE used to be, a new nation rises up in it's place. It is the Democratic Socialist Kishinev (because Kishinev totally isn't in Moldova). It will begin to pick up the pieces of the shattered government and to revive the economy, which will take quite a few years in order to completely execute. A new government is established for now, with executive and legislative powers (called Commissariat Elective of the People) with a separate judicial branch (Peoples' Courts of Justice) which will review the actions of the Commissariat Elective. A new constitution is planned to be drafted, which will limit corporate liberty, promote small and self-employed business (with regulation, of course), give more civil rights, and give the people a functional and truly democratic environment to live in. The draft will not be made into a final constitution until maybe two years or so from now.

For now, the paramount concern of the government is to reestablish telephone lines, railroads, shipping routes, roads, and other such methods of communication. We also ask Badassistanian to install ARPNET and their new PC in Delhi, and the USP to help us to build nuclear power plants and to help us understand how nuclear power and how computers work. Research on solar and other renewable power is resumed, but is very slow due to all of this reunification chaos.

USP-made models of jets and tanks are sent back via 5 fleets of huge trade ships in a respective way as Military research has hit a new high.
