After weeks of campaigning, diplomacy, voting sessions, and protests the South American union of badassistanian had been formed or SAUB for short under the command of Antonio Diaz the first whose dreams had finally became a reality.

Meanwhile in north africa a New nation had risen by the name of Turastan ran by the Muslims that booted the badassistanian goverment out.

The first solar plant has been built near Lucknow, and it supplies the energy required to power the Northeast Sector of the CPPE each week. Another plant is being built near Mumbai, hoping to achieve the same effect. 1,000 solar panels are exported to Togeria.

Nuclear plants begin to appear in various sizes all over the country, helping to power the democracy.

The SAUB begins to consider the possibility of starting up there own space and nuclear programs with the help of Volkstrad and asks volkstrad if they would be interested in helping in either of the programs.

Having seen many space programs signed into existence by other nations, less funding is diverted to research in rocket sciences, liquid-fueled rocketry, and gravitational studies. A prototype will be produced using past studies in this field, and it will most likely take about 6-8 years.

Many of the small towns of the CPPE, now having access to the rest of the country, seek to be industrialized. Syndikati equipment is reverse-engineered and mass-produced in the larger cities, taken by train to the smaller towns and villages, and set up there. In order to make this more effecient, the train system is revitalized to be faster and the trains to be just as fast.

Two more seats are dropped from the Provisional Government, and the NCP presence seems to be dissipating, leading to greater social, cultural, and educational reform.

48 more seats have been taken from the Provisional Govt. as communications and transportation improve in the CPPE. Further developments in nuclear power are theoretically allowing for us to start building plants, but there are calculations still needing to be done. Solar energy in Lucknow seems to be doing pretty well. However, the Imps have attacked the construction site of the second plant in Mumbai, severely limiting production and causing major deficits in energy. An investigation of this attack is taking place. We would like to brighten relations with USP and Volkstrad by selling them the schematics to solar power (see materials needed in RMB).
