as the main agressors in this massacre are DPRK and Laterna, Great Slavyaniya would like to take actions against the mass murdering of civilian population in the Philippines. More specificaly, actions against DPRK and Laterna.
The above nations are violating human rights and are destroying everything in their way under the word that they are liberating the Philippines. Please stop these acts within 1 NS week (1 hour Real life) or Great Slavyaniya will start a war against DPRK and Laterna. Please take in consideration my nation's superb economy, military and technologies. If you don't end this act of cowardness, you will be having serious troubles.

As the 1 week ultimatum directed to the opressors wasn't accepted, The Federation of Great Slavyaniya is going to take things in its own hands. Massive bombings will be executed on both Laterna and DPRK, followed by ground forces entering into the 2 countries. Considering the huge casualties on philippinian side, we accept refugees to our country, and we will help the philippinian army with our own aremd forces. A total of 2 320 tanks will be deployed, 40 000 troops, 7 320 logistics vehicles, 12 000 APCs, IFVs and MGSs, 3 300 other vehicles (including rocket systems and AA), 4 040 fighter jets and bombers, 5 320 helicopters, 10 submarines, 13 cruisers, 8 destroyers, 9 aircraft carriers, 32 corvettes, 51 hovercrafts and 120 small patrool vessels. Take note that those massive forces will not be deployed on only one side, but as well in Laterna and DPRK.

Laoag

It was dawn, the remote-controlled reconnaissance planes observed the city. The results showed that a small garrison was situated in Laoag.
"Sir, according to the observations there are no civilians. But there is a garrison spread all around the city. Our planes spotted heavy vehicles such as tanks and APCs."
"Copy that, Coloniel M. Dimorski. Order the stealth bombers to take off. Tell the pilots to aim at more valuable targets. We will cripple them..." ordered general Iansov.
Minutes after the order, the coloniel gave instructions to the 5 RA-122 light stealth bombers' pilots what to do. Soon the bombers took off from the aircraft carrier.
Reaching Laoag undetected, they dropped their payload upon the enemy troops. The night was turned into day when the bombs exploded, killing and destroying everything. All went as planned.
Soon after the attack, 13 large slavyaniyan hovercrafts reached the coasts of Laoag, deploying machineary and troops to the city. The PT-615 Mobile Gun Systems were more maneuvarable than the DR-15 tanks, so it was their task to destroy the laterian tanks in the city. Their 130mm guns could easily penetrate the T-72s and T-62s. Soon slavyaniyan soldiers went into a fight with what was left from the garrison. With little to no resistance, the city was taken over. Over 6000 troops were deployed, along with 150 DR-15 tanks, 430 MGSs, 1200 APCs, 420 IFVs, 150 artillery pieces, 1200 logistics vehicles and 420 other vehicles. The army was ready to spread out to the other philippinian cities with the help of aerial and naval support.
Meanwhile, 123rd and 97th armies were getting ready to attack DPRK and laterian lands...

Laternians were smart enough to fight back, their fleet could cripple some slavyaniyan ships, but slavyaniyan attack submarines surrounded the laterian ships and eventualy made the laterians retreat. Soon after the victory over enemy waters, slavyaniyan submarines made missile strikes against the captured cities.
The destroyers' guns shoved off large chunks from the damaged buildings, where laterian troops were located.

More than 34 cities recieved rocket strikes. 12 000 slavyaniyan troops and over 6000 vehicles deployed all around Northeast and Southeast Philippines. Some cities were still infested with enemies, which caused relativeley medium-sized numbers of casualties on slavyaniyan side. The plan itself was to surround the laterians and make them retreat to the west, where they would be met by 4500 troops from the 42nd army.

Wake Iseland

Meanwhile 13 destroyers, 21 corvettes, 9 submarines, 3 aircraft carriers, 42 amphibious assault ships, 21 cruisers, 3 frigates and 5 battleships were near Wake Iseland. Their task was to fight the enemy ships, then deploy troops for invasion of the iseland. 3 D-50s, 5 IPV-122s and 10 Y-27s took off from the aircraft carriers. Soon after reaching Wake Iseland, slavyaniyan and laterian ships entered a vicious fight of life or death.

Now was the time for the invasion of Laterna. A large naval force consisting of over 26 destroyers, 33 corvettes, 11 submarines, 5 aricraft carriers, 59 amphibious assault ships, 33 cruisers, 7 frigates and 29 battleships approached enemy lands. Headlining the naval attack, the class "Devol" K-953 ballistick missile submarines launched a missile strike against Isla de Forta and its surroundings. Soon after that 10 RA-122 stealth bombers took off from the aircraft carriers. Reaching their target, Forta, they bombed it heavily. Unfortunately, 3 bombers were taken out. Seems pretty godmoddy to claim the land EVEN if they are. An eye for an eye is a terrible decision. Just kick them off. Also, he's never really said what your forces have done, he's just teleported.

As the forces got off the Islands of Mushroomio, the Apache landed on the battleship protecting the transport ships to conserve fuel. It was refueled, and the pilot had a hot cup of coffee. The President made a last-minute decision and the silo was loaded with a nuclear missile to wipe out both forces if sh- hit the fan. The General sent more spies, some of which took out soldiers on duty and took their uniforms and all identification on them. They learned everything about the soldiers, and when questioned by each other they told the right info. The General sent some snipers to cover the ships when they land on the shore. Everything seemed fine.

The National Great Slavyaniyan TV (NGS TV) broadcasted a speech from the orzhoy, just after the massive military parade held in Slaviksk. The orzhoy himself was standing in front of over 50 000 slavyaniyans on the "Rezdack Balgaria" square. With the slaviksk orzhoy guard and special BRAP Units in black uniforms armed with submachine guns PR-104s and ADV-88 rifles scrambled around the leader, he stepped up in front of the massive crowd. He breathed in and opened his mouth...
"Today is the day we stand up against the violators of innocent people in the Philippines. For too long we waited the end of those inhumane actions against philippinean people. Even though our government supports the idea of social-democracy, we are against any acts, violating the civil rights, be it on our own citizens or foreigners. That means we are against Laterna and DPRK's actions. We gave them an ultimatum, they ignored it. Now its the time to help those in need. We will not only accept immigrants, but also supply with weapons and aid the philippineans. And not only that, Great Slavyaniya decleares war to Democratic People's Republic of Kelvinsi and Laterna. The attack
Meanwhile, a slavyaniyan fleet was already moving towards Isla de Forta. The fleet consisted of 11 battleships, 9 destroyers, 5 frigates, 5 submarines, 4 aircraft carriers, 8 corvettes, 10 cruisers, 7 amphibious assault ships, 22 hovercrafts and 30 small boats. The crews were coordinating their attack and were rehersing the plan.
"So, the plan is to surround laterian forces, defeat them and take over Forta, then recieve reinforcements and destroy major manufacturing facilities and buildings."

"Fire at the ships!" yelled the General, who had recently received word that there was another fleet attacking. They fired at the ships, and the poor Apache pilot had to get into his chopper midway into his last piece of bacon, which he ate as he ran outside. "We cannot risk another major attack on the Mushroomi's!" yelled the General through the comms. They fired at the ships, not knowing who's side they were on. Mushroomio is neutral in this war, so it doesn't matter who it was. Another ship was deployed, this one is supposed to be a naval artillery support. It didn't go fast, but it didn't go slow. It would be there in three days.

The DPRK Bermuda battle groups(The navy is where almost all my military budget went), launch another raid, against the unprotected troop transports, with 520mm shells easily sinking the unarmed troop carriers. The battle groups withdraw, after running out of ammunition. The raids are always under heavy air cover.
