Is this strict RL-MT or can we also use realistic player-created tech? Because I'm most comfortable with fictitious weapons designed by other NS players but I don't mind sticking to things that actually exist IRL.

And are we RPing as our NS nation or are we constrained to the capabilities of the real-world countries we picked? For example, could someone come in and say that they're Luxembourg with a population of [insert ridiculously large number] and 100 aircraft carriers, or do they have to play with a population of ~500k and a near-nonexistent military?

You're listed in the IC OP so you're in, the map just needs to be updated.

My last question (for now): Do RL treaties, alliances, etc. exist in this RP?

they could try to make a micronation but i dont know 1 person vs an entire army of middle powers to super powers isnt that good

Living at one of the poles would be pretty miserable anyway. A frozen wasteland where much of the ground never thaws with no food and mostly uninteresting landscape.
