OP:
34th of Fulgintov, 4044. Elrathrean time. The Calivanthians, or now you should say, the "Elrathreans", have been stormed out by hired forces from all over the NationStates universe. Destruction waved and has taken it's toll upon their sacred temple. It was a sad and dark day for them. After 6 months of the discovery of their new planet, the Duskians was reported taking part of wanting their allies eradicated. This made Sullivan infuriated and wanted his vengeance for Shadow's betrayal.

Since then, the Duskians and Elrathreans have been on a neutral scale for moreover than 3 years. But it didn't last long. Scouts have been reported near the Elrathrean boarder, messing with the water supplies and tainting the crops with poison, leaving the citizens deathly Ill and families in deep despair. Elrathrean trading cruisers have been blown from the sky by Duskian weaponry and have looted the weapons and armor. A darkness has fallen upon the Elrathreans. A small battle broke out in the Kubajee ruins against Duskian's heavy forces and lost. Only a few managed to come back alive. It was only that moment when the Elrathreans decided to step their foot down and take matters into their own hands.

Duskian cruisers has received a message, reacting to their evil and twisted demises. The Elrathreans have declared war on them. Since their last meeting, they were allies. Friends. Brothers. But all changed when they deceived them. In the end, the Elrathreans wanted their evil plagues to stop that the Duskians has brought upon their home planet. One nation will be left drowning in their own blood. One nation will be utterly be torn from the unraveling truth. And one nation... will claim their head as victory.

Click here to see what all of our units look like. The one with the cape are the Void Lords.

The Elrathreans prepared their attack as the Voidnots get into their positions. The Voidmancers; positioned and ready to kill, they too stand in their positions. It was a shady day. Sullivan walks over a hilltop and sees the Duskians in the distance. He grind his teeth a little bit as he stares at them. "Duskians... you will pay for your betrayal."

The Duskians were once noble allies, helping in the time of need and prepared to stand up for what he believed in. But traitorously, he deceived Sullivan and helped the community to deploy forces upon his home planet. But why? For what cause? Sullivan than smirked and turned his head to look back at his new military. They seemed to be similar images of Xil since he took him apart.

Deep within the portal to the Elithra realm, lies ancient creatures ready to strike and serve the Elrathreans to whatever cause. Elrathrean hover craft vehicles arm themselves with high powered plasma rounds. The sun beamed down on his face as Sullivan looked up. His fur flows in the breeze as he closes his eyes and sighs, thinking about this upcoming battle. And rest a sure, it was going to be a bloody one.

Meanwhile, above the planet, Elrathrean Tomb Cruisers settle as they prepare themselves for a orbital battle. They wasn't the only ones with Space Fleets. As weapons charge and men get in their positions, the A.I announces.

Code: Select all
Attention. All personals report to their designated locations. Please prepare for stationary targeting.

Sullivan's son, Daniel, was in charge of the space fleet in orbit. He would be wearing a black trench coat with white stripes on it like his father.
"We are in position, Commander Daniel."
"Excellent.."
He contacts his father down below, informing him on his position.

"We are in position, Father."
"Perfect. Don't let up, son. Kill them on sight."
The message fades and Sullivan nods. He ponders on whether to just kill Shadow If he caught him or to just send him to the pits of Elithra Realm. It made no difference to him. All he cared about right now was getting his revenge for his betrayal.

Above the Duskian base, behind their army, comes Skynet and their powerful Cyberdyne machines. Vulcan targets Sullivan in the distance and zooms in on him.

Target identified. Terminate with extreme prejudice.

HK Tanks treads across the grass, leaving it's titanium tread tracks behind. The FKs however flies overhead and stays above the Duskian boarder. They did assaulted Sullivan's planet once but somehow failed due to technical difficulties. But since he's here and not on his defensive planet,... he's got no where to run.

Series 800s and Series 1s march their way to the front lines, each one setting their targets on termination mode. Vulcan soon joined them as he walks down the hill. Thump. Thump. Thump. Each step the heavily armored machine took was only heard in a tiny distant. Vulcan too wanted revenge for the loss of his friend, Brother.

No where to run. No where to hide. The machines was prepared to slaughter every last one of the Elrathreans on this faithful day. Vulcan was going to make sure the Duskians gain victory.

Choriandusian Military Base - Temple Command

"Through his stripes, we are healed! Through his blood, we are forgiven! And because of his death, we shall repay our debt by doing the same!"
"Yeah!"
Crusaders cheer as Emperor Horlon announced his encouraging speeches to his children. He turned his back to his men and looked at the enemy. Emperor Horlon scoffed to his surprisement of who their going up against. One army consisted of what appears to be mechanical undead warriors, serving from the grave. While the other seem to be humans. "Silforus!" He shouted. A half human/robot hybrid walks from up behind. He wore a hood over his head along with a long cape.
"Yes, milord?.."
"Scout throughout the perimeter. I need to know what we are up against."
"As you command, m'lord."
The scout ran ahead cloaked to attract information of the enemy and what their military practically consisted of.

Crusaders line up in one large wall formation, along with the Teutonic Knights and the Templars. The CK Salvationists stomp around the Elrathrean base nearby, charging their holy flak cannons and it's effects. Heavily armored crusaders walk out with their UV Gatling Cannons. They were known as The Corrupted.

Emperor Horlon's angelic wings fluttered as he releases a solid sigh from his lips. He turns to his men and helds his Warhammer up in the sky.
"Let us pray before our God.."
He places the head of the hammer on the ground and kneeled on one knee and lowering his head, following by the military doing the same thing. Praying was the strength that provided them before their wars. It was by praying that they become victorious.

Choriandusian Orbital Command - CCX Starshooter Cruiser Control Room

Within the deepest parts of the Nation States galaxy, lies a massive white cruiser with their red crosses on the side; a symbol of their pride. Commander Forlono gazed out the command center's window, awaiting on his fellow men to give him the information he needs.
"Sir, we just received Silforus's information!"
He jumps out of his chair. "And?"
"One army are ruthless killing machines. A faction called 'Skynet'..."
"And the other?"
"Just any ordinary enemy, sir. Humans. Like us."
"I see.." Skynet? He never heard if these monstrous beings. "Send the information to Emperor Horlon."
"Yes, sir."
A button was clicked and a high pitch sound was made.

Emperor Horlon was done praying by then and received the message. He looked down on his wrist and scrolled through the brief information he needed.
Code: Select all

Horlon closed his message watch and shook his head. "God be with us on this faithful day... give us your strength." He whispers to himself.

Dr. Sullivan looked over and noticed the holy army and couldn't help to notice how fortified they seemed to be. He walks over with his hands behind his back and introduces himself to this... Emperor Horlon. "Allow me to introduce myself." He takes a bow. "My name is Dr. Michael Sullivan, head leader of the Elrathrean army and planet. It's a pleasure to met you." He says.

The Voidmacers and other Void warriors looks at the robotic skeletons and their vehicles. They looked upon one another and back at them with their eyes set for blood. Well... parts as well. The Void Lord walks over with his staff and stands before his canine machines and stomped his weapon on the ground, signaling their preperation to invade. The only thing they do know is wait for the Duskian's move.

Vulcan didn't care if the Duskians didn't react at all or not to their enemy's position, he decided to take matters into his own killing hands. He decides to invade. The Series 800s and Series 1s make their way towards the Elrathrean front lines to solve this problem once and for all.

Following behind were HK Tanks and FK Flyer units above their heads to attack them airborn style. The enhancements of their new armor would allow them to withstand EMP attacks. No one wasn't going to pull a stun attack on him ever again. The HKs lock on their targets, which were the Voids, and open fire with their high velocity of plasma cannons.

There was nowhere for Sullivan to hide this time. Nor nowhere to run. He will pay dearly for he had done to his companion and lost commander of the Cyberdyne army.

Emperor Horlon was startled at first of Sullivan's precense. "Nice to meet you, Michael." He says. Suddenly, gunfire started to sound off in the lower defense line. He speed walked over and looked down. It was Skynet invading. One of his men came to him, holding his helmet.
"Sir! Sir! They suddenly invaded us without a warning!"
"Those dogs! Release the CK Salvationists on them!"
You'll have to copy and paste this to look at it. It was too large for the img code to read. http://th07.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/i/2 ... 45levf.png

The CK Salvationists charge up their holy flak cannons and blasted at the HK Tanks, sending burning hot metal shavings at it's gun controls. The effects began to suddenly boil and forming into a white liquid substance of lava.

One of the Crusaders stood before the others and raised his weapon in the air. "With me, my brothers! For the emperor!" They all yelled in their warcries as they charge forward full speed toward the ruthless machines known as Skynet. One of the Crusaders managed to jump in the air and used both of his feet to kick one down. He then stands up in a hurry and shoots down at the face of one of the Series 800s. Following behind were heavy trenched weapons mounted and was firing with bolts of heavenly beams of light, seemingly contrasting to a burning point.

Choriandusian Orbital Command - CCX Starshooter Cruiser Control Room

"Sir, we just received word that the enemy is attacking."
Forlono looked over at him, giving him this look. "What?.."
"Yes, sir. It appears Skynet made the first move."
"Send a detachment down there! We can't allow them demons to overtake us."
"What do you propose we do, sir?" the worker asked. Forlono looked down at the ground momentarily then walked over to the worker who was in charge of the Sacred Beacon Control.
"Zenos." he says.
"Yes, sir?"
"Send in the CK Judgements."
The CK Judgments were like their former brethren, Salvationist, but packed with more firepower and more durable than most. The worker nodded and the pods were blasted down to the planet. The pods than starts to catch on fire from the speed going through the atmosphere and slammed down on the ground.

The CK Judgements rise from the impact of their landing and began to help the Salvationists by firing their plasma beams and using their combat battleaxes to slaughter the invading machines Skynet sent forward.

Sullivan was too surprised by their attacks. He looks over at his Void warriors to defend. "Get these machine vermins out of our way!" The Voidmancers commanded the earth beneath their feet to send out damaging tremors, damaging their armor by only so much. Considering their highly armored. The Void Lord and Voidnots charge at them with their particle splitting weaponry and opened fire. (I'm not sure if using particle splitting weapons is GMing... If it is, than allow it to have no effect in return.)

One Void Lord phased his weapon and struck the 800 in the chest area. Unfortunately, it only ticked it off. The Void Lord saw it break his staff and he raised his hand and used a sonic pulse ability, sending him flying backwards.

Sullivan looked back up and saw Vulcan in the distance and screamed. "You're brother went down and so will you! I will not have someone stand in my way of conquest!" He ran over to his computer and activated X-Net; the corrupted, yet enhanced, souvenirs from his last battle of Skynet. They were chrome(ish) black with cyan color to it.

The X 1s strolled out from over the hill and opened fire on their eldest kin of their family. X 800s walked out with cyan digital eyes, locking its eyes on its target. Vulcan. The X-Nets begin to join to cause beside the crusaders to fight them off.

The HKs weapons platforms was blasted and shot. It was hopeless for the HK to carry on. The 800 that was sent flying landed on his feet and flashed his eyes at the Void Lord. One of them grabbed the Crusaders by the neck and committed a chokelslam. Doing so, the machine raised its leg and crushed his skull with a powerful hydraulic system.

True, machines were getting wiped out from the newer and enhanced brethrens. Vulcan was infuriated and decided to deploy the Series XVs. These machines was the pinnacle of their military. Large, 15 ft machines with shields head to toe slowly make a moving wall with their Plasma Cannons at their ready.

Dr. Sullivan began to have wide eyes when he suddenly noticed the XV machines. "That heretic..." The thought of his war with them came back to haunt them. He visions Tombstone getting plastered by these same very machines. But his death was not in vain. In the end, they gain victory. But Sullivan isn't sure they will this time.

The weather began to slowly change as the clouds rolls overhead like a stream of water. The sun beats on him as he raises his eyes to the skies. He walks back to the command center and contacts Daniel.

"Daniel?" He softly asked over the message com.

"Yes, father?" He replied.

"We have a big situation down here. Skynet decided to deploy the XVs. The kind of machines that almost ruined me..."

"What?!" In the background, you could hear him jump from his seat and giving orders. "I'm using the Zuxo Cannon."

The Zuxo Cannon? But why? "No! We haven't tested that weapon yet. Just send a detachment; elite guards should do the trick."

"Aye."
The call fades and Dr. Sullivan looked over at his units fighting the Series 800s as well as 1s. He shook his head at them and looked back at Vulcan. "You WILL get out of my way. One way, or another.." he whispers to himself.

Meanwhile on the battlefield, the X1s turned in a 360° move and opened fire on a 800 nearby. The Void Lords was too joining the cause by using their technology. One of the Voidmancers used Zulicion on the 1s nearby, causing him to not tell the difference between up and down.

Emperor Horlon quenched his eyes at the sight of one his men getting stomped out. Literally. He walks forward, stepping his right foot on a boulder and raising his Warhammer in the sky.
"YOU WILL STAND YOUR GROUND!"
A beam of white light only surrounds them momentarily, giving them the strength and courage enough to withstand these undead beings.

The Corrupted locked on their targets and opened fire with their heavy cannons; fire and molten dust impacted their skulls until the effect seeped within their computer chip. The Salvationists however aimed at a FK Flyer unit and blasted its metal shavings towards it, hoping it would blast it out of the sky.

Emperor Horlon stood there with a sense of hope. He takes his hand and raises it up to his chest to hold a cross of what appears to be a necklace. A amulet. He mumbled under his breath, having faith he and his men would help the Elrathreans achieve their goal.

"Having doubts, m'lord?.." His advisor, Glonor, says as he approaches from behind him.
"Only a little, Glonor. But I still have hope and faith and believe that we can help these... Elrathreans to whatever conquest he can achieve."
"A man can only conquer so very little until his death, Emperor Horlon." He says. Glonor looked over at the army and smirked.
"Yes..." he says, turning his head to him. "And a man can conquer so very much when he has faith." He then turns his head back at the battle. Glonor didn't have anything to say to his reply.

Vulcan took one step forward with his left leg and pointed at Sullivan, flashing his eyes. A sign of 'going down'. The FK Flyer did get impacted by the Salvationist's canmon, yes. But it did managed to launch one of its armor piercing rockets at it's legs. With this, the aircraft slammed on the ground.

The 800s suffered death as they were getting hammered by firepower. One got cut in half by the Corrupted's firepower. It began to crawl with its parts hanging out towards a nearby crusader and grabbed his ankle, closing his hands as he begans to use its powerful hydraulic systems to break it. The other one, however, malfunctioned and stood with confusion. The machine couldn't comprehend the difference between what is up and what is down.

Meanwhile the XVs slowly march their way towards the enemy front lines, follow by more HKs and 800s. More FKs fly over and launch their rockets at Emperor Horlon after targeting him on its sensory.

Emperor Horlon heard a projectile fired and turned.
"By God's mercy!" He shouted, flying up and dodging the incoming rocket.
The rocket slammed into the ground, scattering pebbles and dirt every where. The ground kind of shook at the impact and Horlon landed back on his own two feet, resting his wings as they fold on his back.
"I want these aircrafts out of the sky! Pronto!"
"Yes, sir!"
Large turrets was being built in the process by technicians as they rush to their positions.

The Salvationist achieved its goal but was blasted by the rocket with brutal force. The leg support was gone. But the mech still continued it's fight for their country. Choriandusians never retreat. Choriandusians never surrender. As battle rages on, one of the Crusader's ankle was shattered into pieces.
"Ahhhhhhhh!!" he screamed in severe pain.
He took his gun and unloaded the rest of his magazine onto its face. Ting, ting, ting. You could hear the armor getting pierced as it impacts the bullets.

Emperor Horlon looked over at the Assassin and walked over to him.
"I need you to eliminate the commander." He ordered.
"One chance is all I need, m'lord."
The assassin drew his Sniper Rifle and cloaked himself to march his way near by the commander, enough where he could get a clear shot. Unlike the other crusaders, the assassin was white and black and nickname 'Death' for a good reason.

Choriandusian Orbital Command - CCX Starshooter Cruiser Control Room

Upon the cruiser, Frolono was displeased from the invasion. He shook his head and looked over at the stars and let out dreadful sigh.
"This Skynet is starting to grind my nerves..." he says.
"Sir, there are large moving machines. And they appear to be heavily armored and armed."
"Elaborate on the name. I need the name, cadet..."
"Uhm... their know as..." He reads through the papers. "XV Series."
"XVs... do you have an image of them?"
"No, sir."
Frolono was upset at first of no image because he couldn't identify how to kill these monsters. He huffed and sat down and pondered how to rid them.

Postby Red Dusk » Tue Jan 27, 2015 12:44 pm

(OOC: For those of you who are new, I recommend reading my Factbooks for the stats of my military units. I will be referencing my units by name, and it helps to see a visual of them.... otherwise it may be a bit confusing for you. Also, Assume that the forces already deployed have a support cruiser in a very low orbit above them)

IC:
Surface
Lord Wolf, the newest lord in Red Dusk, stood among the Duskian forces on the surface, ready to give the order to attack. Without the forces of Skynet, he may have been worried about the sheer number of men aligned against them. But Wolf had seen them in action before, when Lord Shadow himself had lead an assault on the Calivanthian homeworld. While Sullivan had escaped from under their noses, Red Dusk had retreated from foreign affairs to improve the lives of every citizen. Now they were back, and they had come back with a vengeance. Wolf ordered the Warrior tanks at his disposal to advance, with Marine’s to support them. A squadron of Goliath walkers were included in this force, and Wolf knew that they were lethal to infantry if used right. Inside his personal Goliath walker, Wolf saw a small message appear on his HUD.
Code: Select all
RDSC Ascendant Phoenix entering system with fleet.

All that crossed Wolf’s mind as he advanced with his men was to smile. He felt sorry for the poor bastards in orbit.

Orbit, Edge of the system
Space itself was twisting. The telltale signs that a Quantum Jump had started… and only for a split-second. Then a massive vessel, easily the size of a city, emerged out of nowhere. Followed almost immediately by a fleet of 20 warships, all of them Silverdart-Class Battleships. Aboard the Gauntlet-Class Super-Dreadnought Ascendant Phoenix, Lord Shadow looked at the visual that a small transport was giving from near the planet. A thought crossed Shadow’s mind as he looked at it.
Hmmm. Looks like we’ve got us some orbital fleets. Time to bring the full might of the RDSC to bear

“Send an alert to the rest of the fleet. I want to give these bastards a good look at the right side of the war…. the side with the biggest guns.”

Code: Select all
Alert!
Code:ShadowMAX
All Available RDSC personnel are to report to their warships. BY order of Shadow, the High Lord of The Grand Dominion.

The fleets will have a few post travel time. For those of you with fleets, beware…
(Secondary side fact: I know the bb coding to well... I built this entire post on google docs... and then copied and pasted... Didn't have to change any of the codes.

Surface
“Everyone! Advance. Give suppressing fire and support the forces of Skynet!”
Wolf had never seen such bloody warfare between machines…. But he knew that X-net was still susceptible to a plasma or Antimatter round to the face. The Warrior tanks opened fire a moment after coming into range, and their rounds began to land behind the enemy lines. A small squadron of Hellrain artillery pieces were at the rear of the battle line, and ready to send a punishing layer of rounds into precise locations of large enemy groupings. Meanwhile, a force of Cloudbuster Anti-air platforms had set up a defensive line. more to provide covering fire for the fighters that were being deployed by the fleet.
Wolf gave the order, and the tremendous sound of the artillery firing rebounded across the battlefield. At the same moment, a small flight of fighters from the support cruiser roared overhead, making a B-line for strafing runs across the Choriandusian battle lines.

Orbit
The Ascendant Phoenix and her fleet had reached the planet, and Shadow had noticed the presence of hostile cruisers nearby. After a quick scan, the results showed that these ships must be part of Sullivan's attempt to level the playing field against Red Dusk. Shadow scoffed at the idea that Sullivan though he could beat the force that had put any resistance down faster than one could travel between stars. Lord Shadow ordered the fleet to maneuver into firing range of the Elrathrean force, so as to distract Sullivan from the transports already leaving the docking bays carrying every vehicle and soldier type in the RDSC.
Shadow decided that it was time to end the pleasantries, and ordered the fighters, bombers, and gunships in the hanger bays to launch and head for the surface to aid the ground forces. As soon as he gave this order, he sent a message to Sullivan, after locating the enemy leader among the ground forces.
Code: Select all
Sullivan,
It has been a long time since we last talked. While it was not on the most friendly of terms, I hope that you at least remember this.
We were once friends, working towards the greater good of out people. It was when you went astray with your people that I first lead my men against you. But never has it been in hatred. I have always tried to keep the innocent alive and free. But you have enslaved and butchered many people, and I cannot ignore that.

Surrender, accept Duskian law, and allow us to try you for your crimes, and I promise that no harm will come to you, and that you will receive the fairest trial possible.
But continue fighting, and I will personally be the one to cuff your hands and throw you into the brig.
Your choice Sullivan.

Lord Shadow

Surface
Wolf knew that his men were courageous, but he also knew that the mere presence of a Lord from the Council would redouble their efforts to achieve victory. Shadow knew that to, which was why when Wolf asked to be assigned to the attack force, Shadow had agreed on the spot. Wolf had heard that Sullivan was notorious for copying his opponent's units tech, and he intended to crush the defenses of the Elrathrean's before they could manage to develop a copied version of the Duskian forces in use. As he was about to give the order to attack the position of Sullivan with long range attacks, a message appeared on his HUD:
Code: Select all
Lord Wolf,
I wish to capture Sullivan alive if at all possible, so that I may interrogate him and find out the true fate of the Clockwork people.
Lord Shadow

While the message delayed Wolf, he still managed to give the order for the Warrior tanks to open fire on the front lines of the Elrathrean/Choriandusian forces. The booming echo of 100mm Cannons sounded a fire inside the hearts of the Duskian Marine's. It was time for the largest force gathered in nearly a decade to bring the fury of the Dominion down upon their foes.

Time for the foes of Red Dusk to sting of a million Plasma rounds, and the bite of Antimatter on their lives.

One of the Voidmancers displayed the incoming message to Sullivan. Sullivan leaned his head back and nods a bit. He looked up at the sky and back at the battle. "Okay..." He says. He ordered the Voidmancer to send Lord Shadow a replied message.

Lord Shadow,
You caused our friendship to be broken. You helped the Nation States community by donating money to hired alien forces. You, and you alone, will suffer the same fate. You deceived me, Lord Shadow. And for that, you will pay.

Sincerely,
Dr. Michael Sullivan

Sullivan looked over at the Crusade army and raised an eyebrow. Would they be enough to hold off such military power? Would they be able to withstand the deaths and losses of their men? Perhaps... but he doesn't know for sure.

Daniel stood from his seat and sped walk to the window. He looks carefully, focusing his sights until he spotted a moving object. "He's here..." He says, pushing himself off the glass. He walks back up to his seat and looks down at his men.

"The Duskians have finally shown themselves. Let's smack them with our powerful weaponry." He says.

The ship turned slowly to face the cruiser as the orbital invasion was preparing. Men would get in their power suits as they await for the right time to invade. Daniel looked back at them and let out a breath.

"I hope you know what you are doing, Father.." He says to himself.

Frolono looked up and saw the radar. It was blinking with red dots bleeping on the screen.
"Finally, some action." He says.
Some of the cruiser's weapons systems became online and the defending units ran to their designated positions; putting on their suits and loading their weapons. The Corrupted packed themselves with jet packs to transport themselves at the main entrance of their cruiser.
"Dispatch me a message to that ship."
"Yes, sir."
The holographic video message was recording and Frolono began to speak.

Heed my warning; you are interfering with crusade business. You will respond immediately by returning to whence you came. Failure to comply will resolve the wrath of God himself. You have been warned.

The automatic beam turrets was activated and the Wrath of God weapon was slowly charging up. Frolono raised his index finger and demanded a cup of coffee.
"Coffee!" Coffee? At this of hour? What? The worker brought him coffee and he took a sip. The hot steam brushed against his face and warms his lips. He lowers the cup and does an aftertaste.
"Decaffeinated... perfect." He smiles.

Meanwhile, in the battle below...
"Do not falter! Do not show no weakness! You will hold you're ground! For our Lord commands it!"
The Crusaders began to fight harder as they unload their magazines on the machines. CK Apocalypse Artillery Cannons came strolling from behind Horlon. His wings fluffed a bit as he turned to the tanks. His cape would flow in the wind as well as his clothing part of his armor.
"Fire!"
The large cannons aim towards the XVs, planning to drive them back as well as the other machines nearby, unleashing their UV shells. The effect was to give enemies that were left alive 3rd degree burns and blind for only 30 seconds.

More Salvationist came stomping out as they unleash their flak cannons at the 800s, blasting only some of them into the ground. Emperor Horlon looked up and smiles. Maybe God was with them on this day. Maybe he was helping them fight along side with the Crusaders in the battlefield.

Vulcan looked over and saw Lord Wolf. The giant machine walked over and opened his hand. Came out was a holographic message board.
Code: Select all
Position you're soliders behind the VXs. There, they'll slowly lead them to Sullivan's base.

More FKs and HK Tanks tread from behind as they lock on their targets for termination. It seems these machines was more enhanced than before; EMP resistant, harder armor. Cyberdyne his greatly increased their manpower. Well... machine power.

The XVs was blasted by the shells, but only blasted their shields away and their legs off. With this, they still continued by crawling to their primary targets. Those who fallen in line was replaced with another XV machine to protect the Duskian forces from harm until they reached Sullivan.

In the distance, machinery parts and shrapnels fly everywhere from the explosives. Dead men drops as machines kill and machines drop as the Crusaders continue to fight. Humans never knew when to realize that Skynet, someday, will control the world and become the ruler of the masses.

Surface
Lord Wolf nodded at Vulcan, then gave a quick succession of orders to his men. The most important order however, was to the fighters that were on a strafing run.
Code: Select all
Bomb the enemy positions, and do your best to take out the enemy anti-air craft.

The FIghters, mostly Wraith's, launched a flurry of missiles into the Choriandusian lines. While they swerved off to regroup away from the enemy flak, missiles homed in on their targets.... the flak themselves.

Orbit
Lord Shadow was laughing. The Choriandusian ship had threatened a fleet of 21 warships.

Time to show them that Red Dusk was a force to be reckoned with.

"Bring up the Quantum Shields. Prepare to fire the Antimatter cannons."
The weapons officer was barking orders through his headset, getting the main guns online. On the Silverdart-Class battleships, the Plasma batteries were coming online, and the fighter escorts kept behind from the deployed forces flew out from their hangers, heading towards a rendezvous beacon. Shadow kept a close eye on the distance between the Elrathrean warships, not wanting to drift into weapon range of the Elrathrean's while he dealt with this Choriandusian warship.

"Weapons ready, Sir!" The weapons officer had said it without even looking away from his screen. He was busy locking onto the target.
"Shields?" Shadow wanted to know that shields were up before firing... he didn't want to chance the enemy firing on the ship while it recoiled from the antimatter cannons.
"Up, Sir."

"Fire when ready." Shadow gave a grim smile as he saw the enemy ship was within the weapon range of nearly the entire fleet.
"Away!"
The Ascendant Phoenix shuddered from the force of the Antimatter cannons firing. It actually jumped back nearly 50 meters from the sheer power given off by the cannons. And all the while, Shadow smiled and gave orders for the plasma batteries to open up on the enemy ship.... He just had to hope that this distraction wouldn't stop him from distracting the Elrathrean ships. As he sat back into his chair, the rest of the fleet reported weapons functional and firing.

(OOC: I Assumed that you were still some distance from Elrathrea ships. If I'm wrong, let me know. Also, the Antimatter Cannons are designed to pummel shields into submission ;) )

The CCX Starshoot Cruiser was hit and the cruiser shook. Sparks fly and people tumble and fall over. It even caused him to spill his delicious coffee. He slowly stood up from the blast and fixed his hat.
"Okay, then! You asked for it!" He looks at his men.
"Wrath of God is ready sir!"
"Engage!"
What appears to be drones, 20 energy drones formed in one large circle behind the cruiser, spinning in a circular motion. The weapon began slowly and then became faster as the beam charged. The beam fired. It blasted the cruiser with brutal force, deactivating their shields. He gets on the cruiser's voice box.
"FOR THE EMPEROR!"

Came flying about the Starshoot Cruiser were Orbital Warships. (Kind of like jets.) The Orbital Warships sped across the galaxy, launching their holy enhanced missiles and plasma rounds. Frolono laughed. The Duskians never encountered holy warriors before and was about to feel the anger of God himself.

Meanwhile, on the battlefield...
The Crusaders suffered much themselves as the Duskians plastered them to the ground. Emperor Horlon was concerned and raised his Warhammer.
"Do not retreat! Do not surrender! Drive them back, men!"
The Templars would set up their weapon platforms and opened fire with their UV beams at the machines. The others, however, focused on the Duskians. The Teutonic Knights ambushed them from the sides with their expert close combat moves.

Emperor Horlon activated their next brothern. The CK Redemptions. The CK Redemptions only focus on decreasing enemy morals as they armed themselves with molten flamethrowers blow their forearms, spraying fire at the machines and their other machine brethren. They couldn't allow the enemy to achieve their goal: to capture Sullivan. To defend what Sullivan believed in.

The CK Salvationist spotted one Duskian in the open and blasted him with it's powerful Flak Cannons. (I'm not sure if you fired at the flak themselves to distinction them, but I'll post this.) Some of the Salvationist's flaks were distinction, unable to be used anymore. They drew their blade and swung their power swords to infect their moral. If they can't use the cannons no longer, might as well use a blade.

(Dysfunction.* There ya go.)

The Machines were being wiped out by the Slavationist's sword, loosing moral fast. A Series 1 managed to run over 1 Voidnot and aimed down, opening fire and plastering the face of the armor. It then stroll on and searched for a next target.

(Also, let's pause the RP. I won't be on until the next day.)

Luce, Casane Sector
3 Ordem 2424 PA, 28 January 2015 AD

Admiral Spencer Arphaxad had returned from his patrol, and seemed like he had something to report. The SXS Watchmaiden was his ship, and it was a mighty sight to behold. It was stationed on the orbital space port, along with other warships flying under the Stormwrathian flag. As he was transported down to the surface via space elevator, he was thinking on how he was going to arrange his thoughts into words so that Overseer Chester Santori can understand it best. The elevator cabin reached the surface and opened its doors, and Arphaxad stepped out.

Secundis by now has been booming, and has a population of 44,000. It wasn't that bad for a newly established colony within the Galaxy. Luce, with the rest of the Casane Sector, was basically going to be the base of operations for Stormwrath in the Milky Way, and so huge quantities of supplies came to the space ports week after week. Nearby Vicina, the planet's moon, was going to be a huge military base for the time being.

The admiral arrived at the Overseer's Hall by the time it was early afternoon. As he entered Santori's office, he was sipping on a cup of tea. He saluted and began, "Greetings sir."

The Overseer put down his cup and then responded, "Ah Arphaxad. Please do sit down, you may have a cup."

"Oh, thank you your Eminence."

Chester took another cup and poured tea from his porcelain pot. The Overseer never liked using metal or plastic, as he thought porcelain was the most fitting of all for tea cups or kettles. Arphaxad reported, "Our patrol has picked up several unknown vessels battling several hundred light years from us."

Santori stopped pouring and gave the cup to the admiral. "Admiral, I don't see how this battle will affect us over here, hmmm?"

"Well, with all due respect, I believe that if left to its own devices it could spread over to our area of space."

"How far did the patrols go from Luce?"

"Around 204 light years, your Eminence."

He took a sip and continued, "How far was the battle from your patrol's location?"

"That would be at 47 light years according to the data." Arphaxad took a huge sip from his cup.

"Keep up with the patrols. If it does cross over into our territorial space, engage them with caution."

"Yes sir." Spencer finished his tea, left his cup on the saucer that came with it, and stood up. He saluted the Overseer once more before leaving his presence. Santori nodded once before returning to his data pad to finish the rest of his work for the day.

Once Arphaxad returned to the Watchmaiden, he went straight to the bridge and told the AI, "Once we return to our previous patrol area, send a few scout drones to the area. We may have to gain intel on which factions are currently engaging."

"Sure thing Admiral", the AI Construct replied. Her service number was 358-2A-10B5, but she is referred to as U-Dot. She has been the mind of the Watchmaiden ever since the vessel left its orbital shipyard near Apocryphus, and has served under many captains, including Admiral Arphaxad. She is quite fond of him, which may explain her loyalty to him. However, this doesn't mean that she hasn't defied his orders; one time during a pirate attack she wrested control of the ship from Arphaxad and put the ship at risk by attempting to ram the pirate vessel. This has indeed dealt a blow on the pirates, but U-Dot was temporarily suspended from service for three months because of her actions.

Upon the CCK Starshooter Cruiser, Frolono's Intel's detected unknown signatures but couldn't pin point out who or what it was. The ship was charging its weapons as one of the cadets came to him.
"Commander Frolono." He saulted with papers in his hands.

"Speak as you shall, soldier." He says as he lends a hand to him. Even though he was still a bit upset about his delicious decaffeinated coffee.

"Our local radar signatures has picked up on a unknown ship."
"Are they anywhere near us?" He raised an eye.
"No.. not even withing this phase. It seems they prefer to stay secluded from our battle with the Duskian ships."
"I see.. and their intentions?" he was concern not only for the safety of Sullivan, but also for Choriandus and his people.
"It is unknown. We aren't sure if they are on our side or not, sir."
"Go ahead and keep a look out. We may have to engage it if they pose any threat."
"Aye, sir." He runs back to his station and say down. He drops the papers and he cursed under his breath.

"I need another mug of coffee, please!" He ordered, shouting.
"We don't have anymore, sir."
"Mother of God...." He says.

Inside the CCK Starshooter Cruiser was massive. The main control room was structured as a ramp on each side leading to the ground levels where the cadets would work. A rail stands on each side and crusade banners float in the air-conditioners as the cold breeze blew on them. Frolono took a deep breath from within the ship and let out a long, relaxing sigh.
"Well... I guess a cup of water couldn't hurt." he says, considering wine was against their policy.

Meanwhile, In the battlefield....
Heavy Beam Turrets were programmed and kept a high defense against Cyberdyne aircrafts. One managed to lock-on a nearby FK Flyer and shot a single UV beam, blasting the wing off the side in a fiery explosion. Some did get malfunctioned by their attacks. Emperor Horlon gazed at the battlefield.
"Stand! Your! Ground! Do not fall before these monsters! The enemy will know Choriandus on this day!"

CK Salvationists kept their missions as they open fire with their flak cannons at the XV machines, hoping to plaster their machinery parts everywhere. More Crusaders come rushing in from behind their bretherns from drop ships, replacing the fallen ones who've risked their lives for their glorious country. But at what cost? Was it totally worth it all? Yes.

Meanwhile the Assassin was deep in the woods as he keeps his cloaking device active, assuming he will assassinate the enemy commanders, Lord Wolf and Vulcan with his special ability known as 'Eyes of God', allowing his weapon to give off double the damage, double the sight but less accuracy.
"One chance is all I need..." he repeated.
He finds his nest and sets preparations for the kills.

A HK Tank turned 90° and locked on a nearby crusader target. It seems these crusaders was more a problem than the Elrathreans. Such a mystery. Usually, the Elrathreans would be the one trying to dominate but it seems Sullivan didn't seem to be cooperating by helping their allies. This made Vulcan happy and allowed him to flash his eyes.

On the battlefield, the machines were taking heavy casualties. Robotic severed limbs lay on the cold ground as well as their eye sockets and even their head. One 800 tightens his titanium hand into a fist and hit one of the Crusaders in the face. The machine then impaled him with his fist, damaging his heart.

True, the FKs suffered high amounts of fallen flyers as many attempt to kill Emperor Horlon himself. The turret that struck its wing support blasted the FK out of the air, causing it to crash land in the dirt as the surrounding men and machine fight their empires. Vulcan scoffed and nodded, looking at them.

(Continue this tomorrow. I'm going to bed.)

Orbit
The blasts from the enemy cannons surprised Shadow, but he knew that the fleets of Red Dusk were stronger then most foes. Turning, he glanced at a small screen that had multiple times on it, all counting down. As he looked, one of the times reached zero.

Near the Ascendant Phoenix
Space warped and shifted as massive shapes formed out of nothing. The Quantum Jump of a fleet was concluding.
Shadow looked in contempt as nearly thirty warships exited Quantum space and joined the fray. A mixture of Frigates, destroyers, and Cruisers met his eyes, but he knew that they were more than capable of the battle that was at hand.

"Fire all cannons on the enemy ship! Our shields may be down, but our guns are still fully functional. All ships, FULL BROADSIDES!"
Shadow looked in glee as thousands of plasma and a few dozen Antimatter rounds hurtled through space, heading for the impudent enemy warship that had dared to attack the Ascendant Phoenix. The fleet at his command had grown, but so had the possibility to attack the Elrathrean forces at the same time. Shadow weighed the odds of the fleet winning a battle while split between 2 foes. As he pondered this, he remembered a time when the forces of Red Dusk would never have dared attack their foes in such a split manner. They would have simply attacked the entire enemy force in hopes that the attack would split the commanders. Now however, Shadow realized that it was not the time to split his forces.

As Shadow looked on, it became apparent that his forces were up against a tough foe.

Surface
Wolf ordered the artillery to begin pounding the area of highest Crusader troop concentration, and ordered his tanks to advance and give supporting fire to the forces of Skynet. As he advanced, a call from one of his men brought him up short.
Code: Select all
Lord Wolf, Permission to deploy sniper teams?

Wolf was shocked slightly at the fact that he had forgotten the snipers, and quickly gave orders to position the teams in various positions of power. As he gave the order, a quick glance at the position of his bombers and fighters told him all he needed to know.
Code: Select all
Fighters, Bombers:
Begin using napalm charges against the Crusader forces, but avoid dropping the charges close to friendly forces.

Wolf nodded as the fighters changed their direction to head deeper into the enemy lines.

Wolf looked around and quickly noticed that he was still quite close to Vulcan, and began to make his way across the battle line so that he could get a different look at the battle than the one that Vulcan would have. The distance wasn't much, but it was enough to make Wolf wish he had a comm frequency that the forces of Skynet operated on.

Sorry for the delay. I decided to sleep instead of replying. Hope that I didn't step on any toes...

The drones disembarked from the Watchmaiden and into the battle zone. These scout drones have a length of 1.6 meters, which is fairly small for such to eavesdrop on the current event. Currently they were collecting data on the ships involved, which ones are fighting each other, and which ones are under the ensigns of their respective countries. All of these nations fighting in space are at most unrecognizable and unknown. The data has been transmitted back to the ship, where U-Dot was interpreting and recording the signatures of each ship, including their superluminal drives. Elrathreans? Duskians? Who must they be?

Arphaxad had chosen that his ships remain in patrol while the scout drones continue to observe the fight. The Stormwrathians don't want to enter the battle prematurely until they have had collected data on the fleets and their apparent advantages over each other. So far no threats have been posed to the Stormwrathian patrol group or to the drones, as they all have their cloaking devices active.
