[Nickel Empire]

"Ever since the ending of the Great War, the Great Nation of Petrokovia has descended into a Cold War with nations forcing to take sides not knowing whether their neighbors could be friend or foe, secret meetings have gone behind the scenes for national leaders to decide if they are prepared for the next big war and wondering if the next step they do will kill millions or the extinction of the human race. Recently the Nickel Empire, the unchallenged master of the Right-aligned nations has done a series of threating moves towards the nation of Petrokovia, no less it being a secret deceleration of war in a proposed trade deal. In-order to solve this crisis national leaders have decided to come together to see if this will be the end or a new beginning."

Azad Palace, South-East Königsberg and Nicaea, the Azad Palace has been the home of the Dimes Dynasty since the first brick was place in the area. Over the centuries the palace has been expanded greatly by every single ruler, now it had grown to the point that it houses it small community of 15,000 people and has its own air strip and docks beside the Orange River. The Palace itself it 1600 feet from bottom to the sands to the top of the Tower of Dawn which houses the treasures of the Dimes family and takes 5 minutes to reach by elevator. But for now everybody will be meeting in the Reception Hall. In it there was two side doors to different parts of the palace and another one leading the throne room. On the other side there was a large glass window has tall as the other three walls. In the center of the room there was a long row of tables waiting for the leaders and diplomats of nations who will soon be arriving.

Emperor TonyDimes walked out from the right-door (looking at the window) and he was followed by Zombie Reagan in his little cage and surrounding him on all four sides were guards carrying electric batons. Emperor TonyDimes took a seat on the right side (again, looking at the window) with Zombie Reagan beside him. He had with him a 4 liter bottle of Minute Maid Orange Juice and the book "Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire" while Zombie Reagan was busy chewing on a Mumakil Steak.

[Petrokovia]

Premier Daniel Petit walked in. His aide, Nonna Yakovna, was to his left, Vice Premier Adam Marx was behind him, and Contrishta Agent Smith Malyshev was to his right. Rather than wear the winter uniform that he usually wears between December to February, the Premier opted to wear his year-round uniform. The group looked around the room. The Premier turned to look at Nonna, and muttered,
"Действительно роскошный и чрезмерное, да?"
Nonna, trying to hide discontent, replied.
"Да. Это отвратительно."

Nonna, Adam, and Smith sat down and waited for the others to arrive, each with slight discontent showing. The Premier remained standing for a brief period.
"Hello," he said. "You have made quite a strong impression already with your palace."
It was difficult to tell what the Premier was thinking or feeling, and his grey eyes seems unusually lifeless.

OOC: This is his year round uniform. When worn in the winter, he wears black military steel toe boots that go up to the bottom of the knee, as they help protect against tall snow usually found in Petrokovia in the winter. When outside, he wears a winter coat over it.

Richard Monroe came strolling into the conference room, wearing another, usual Hawaiian shirt and also this time, had two women wearing bikinis arm in arm with him. "Hey everyone, how's it going?" He whipped off his sun glasses and sat down. "Do you have any strawberry daiquiris by any chance?"

Given the importance of this conference, Prime Minister James Wilson was also here, though slightly embarrassed of Monroe's rather colorful entrance. Wilson was quite disgusted of the recent tensions between all the nations, and was not afraid to show it. "Hello everyone, I'm glad we have not completely digressed into war hungry animals and are actually trying to solve this through diplomacy....."

"Uh, we can get somebody to make it. You always know how to make an appearance Richard Monroe." He then turned to Prime Minister James Wilson. "Yes it is good that we can talk this over and plus it gives me an excuse to speak English."

[Gaoshi]

"It is so nice to see all of you today" Choi remarks, as he twists the cap to his water bottle. Min Dae-ho walks in shortly after sending a quick message to Tong Ji-ho and Bok Ki-ha about the recent heavy rains around rice fields.

[Petrokovia]

"May you say that in German? I was only able to pick up several letters due to the German part of your accent?" He then looks at all the other people. "Why this is really serious is we need diplomats and national leaders, do any of you want anything to drink?"

"Hallo, Sie haben ganz einen starken Eindruck bereits mit Ihrem Palast gemacht." the Premier repeated, in German. "Is dass besser? Keine Getränke für mich. Außerdem ist es sinnvoll viele Delegierte haben, da gibt es einige sehr ernste Dinge, die diskutiert werden müssen. "
Vice Premier Adam Marx spoke.
"Ich muss einen weißen russisch, wenn Sie es haben."

Teobaldo Okoro and Edmundo Luemba walk in together discussing recent trade activities. Luemba speaks up, "I'll have a water with ice if you don't mind, and we'd also like to thank you for inviting us to your nation"

[Aquapelago]

President Daniel Kapono and Vice President Kala Kalani of Aquapelago arrived to the meeting, speaking a mix of Aqui and Hawaiian together. The peoples of Aquapelago had a very "why can't we all get along attitude" towards almost everything. Due to their sunny, island climate they come from, they were very laid back, walking into the room at a pace in which the word "slow," would not be descriptive enough.

In a very even paced, drawn out way, the president exclaimed "Aloha everyone! I'm excited that this is my first meeting I am attending. And hope we can come to a peaceful resolution."

[The Arstotzkan Soviet Republic]

Prime Minister Johnson walks in, and takes a seat, silently watching the proceedings. He was concerned, as most of the development in Soviet Arstotzka was funded and aided by Petrokovia, and if a war broke out, that would mean supplies and funding may be cut in favor of the war effort, which would doom the Prime Ministers nation and it's people.

[Aaresa]

King Bouchard walks in, admiring the grand hall.
"My, this is one impressive palace. Oh, um, could I request a glass of red wine?" The King's happy aura served to lessen the tensions in the room.

[Longge]

Massimo Romagna and Savio Fabbro walk in admiring the room they are stepping in to, and as is very common in Longge, start making small talk with the various guards and diplomats in the building. "Me and my colleague would love a glass of red wine for each of us, if it's no trouble."

[Zhizhao]

Štěpán Klúčiar and Mikoláš Kovář enter the summit, both hoping to further strengthen international, political, military, social and economic ties, and build a better reputation for Zhizhao.

[Inprobus]

Supreme Group Leader Edward Eichmann entered the room. He briefly paused at the door way, arrogantly sneering at the other delegates. And then took his seat. "Is there a reason why I was called here? There are more important things to do with my time."

[A Colony Of Canadas]

Edward quickly runs into the reception hall. "Sorry if im late."

[Ganzhe]

Ganzhe's Presidente and Regional Council Delegate, Orestes Linterna and Juan Díaz walk in wearing their combat fatigues, as always, and laughing with each other. "It is so nice to see you all again, some of whom I can't recall if I've ever had the pleasure of meeting."

[Praciba]

(OOC: And this, ladies and gentlemen, is how an entrance is done. No need to thank me, just enjoy. )

As Francisco I and his entourage entered the room, it was clear that he was not amused by the location. The Pillizion mós Scarandos was a pinnacle of historical architecture and style, a myriad of historical importance, the sweat off the brow of the ancestors, something that this palace wasn't, this palace had nothing like it. While the other delegations might have been impressed by the Azad Palace, Francisco certain wasn't, deeming it a cobbled-up mess that lacked a general theme or quality. Of course, this was to be expected from so-called royalty, royalty that lacked the class, sophistication and history that genuine royalty saw not as a bonus but as a requirement, a requirement to even be considered for the leadership of a nation. While some saw democracy or so-called communism as the way to go, the Pracib people knew that a monarchy, a true monarchy, was the way to go. Regrettably, the Luurisvaleitaræn dossiers stated that only one nation would come close to a true monarchy, Aaresa, although the files were rather slim.

Still, as a summit was apparently a big deal, Praciba having joined the Regional Council only a short while ago, Francisco was the one to go. Not one to ignore his duties, he still ensured that he could have some fun while doing so by hiring the most flamboyant, gayest fashion designer that Praciba had the pleasure to host, Titané D'Light, to design and maintain his outfit for the summit and an entourage to come along, including acrobatic twins that would musically introduce him to the rest of the delegation.

His clothing ensemble started with his shoes, resembling a variation of those that Pracib noblemen used to wear for protection, featuring a large point that would have normally been steel but had been replaced with rare, albino kangaroo fur while the rest of the shoe featured seal fur, gotten from terminally ill baby seals. His pants, wide-legged style, had been made of the finest and most decadent orange-red silk, the legs embroidered with a fine weave of twenty-two carat gold, depicting the national symbols of Praciba, such as the Royal Eel, the Royal Coat of Arms and the silver birch, the national tree of Praciba. Followed by a shirt of both similar material and embroidery, it was covered by a waistcoat made from the reddest of red panda furs, matching the silk in color. Having been 'pasted' on a thicker piece of baby elephant leather, the sides were decorated with various gemstones, ensuring that the waistcoat made sounds, from the gemstones on either side bumping into each other, when it was left open and unbuttoned, or from the inner gemstones sliding up and down the silk of his shirt when it was closed and buttoned. A coat-and-cape finished his regular outfit, featuring thick, luscious snow leopard fur as the coat and outer strip of the cape with the inner part of the cape consisting of an evenly thick and luscious panda bear fur. Outside of his regular outfit, he wore an opulent, absolutely extravagant crown that had a hidden multi-tiered system in the back, allowing a full, magnificent collection of flamingo feathers to spring up and further enhance the beauty of the crown, providing a unique mix between crown and headdress. This 'springing up' would be done during his introduction, thought up by Titané D'Light to allow for an even larger entrance.

As he entered the room, Titané D'Light could be seen twirling around the Serenissimi Regis, using some form of spray to keep both the Serenissimi Regis' hair and the clothing in perfect shape. Wearing the same shiny outfits as the rest of the entourage, albeit being the only ones to wear the suits in red, the acrobatic twins, waited until the Serenissimi Regis was fully in the room, including his five-meter long cape, before handing over their cape-carrying duties to two other men from the entourage. Cartwheeling onto two empty tables, each taking one table, they used an unidentifiable, by the other delegations atleast, electronic device to mimic the sound of trumpets, as those instruments would often be used by other nation during such occasions. Waiting for the music to end, they started their introduction.

Doubling that in English, the other twin continued.

''May we introduce, with the utmost pleasure, Francistra Magionella Demetrius Agnistro Matrush Magnús Thorvaldsson Patania-Pracib, better known as Serenissimi Regis Francisco I Pracib, Serenissimi Regis of the Pracib people, Great Patriot of the Pracib Homeland, Grand Duke of the Civitanam Capital City, Grand Duke of the Internal Areas, Grand Duke of the Outer Regions, Count of Gloriatra, Count of Menstra, Count of Paloris-Minor, Count of Paloris-Major, Count of Kistracia, Upper Eel Extraordinaire of the Order of the Royal Eel and Carrier of the Holy Water of the Knights of the Holy Water of Ormuß! Coming off the tables, the twins flanked the Serenissimi Regis, each one of them taking a different side while locking in their arms with those of the Serenissimi Regis.

"Holy Hell." As His jaws hit the table. He then whispered to Edward Kenway. "Could he have made a grander entrance?

He then turned to Premier Daniel Petit. "Oh, das ist richtig Ihre Leute mögen es nicht, wenn eine Person macht einen Cent mehr als die allgemeine Bevölkerung. Sorry für die Unwissenheit Ihrer Kultur." Als er klar gesagt der letzte Teil sarkastisch. Dann sah er an der Vize-Premier. "Wir könnten einige haben, klingt ein wenig umstritten Berücksichtigung Ihrem Land ist rot." Er gab ein kleines Kichern das an.

"Gwaaaaahhhhh!" Zombie Reagan yelled at Premier Daniel Petit, with little chucks of meat landing on the table and Emperor TonyDimes.
"Hush, Reagan he is speaking German, he is not threating your territory." As he scrapes the bloody meat away from his jet black jacket.

Emperor TonyDimes then stood up. "Ok, I know it may have been a long plane rid for some of you or however you got here. But I have summoned you all here to try and solve the problems of this world, starting not least with the on-going cold war that has kept everybody on high alert for the past several months, there are several other problems too, including trade, rebuilding devastated governmentsand the environments, militarism,and political and civil freedoms. That's all I can think of off the top of my head, now I know we have a lot to talk about, but how about in the mean time we all try to act civil and not resort to violence. Now which topic should we discuss first?"

[Gushan]

Kwasi Berko walks past the cape carriers with confusion. In contrast with the monarchs he has a humble entrance, and simply sits down, feeling uncomfortable being the one to start the conversation.

"We need to discuss this cold war. All I have been doing is pouring money into the military prepping for war. Frankly, I'm sick of it. But I cant stop until I'm certain someone wont have their armies knocking on my doorstep. It has ruined trade, created alliances, and destroyed foreign relations."

The Premier sat down. It was obvious that he was annoyed by TonyDimes's rudeness and mockery of his culture.
"First, let's settle this..." As the Premier spoke, Agent Smith opened his briefcase, took out a 250 page document, and put it on the table.
"This details not only your trade with us, but everything you said to us during the trade. The main points are highlighted for your convenience. The main thing I want to address is your blatant wishes to go to war with Me, Exaequatio, and Zhizhao."

[Soviet Chernarus]

Premier Nikoláy Medvedev enters the room with the Nickel Empire hosting the 5th Regional Council Summit; while he chose to discard his fur coat, he donned a Chernarussian military uniform with many military decorations, medals, and badges on it as he sat down. There was nothing this grand in Chernarus, with the exception of the Winter Palace in New Moscow. He was closely followed by his advisors, and as he entered he seemed to be a deep discussion regarding the revolutionary ideals of Alexei Katchinslaya, considered by many the Father of Chernarus.

[Exaequatio]

Monroe watched Titané D'Light the room.
Good lord! He thought. I sent that poor student to that guy's country in that cultural exchange?

..But I have summoned you all here to try and solve the problems of this world

"Mmmm.... summoned us? I think that's the wrong choice of words." Monroe said as he tickled the chin of one of his 'lady friends.'

Responding to Canada's comments, Wilson added, "Indeed, Exaequatio has been funding huge sums into our military as well in response to this 'cold war.' And I'm sure the same goes to most others too. I would very much like to decrease the military budget now."

Wilson looked at Petit, noting his discontent to Tonydimes' comments in German. Wilson did not speak the language however could tell that whatever Tonydimes had said, was not appropriate. "Well I see we are making vast attempts to repairing foreign relations." Wilson said sarcastically. "I think it might be best if we refrain from speaking other languages to each other. If you're going to talk to someone, you're going to talk to all of us. That is what the Regional Council is for, after all." Wilson smiled in displeasure.

Monroe watched Titané D'Light the room.

I do agree with Edward Kenway however that military spending has reached dangerously high levels, so much education and healthcare have fallen in absolute spending and proportion and I fear if an epidemic were to happen we wouldn't be ready."

"The sarcastic underhanded statement about our culture is what I'm not happy with. I don't care about your joke about the White Russian. I didn't start anything by speaking Russian, as it is one of my main languages. People speak different languages-So what? Anyway, Petrokovian military spending is still the same as it has been for quite a while. 11% of our budget. And are you going to address this document?"
The Premier looked at the document that Agent Smith had put on the table, then back up at TonyDimes.

"In the case of diseases, I agree that it is a moral imperative that work to eliminate diseases that kill millions every year - diseases such as Malaria are particularly deadly. While we may not be able to find a cure or vaccine in the near future, we can work to prevent epidemics and disease outbreaks by introducing government awareness programs, improving public sanitation, and work to respond faster to current outbreaks before they get out of hand."
