Lower tech nations try to expand underground and underwater while the more technologically advanced nations begin launching rockets into space to create orbital and planetary colonies. But, with all of this new territory to claim and so many claims to it will the world maintain the peace, or will if fall into the chaos of war?

The USU is opening up access to the USU's orbital elevator, the Stargazer. Should nations wish to use this asset, the following options will be available to the nation:

- Use of the electricity produced from the solar arrays and wind turbines to power nations.
- Use of the Linear trains to transport goods into space from the elevators lower orbital station Overlook.
- Use of the Orbital elevator as a launch point for space programs of any nation and joint missions with the USU.
- Joint military space training for space based missions and orbital drops in the Union Space Command's upper station, Starword.

Only one of the four options above will be available to each nation due to the potential overuse of the elevator. All nations are welcome to join. When a nation joins it's national flag will be displayed on the side of the elevator.

The USU approves the use of the Stargazer for the transportation of materials of build a space faring vessel for Decorai. You will have full access to shipyard two on the lower orbital station. The USU also offers schematics of its Union class orbital colonies to aid in the design of the vessels.

The Union Class colonies hold up to 10,000 people in total. These current ones we have in orbit are prototypes to the one we will eventually build for 100,000 people. However you are asking for a generation ship for an entire population. This is something that cannot be done in our shipyards and must be built in open space. We suggest you use Lagrange 5 as a construction site for multiple vessels based off the design of the Union colonies. These colonies will be outfitted with engines to serve as vessels, however most materials will need to come from your naion, the transports we are happy to led you. Here is the colony design:

-able to produce materials on its own
-expected to be able to reach Uranus without refueling

With current tech, it is unlikely that we will be able to build an inter-system vessel for the requested number of people. A smaller vessel can be built to conduct research on inter-system travel if you would like to expand on this field.
