A small relief fleet went to the Armstrong islands only to find the settlements in rumble, corpses and damaged vehicles flooded the streets and it'll take awhile to identify all the bodies. The deathtoll of civilians 15,657 and growing, of soldiers 2,490. President Rufus sits in his office with a heavy heart as he prepares his speech on the Armstrong Massacre as it's being called, the Armed Council is not happy about the recent events.

He then toned down his voice and laughed to himself. "If you want your nation to develop and have good relations, that "part of your culture" must be abolished. Beol only has that term. Requesting Qunan to decrease its military's size by 20% is very much unneeded."

Under other conditions, we would have disapproved of your cultural practice, but not intervened. However, the kidnapping of citizens from other countries will not be tolerated," Ambassador Detrich states firmly.

If this meeting is nothing more than a ploy to allow you time to rebuild damaged and destroyed infrastructure, you may as well say so."
