This situation with the dam is a tragedy. In the interests of both our nations' securities, I am ready and willing to render assistance. In this light, I am sending a couple of investigators to follow up any leads.

Edge of the wave, helicopter with the GAmeTopians, 13:24:

“It’s blurry, but that’s the car.” said Nexus “The terrorist commander is the priority. Get him out of there.”

“That is the car!” said Natasha “I repeat, that is the car! Get the terrorist commander!”

The squad relayed the message to Captain Collins and the divers, and they swam over to the vehicle.
"5 minutes of air, time to get back up not included!" Someone from above told them in their radio. They wrenched open the door to the vehicle, and inspected the inside.
"There they are! Find the commander of the terrorists!"
One of the squad members pointed him out, and tethered himself to the man. That squad member signaled the squad above, and was pulled up from the water. Captain Collins and the other diver grabbed the two most important-looking men, and pulled them up to the surface.
"Tell her to descend so we can get back in!" Captain Collins gasped with strain as he lugged the man." The helicopter descended, and they climbed back into it. They returned to their seats, and those that were qualified tried to revive the men with CPR.

Water splattered the windshield as the GAmeTopians climbed back aboard. Spray flew everywhere. Suddenly, a wave surged up from the right as the final person climbed back in. Natasha pulled left, but it still hit the helicopter broadside. The Huey was tossed left, and the tailrotor lost power. The helicopter spun around and lost altitude, slipping backwards. Natasha found herself facing the wave as it rushed towards them and they sped away. The left engine sputtered and died. The tailrotor was barely clinging to life, and she saw the RPM on both it and the main rotor falling. She gave the helicopter full throttle and raised the collective to maximum. The helicopter inched its way up over the crest, and Natasha pulled it right. The wave shot under them as the helicopter struggled its way over to the river's East bank. She set it down on a hill, and stopped the right engine.

"I suppose I could say something witty here." she said, looking back at the people in the cabin. "But honestly I'm just glad to be alive. Feel free to ask Nexus for help saving those three."

She tossed her PCU back to the GAmeTopians, opened her door, stepped onto the grass, and sat down next to the helicopter, feeling the sun on her face and looking at the Huey.

"I apologize for that." she thought "That really was a lot to ask of you. Thanks for pulling through."

She stood up and began looking the helicopter over, trying to decide if she could get it flying again or whether they'd be waiting for rescue.

"Johnson, go see if you can help her fix up the helicopter." The man named Johnson complied, grabbed a small tool kit next to him, and stepped outside.
"Nexus, is there a more efficient way than CPR to revive these men?"

13:14, Archibald Dam, Final Engineer:

"Might as well get this over with before they get off the dam." thought the Engineer as he watched the person threaten to cut his rope. "I wonder if I'd live if I tried rappelling down as fast as I could now. Probably not. I wonder what comes next. Probably just nothingness. Oh well, nothing'll be peaceful at least."

"Good try, mate!" he yelled up at Jan. Then he released the button.

The detonator failed in one stick of C4 in the burning van. Other than that, every single ounce of C4 on the bridge proceeded to detonate.

The people on Fortress watched as the charges exploded. The explosions glowed for a second and then died down, revealing a massive scar down the face of the dam. Near the top, where the vans had been, there was a massive chunk of the dam missing. Water flowed through the gap, then the dam began to break. A crack raced down the scar, water tearing through after it. The dam appeared to bulge in the center, then the midsection collapsed outwards in a massive rush of water and the remainder of the Archibald dam followed. Within fifteen seconds, the dam was gone. Only 125 meters of concrete on the West and 75 on the East remained, vaguely suggesting its shape. As the people aboard Fortress watched, those collapsed too. And the river returned to the path it had taken for thousands of years before. A path directly through the heart of Valland.

The sped up to its max speed of 51 Knots and begin racing upstream.

"S***, the Torch just left full speed, do you have any casualties?"

"Yes, we lost Sergeant Teyo, he was on the dam when it collapses," replied Riker.

"Dammit. This is Orion Dropship to all available friendly choppers, we got a spec-ops team on the ground that needs evac, please reply," Foster yelled over the Radio.

"CPR is useful, but you should focus on artificial respiration." said Nexus "Give them pure oxygen if you have any. The main thing we are fighting is hypoxia. If they have water in their lungs, then they're going to undergo hemolysis and probably die, but laryngospasm should have kept their airways closed as long as they haven't been out for too long."

Natasha, helicopter landing site, 13:27:

"Well, I don't see any obvious damage." she said to Johnson "If we're lucky the wave just drowned the right engine, and the tail rotor's RPM drop was just from extra drag. You try to clean out the right engine while I check the tail rotor."

A minute later, she called out to Johnson "Hey, do you have a file of some sort? There's a nick here, but I think we'll be okay if I file it down."

Whirlwind 1-1 / Flying over "B" Teams MRAP / 1319hours

"Geez," the pilot spoke. "Damn terrorists... Wait what?"

Whirlwind 1-1 and 1-2 were enroute to the damn to secure the site however. His BLUFORCE tracker on his heads up display showed Alfa 1-1 was located just ahead of them about 4 - 5 meters under the water.

"What hell, This is Whirlwind 1-1 to Alfa 1-1, We are seeing Alfa 1-1's BLUFORCE tracker here in the town below the dam! Advise me of the situation! Over!"

'Arif replied quickly "Their MRAP went down with the dam! They are in the vehicle Whirlwind 1-1!"

"Damn....." The pilot cursed as they flew over. "Whirlwind 1-2 continue on objective I'll pick up the vehicle and bring it to safety You copy my last? Proceed on mission Over!"

"I copy you get them to safety Whirlwind 1-1, Whirlwind 1-2 out."

The MH-67 "Huron" belonging to Whirlwind 1-1 banked hard to the left and did a full 180 and slowed to a hover over the MRAP.

"I Need 2 volunteers with diving experiance to jump down into the water and hook me up to the MRAP" The pilot called back into the Cargo area. Two men closest to the ramp stood and removed their helmets and discarded their MX rifles and ran two the front.

"Cpl Bulín and Pvt. Roycewicz sir We are good to go!" Cpl Bulín yelled over the twin engines.

"Alright Get back to the ramp and jump straight down copy?" The pilot replied.

"Copy." They both replied.

They both walked down to the ramp It lower and they both inched up to the edge. Some cheers from their fellow squad members that weren't fast enough to volunteer jeer at them not to screw ups so they would not have to join them. They both jumped the 8 - 9 meter fall down into the water. It was disorientating entering the water when it immediately pined you up against the nearest solid object. in this case it was a building. Bulín managed to push himself off the building and swim to MRAP. The front wind shield was Shattered from an impact from debris. The occupants seemed to be completely unharmed.

Moments later a cable broke through the surface and Roycewicz and Bulín Attached it to the MRAP on conveniently placed attachment sites. Once done they both surfaced holding on to the cable. They waved to the helicopter giving the thumbs up. The MH-67 came with a winch camera so there was no need for a load master. The Co-pilot confirmed that the MRAP was clear and it was pulled up and out of the water and the two soldiers held on to the top of the MRAP.

"This is Whirlwind 1-1 to Fortress, We need to find a Good LZ near by our location. We have secured Alfa teams MRAP which was on the dam as I was told. We are unsure about the status of the crew. Requesting Medical Support at that LZ Over!"

Moments after

Alex awoke with a jolt. Two men that were attempting CPR on him and he pushed them off and attempted to stand. Which failed as his legs fell out from under him. He coughed when he exited the helicopter in his attempt to move away from the men, when he did he coughed out water. His lungs had taken on water and his body immediately ejected the foreign matter.

"Jah.. *Coughs*" he began to speak. "Co to Kurva... Who are you Geez." He rubbed his face and blinked to attempt to adjust to where he woke up. "*Coughs*... where?" He looked down at himself he was soaked through he looked around to see the Terrorist commander lying where one of the members of the unknown faction was trying to bring him back to life. Jan his commanding officer was in a similar state. Alex placed his hand on his FN 57 and spoke again.

"Identify yourselves now please." Alex said calmly Pistol was still in its leg holster however his hand had a firm grip on it.

Whirlwind 1-2 / Landing at the damn 5 minutes after current time (1324 hours)

"This is Whirlwind 1-2, Deploying troops to the East side of the old dam site. I am free to pick up that AWS team that is suppose to be here Over."

Bravo 1-1 and Bravo 1-2 deployed from the MH-67 Huron and secured the Eastern Side of the the old dam. Whirlwind 1-2 would wait until the AWS team to mount up on board before lifting again...

"Where do you want to go gents?" The pilot asked.

The men in the helicopter picked up their carbines, but Captain Collins stood up and pushed them away from the man.
"Woah, we're peaceful. I am Captain Collins of HellBent Spec Ops Emergency Response, and we pulled you out of that mess outside. You and the other guy were the only ones other than the terrorist that we could pull out before the wave hit us."

Alex sighed. "The other man is my Commanding officer Senior Captain is his rank. I am a Sargent but you can call me "Grey""

Touchy he thought running for their guns. I wonder if they are SF for their country Alex thought.

"I'm a Field Surgeon for team Alfa from the R&G JIRU or Joint Incident Response Unit. Where is my Ruck it was on my back when I got into the vehicle?" Alex asked again.

"The IATA database is the largest database of known terrorists ever and we got nothing?"

"Yes, Mr. President, nothing, this could well be a new terrorist organisation or even rogue Congreveopian 'freedom-fighters'" replied Toppings.

Fortress is sending everyone that survived the dam’s destruction to Orwall. We’ve got priority because of that leader guy there. I’m told he’s quite important, so try to keep him alive.”

She climbed into her seat and felt the waterlogged fabric squelch unpleasantly. “Couldn’t they have been just a bit faster closing the doors?” she thought.

As the others, climbed aboard she began the engine start procedure.

“Command is sending a medically equipped Eclipse 500 for that commander.” said Natasha “I’m not sure exactly what they’re sending for us, but I’m sure it will get worked out. They’ve still got like eighteen minutes before we arrive.”

She flipped the start switch for the left engine. It sputtered for a moment and then roared to life. The rotors began to turn. The right engine started fine as well.

“Alright!” she said, lifting the helicopter off the ground “Now, let’s get to somewhere with dry clothes!”

More info, hmm, we have the AWS team there and they have skills in well... let's just "enhanced interrogation." We had the 2nd dropship drop off a V-24 VTOL, they can get to Orwall in less than an hour and a half if that's where your taking the leader.

More info, hmm, we have the AWS team there and they have skills in well... let's just "enhanced interrogation." We had the 2nd dropship drop off a V-24 VTOL, they can get to Orwall in less than an hour and a half if that's where your taking the leader.

The leader will receive medical care, and will then be tried for his crimes in accordance with Congreveopian law. We will be so kind as to ignore the implications of your message.

Alex climbed as he was better suited to keep the Commander and Jan stable during the flight. It would be a short flight to the Orwall airfield where he could hopefully get some proper equipment and doctors to have a look at him. He was so focused at the time on what was going on right in front of him he had forgotten the other two members of his team, Miloslav and Ivana.

"The other to soldiers... they still in the wreck? Where are they?" He asked the others.

Whiplash 1-1 / Flight to Orwall airport.

Cpl Bulín and Pvt. Roycewicz sat on the MRAP and hooked themselves to the vehicle. On the flight over. It took them a good 10 minutes after pick up to get to the Airport. The pilot called on the civilian frequency to the airport to prep medical staff if any at the airport for wounded soldiers.

"This is Whiplash 1-1 to Orwall Tower, We are coming in to land, We are a helicopter with hitched cargo. The cargo is carrying wounded soldiers requesting any medical personal to be ready to accept us upon landing Over!"

Whiplash 1-2 moves to land Orwell (25 min flight)

Tornado Lands at Dam (Western side Parking lot Unloads 50 Engineers and IFV-6A SPAAG to set up security and begin to prep for construction at the dam, which includes a shunt 1/2 Km up river to begin limiting water flowing towards the city below. (Will need substantially more to complete.) Tornado begins flight back to pick up more.

Hurricane Lands in Valland and sets up a Civilian Evacuation point Engineers Inflate RIIB class vessels and move out to rescue civilians that are unable to make it by themselves. IFV-6A "SPAAG" Deployed their is acting as AFRG Forward Command Post for the 31st GPR Callsign "Homeplate"

Carrier Meč Deploys 4 more MH-67 "Hurons" and 2 MH-90 "Ghost Hawks" (Both MEV variants of the Craft) To assist with Rescue efforts Call signs as follows

Whirlwind 1-3, Whirlwind 1-4 (Huron)
Cyclone 1-1, Cyclone 1-2 (Huron)
Stingray 1-1, Stingray 1-2 (Ghost Hawk)

Huron are carrying a Combat squad each (8 men) to assist in sandbaging LZ's for future use and assisting Police and Military Personnel on the ground. They are also slinging LPV "Wakerider" Speed boats (Light Patrol Vessels) to assist in rescuing Civilians.

Ghost Hawks are carrying a full medical staff including soldiers in diving gear to swim and reach places that they couldn't normally other wise.

Tsunami and Riptide (Two remaining Heavy lift V-120 Valkyries) Are being loaded with more supplies to "shunt" the water and limit its flow into Valland. This includes 2 Diggers to move rubble from the dam to the shunt as well as HLTT's to assist in moving rubble dirt and whatever else they need moving.
