The ServProm Director Lemmski Gorgov has seen the offer by New Radorlis and sends a communique that tells them of the current heated situation developing in the Lastistan isles and how they are happy that there is someone is trying to perform the acquisition of the islands in a formal matter.They wish to invite them to send a representative in a meeting on ServProm oil rig #3 so that they may be resolve the matter of who officially owns or will own the islands before more bloodshed occurs over the many claims to them.

The same offer is extended by Lemmski Gorgov to the other nations.

I as the director of ServProm have no interest in claiming the islands as the sole territory of my motherland Servinta or to exclude any competing companys from the access to their resources and therefore seek to rectify the situation by any means necessary.I therefore offer all nations to send representatives to one of my oil rigs off the main island, Lastistan island 1 where I wish to hold a meeting to settle these claims before anymore bloodshed is brought upon these lands.

PResident Acaran decides to send a representative, Lukhfiulin Kyroyev, to SP Oil Rig #3. Lukhfiulin will travel by military escort to the oil rig.

The Hong kong navy starts to join the Afro-euasian navy in their claim to the the lastistan isles.The 7th navy fleet armed with 10 Elite destroyers and 17 Zeus destroyers and 1 aircraft carrier to defend the isles along with the afro-euasian navy.50 fighters have been dispatched witht he fleet to help the defense of the isles.
Meanwhile the heated combat in the area has been marked as a no fly zone for civilian aircraft,and that ships with long range radar will tell the civilian aircraft to divert its course and fighter jets will escort the plane out of the zone.

The Acaratoymetiyov (Turbinum Acarus), the flagship of the 11th fleet, fires upon 5 Zeus destroyers, while the cruiser Octavian and 20 Numeria-Class destroyers join in to protect the flagship.

He then found one paper that he was shocked at: The Battle of Xanthium, near the Ausberian military base Xanthium, (check earlier at beginning of RP) in the New Siberian Islands.

I Believe that Mr.Kyroyev would agree that the whole of the isle isn't his countries main goal in this mess, so I would suggest that Ausberia be allowed to claim the northern part of the chain.You both can split the islands evenly with Lastistan island 1 being the border zone, having Ausberia controlling the territory to the north of Island 1's middle border zone and Afro-Euasia controlling the southern territories like wise."

"Might I also ask that due to my company's interest in only selling the oil, that ServProm be allowed economic rights to build only oil facilities on the outer lying island in the south east Afro-Euasian territory and the one in the north west Ausberia territory along with the central island 1 which is the border between the two territories.These rights of course mean that there will be a taxation on the companys sales that will go to Afro-Euasia and Ausberia respectively.But as I am unsure of New Radorlis's intentions I would like to see if they are interested in a similar deal with you two."
