The easiest way to become involved is through a...let's call it a branch thread. This thread would belong to the same umbrella, but would be largely independent in the sense of direction and constraints. An example: Randomtopia, in Gholgoth, decides to defend Scandinvans, but Averagejoestan, in Greater Dienstad, comes to the Golden Throne's aid by invading Randomtopia. This would be related to the war between Scand and I, but the thread would progress largely independently and the rules would be determined by the involved players. The total number of branch thread is bound only by the limits to our creativity, so don't be afraid to poke your toe in the water and throw an idea out there. The amount of ways to become involved in this storyline are almost unlimited, even if it's not necessarily with any existing thread (and many existing threads may likely be happy to have you).
