Well, I asked for a city state- which I thought meant just a city in it's own tiny place. As long as I can keep the city of Olsenville under my control you're free to that coast that's in my territory now. : )

I don't know about that. Genevievia is my idea which I have maintained for some time now, but those who gain my trust are free to help out with things like the map, etc.
