folks here gotta remmeber that different RPers use different IC timescales. Nicaro, myself, and a buncha older folks on II dont have any rate of conversion from OOC to IC time, we just go by the flow of the narrative, whereas most of you folks seem to be operating on a x OOC time = Y IC time model. I think that's where a lot of the confusion is coming from.

Each craft holds 100 troops. Each landing ship holds 10 landing craft, and a couple helicopters as well. They can carry a complement of about 3,000 troops, but the rest are on troopships.

Thanks! I havent actually been in many wars given all my years here, msotly just RPed diplomatic manuevering, so battle and logistics narrative is something im still inexperienced at.

Sides of my post-Dhechnia civil war

It's more about a civil war in my country. Centrist, (racist), german protestant upperclass social democrats that want to establish an apartheid Their (german) religion and race control. (Mostly religion there.)

Napoleon descedent impersonator wants to establish an assembliat monarchy with his Catholic (majority) metsizo followers.

Hardcore Sandinistas (original government), catholic but religiously apathetic. They are more jingoist and war-friendly. They control all eight of the occupied overseas provinces (which will be locked in, no invasions of the overseas annexes, sorry) and are very, very left. Strong rural power (ironic, because they were generally attacked by the Sandinistas but they now benefit the most from their social programs) but weaker in the rural areas.

Firmadores holdouts. They are bands of ethnic germans and some half-mestizos that are generally aligning with whoever promises to leave their lands alone. They have a huge amount of military equipment, as they are the second largest military producing area pre-war and that infrastructure remains largely intact at the start. They are very defensive.

Industrial Worker's Party. Huge, Catholic, Mestizo urban following. They are very left, support the end to most agriculture in Nicaro and Firmador and wants a massive increase in the wages and payment of workers. They want to install huge benefits to the industrial and teamster on the dime of entrepneur taxes.

Fredrik department wants independence, catholic mestizo, universal support. Pro-democracy, low taxes.

Allenstein department, a port county that connects Fredrik to its mineral extraction markets and also processes some of it. They work in concert with Fredrik department, but they demand independence themselves. A costal county, it has access to low cost arms, a ready fleet in port, oil and manufacturies. A catholic mestizo independence movement with universal support.

Catholic League, catholic mestizos that support a "free" theocracy, purged of all Lutheran-lovers, german filth and non-catholic dissidents. They seek after unions with all catholic groups, including the departments. To no avail, at the beginning. They are on fairly good terms with Firmador, whom they are willing to be in union with, both autonomous of each other.

Deutsch Ubermenschen, a protestant German organization similar to the catholic league. They are a stratocratic protestant unit, neutral towards the departments and Firmador.
