Today in North Timeria representatives from Irav, Heco, and North Timeria will meet in the capital city Infinity to discuss the formation of an Organization. President Winter & King Uchiha will attend this conference hoping to form an Official alliance between these 3 great Nations. These 3 nations have fought along side each other many times. This could be the an organization that will tilt power around the world.

Royal Palace
The King & President both sat down waiting for the other representatives to arrive. The President spoke to the king.
"Sir the representatives should arrive shortly."
"Yes and then we shall begin. This will be a great day for our nation and this alliance will form a bond between us. After the conference i wish to invite all of the delegates and their security to a dinner there we can chat personally."
"Yes that would be great for our friendship." the king nodded and thought back about the battle fought together.
"President Winter do you remember when you fought along side the King of Heco...I sure hope he attends & President West of Irav."
"Yes i do actually...The invasion of Civilana...well enough talk they will be here soon

The Hecovian drop ship lands
The 15 golden guards March out and the king walks into the palace and then the diplomat room.

''President our private jet to North Timeria is ready to leave.'' one of the bodyguards said.
''Thank you, well what are we waiting for? Let's go to North Timeria. I can't wait untill we officially signed a pact between Heco, North Timeria and Irav.'' West said.

The president has 10 of his men got on the presidential plane to North Timeria.

Bodyguard: Could you tell me how this friendship between North Timeria, Heco and Irav formed?
President West: Of course, it all started with a war against the empire of Qunan. A long time ago they had a border dispute with another nation Diasun. Of course we came to their aid in that conflict. This is were we first met the North Timerians as our allies. Together North Timeria and Irav fought against the nations of Qunan and Heco.
Bodyguard: Wait a second, Heco? I though we were their allies.
President West: We are, see after that war ended a terrorist nation commited horrible crimes against the Heco empire. Crimes no nation should ever have to deal with. At that point the leaders of the 3 nations started working together. And together they defeated Civilana.

Royal Palace - Infinity

''Here we are, North Timeria. One of our closest allie together with Heco of course.'' West said as they walked into the Royal Palace.

''Goodday president Winter, King Uchiha. I am Phill West the president of Irav, good to meet you.'' he said while shaking hands.

[Heco]

"So we are here to discuss a conference about what?" Says the king.
We are military allies are we not.

[North Timeria]

The king was happy to see all 3 nations at the conference
"Good afternoon everyone...as you know we have fought in many conflicts together and I think it's time we form an official alliance... Something similar to NATO. This is a big step but it will bring good to our nations. We can also invite other nations to join. But first we must work together to set up the basics"

[Heco]

"We are the 3 main members like the big 3. We help each other when we get into wars unless we are unable to."
Says the Hecovian king.

[North Timeria]

The President smiled "Precisely and when we form tthisorganization we will project our power into the world... But we are missing a name from this porganization."

[Irav]

West sat down in one of the chairs in the room. Then he spoke to the 2 men.

''An official alliance would suit us very very well. Now that Irav is recieving threats for war from the Amperial Entente.
Of course we 3 will have some special priviliges right? I mean we can't risk a coup in our alliance by a forgeign nation.''

[North Timeria]

"You are right... Of course we would be the leaders and have the most power....we have also received threats fromAmperial Entente. We could use them as a test conflict...also I suggest we send our most hated enemies to be sent to Heco for trial. "

[Heco]

that would be interesting.

[Irav]

''Of course, the Amperial Entente will do that. But with our combined powers I'm afraid they can listen to us for once.
I heard the Heco Empire has some good camps. If needed maybe the Iravian north, the part within the polar circle of course would make a good spot for our enemies.'' West proposed.

[North Timeria]

"Yes... But we still need a name. ..also I propose that each nation set up a joint base. Also North Timeria has began the construction of a moving island base and I propose we all join into construction and operate then equally

[Irav]

''I agree every single one of us needs to have a base in it's nation. We should equip it with the latest technology to protect it from foreign nations. We too can construct an moving island base, I mean no one will suspect anything in an archipelago with over 6000 islands.'' West started laughing. ''Excuse me, I need to make a phone call now. So I can tell Irav's best engineers to come and assist your nation in building a base.''

West walked out of the room and made the phonecall

Hello, this is Phill West. I'm calling from that conference I told you about in North Timeria.
There is something you need to do for me.
Can you give me the CEO of ICC? I need to talk to them right now.

Can I ask you to send over some of Irav's best engineers. To North Timeria that is.
We've agreed to help them constructing a secret base for our new pact.
Also now that we are at it, can you start the construction on our own moving island base?

West walked back into the room.

''Now that that is done I believe we can move over to the next point. I suggest we will give the pact a small standing army of 150.000 men who will all be Hecovian, North Timerian and Iravian forces.
So if one of us is attacked we are able to come to ones aid way quicker.''

[North Timeria]

The President was very happy with the conference "Yes... Our island fortress could be a great asset to our Quick reaction force... We can station them within your archipelago making them less noticeable. Also I recommend building a space station capable of deploying special forces team any where within an hour. But we really need a name for our organization...does anyone have any ideas?

[Irav]

''We would need multiple fortresses. Of course we don't want to put all our eggs in one basket. Luckily I can say the Iravian Construction Corporation has started constructing our own fortress.'' West said to the men.
''A space station would be a very good idea, we were so kind to bring a design with us.'' one of the guards grabbed a blue piece of paper and put it on the table.

''With our combined intelligence of outer space we can easily place this station is low-orbit.'' he said while pointing at the map.
''We will also open a training ground for our Zernike-special forces. If needed it's open to Hecovian and North Timerian special forces as well. Oh and I was thinking about naming it the Global Alliance Powers.

Aye and heco will aid with manning both bases and with building. say we divide each bases man power 1/3 each.

The President supported Irav & Heco " Yes these are all wonderful ideas and we should begin constructioin immediately. Also we need to have some joint exercise so that our forces can work together some more. "
The King had received the plans for the Floating Fortess and proceeded to show everyone. " this is the plan to build the Floating Fortess... This unit can act as a base for units far off from home"

West stood up and took a look at the map of the flying fortress. The Iravians were already constructing a secret base for the GAP.

''That is one pretty neat fortress that you have there. I'm sure we could try to create one of those, just to scare off the Entente'' he laughed.
''What will be our budget to build further to contstruct fortresses and weapons?''

[Heco]

Heco has something like that. We have 3 land carriers giant ships that can go onto land they move slow but serve as mobile military bases to airfields to factory's.
We have 12 more in the making.

[Irav]

''That is a very intresting idea, would you mind sending us a design for such a land-carrier? Because this land-carrier would be very effective if developed even further.'' West said. ''Of course we can offer your nation one of our aircraft carrier designs. I remember the air force had an idea to develop a flying one. Unfortunaly we never got close to making one.''

[Heco]

''Of course, I would not have guessed otherwise. But I'm sure we can afford at least one of those.'' West replied. Hoping they could opperate the first land-carrier in maybe 2 years.

''I will tell the army commander to send you the design of our main battle-class carrier the Erechtheion-class.''

"So it is set...also i would like to tell you that i will be involved in a war soon...and i think i should do this myself because its no reason...i just don't like him."
