1: yes that's perfectly fine.
2: they speak in Indaeldic, kind of just a more convoluted version of Icelandic.
3: RoE say they will only fire when fired upon so really as long as your weapons aren't pointed at them you should be good.

Anyway, I'll probably be a prominent participant in this. Assuming real life doesn't get in my way yet again.

BTW, I'm away for a trip from Thursday until Sunday, so after wednesday I won't be able to post at least until Monday, unless we start before then

No initially but if things started to get to tense then yes. So any terrorist group pointing guns at the guys have a about three minutes or so to diffuse the situation or they will open fire. If they are fired upon beforehand then they will fire back.
