3. The aircraft is flying at a high altitude at high speed, and would not likely be detected due to advanced ECM and stealth cloaking countermeasures.

Ok this is fine, since its Bralisonta and not Drasona because we would assume Drasona has world class satellite operatives, well Bralisonta has low class operatives since it is a rural city.and sorry I have terrible eyesight especially on these small screens.
