I assumed his 80 Wank Million Army is his population, given sticks they imported from not frozen wasteland, and tells them to run at guys with guns. You know; what Japan did in WW2 except they could do damage and were more oriented to fight a war of attrition. As for the rest, I think Parthan addressed everything perfectly. The only thing he forgot, which is one of the most important elements in Antarcteca, is Wankanium Alloy: The combination of wanking abilities and capabilities into one wank infested travesty.

SCENE: Subgroup Beta, 12th HAVOC Naval Battlegroup

04:48 Zulu

The flight deck of the Carrier took minor damage as the aircraft slammed into it and skidded off the opposite side of the deck. Damage control crews ran out to secure the flight deck and ensure that there was no serious damage and only saw small indentations where the aircraft had hit and scrape marks where it slid across the flight deck. As they were working at repairing the damage, a flight group of UA-66's were being loaded on the catapults preparing for launch.
In a room on one of the Battle Cruisers, far below the depths of the deck near two decks above the keel of the ship 12 pilots were settling themselves into what looked like simulators. These were tied directly into the flight controllers of the UA-66's, the Empire's main Unmanned Areal Vehicle. With a top speed that is registered to over Mach 4 (official top speed classified), they were the perfect weapon for this type of mission.

The pilots put on their headsets, which they didn't really use for their own use, it was so Command knew what they were doing. The lead pilot turned his microphone on and began to speak, "Pre flight checks were completed by deck crews before entry into the apparatus. Ready for take-off on your mark, Command."
"Roger that, flight leader," command replied. "ETA to launch in 10 second. Catapults are engaged."

After a couple seconds the simulator screen started shaking as the engines on the UA-66's began to power up with the push of a button on their consoles. Seconds later the screen blurred and advanced as the catapult thrusted the aircraft into the air, sending it into the 'wild blue yonder'. The pilots turned their joysticks left and then right to check to ensure that the controls are working and then turned right towards the enemy fleet.

"Command Knight One Command, activate anti-ship missiles. Chance course, vector Three Five Nine. Target designate Sierra Five One Nine," the lead pilot stated. They were turning to bear on what they believed to be the lead vessel of the Antarctecan Naval Forces in the area. "Knight One, sweet lock, control, Fox 3," he stated into his headset. The rest of the flight group pulled the triggets at the same time as the lead pilot and 12 Anti-Ship Missiles began to streak towards their target. The flight groups then banked right, "Target change, Target designate Sierra Five One Seven, Sweet Lock, Control, Fox 3." With that another 12 missiles wee launched at another target.

OOC- We have most snow but not all the time. Since major civilization entered Antarctica, industrialization made the snow desert cease. We have banned major pollution and major industrialization of our land. We rely on a special source of electricity that we collect from somewhere classified.

12 Support vessel reach the battle. They are 11 Cruisers and 1 Sub-Carrier. The battle continues over seas. Scientist and analyst are looking for tactics to win this battle. After hours and days of research and math, their lightbulb turns on.

1:14 AM Southern Ocean, Battle Site:
The 1st Fleet heads in full retreat, while a relieving fleet (34th Fleet of 40 vessels) comes at full speed of 61 knots and does not stop. The fleet is headed straight for their flag ship. As the opposing fleet pounds them with their artillery we do the same. 3 vessels sink but the rest of them steam ahead. When the point of collision comes, the entire fleet has made an offensive position around the flagship. They then steam ahead and all the vessels crash and thrash with the flagship. 7 more vessels sink in this operation. They continue to do this with all the vessels. Until only 12 of the 40 Vessels are left. The vessels then retreat while the 1st Fleet comes back in steaming ahead with their guns reloaded and fresh along with 8 fresh vessels: 5 Cruisers and 3 Destroyers.

*The 34th Fleet was a decoy fleet led by robotic controls being manipulated by officers and soldiers inland. The Vessels were poorly made out of cheap material. The only expensive material was in the bow and stern where it was more reinforced for ramming. The vessels had no fuel and were going off of electricity being transferred by submerged bases. This source of power was brand new and was in development. 8 of the 40 vessels did not receive connection and were left floating. Since these vessels showed no environmental hazard, although they would still endanger the life of other sea creatures. A team of 2 subs went in to remove only 7 sunken vessels. The rest were gutted of hazardous material and were left for algae to grow and give birth to fish communities*

You didn't answer any of the players question, which would make your numbers a total number wank, assuming you're ignoring them all, and that you're just going with your own numbers. Since most of our jobs are taken by technology, the best pay job in Antarctica (besides Elector Primo and Princeps Elect) more people join the military. And i've spoken to many people who use the up to 4% of your pop. If you go more than that you're just like a North Korea. Forcing people to have a set % in their military is absolutely not cool dude. I have less then 1% in my military, and I have no intention of changing that just because you needed a way to make inflate you're own military strength.

B: You need to use a calculator on you're math problems, as you're percentages are pretty far off the mark. This is why you, once again, don't artificially inflate you're population just to have a bigger military. Shit's a hell of a lot easier when using stock numbers for a base, specially if you don't really know what you're doing or are constantly prone to mistakes.

*The 20 Zumwalt Class Destroyers are given AA guns that can be withhold inside the vessel and deployed. The Vessels are also equipped with LRADS. The vessels projectiles are: 3 long range missiles and 2 short range canister like missiles. The newly made canister like missile when on impact will deploy small iron bullets than will be fired everywhere. These are although pretty useful, but are not very available since the trade blockade from Antarctic California and the Underground Movement Union was breached earlier by a pirate vessel.*

I am all in favor for realism, but the very premise of Antarcteca's nation is "an advanced nation existing in Antarctica", if you feel this is unrealistic and you cannot suspend disbelief about this, then the proper choice is not to interact with his nation, just as you do not (I presume) RP with nations composed entirely of dragons.
