Pachomius will leave the canal under its current ownership providing:
*Both Agiptiota and Inonia receive their shares of Arpadesia as previously shown on the map.
*As the Midrasian delegation suggested, all inhabitants of the canal are offered Agiptiote citizenship.
*The Federal Union members recognise the wishes Agiptiota and Inonia to officially create the 'Pandyssian Confederation of Sovereign States', which would work closely with the Federal Union.

The terms are acceptable.

We agree to these terms, however the territory taken from Arpadesia will include all areas controlled by the agiptiote rebels, stretching down the 15th Meridian East as displayed by the original red disputed border as shown on the map. This territory will then meet the original Agiptiote border to include Inonanias slice of Arpadesia, connecting to the 15th parallel. The remaining territory will remain under a new Arpadesia state with a new government elected by the people in the territory.

Yes, but what you seem to forget is that you are not here as a power within the region. The initial agreement was generous. and yet you have the gall to reject them? You are not in a position of power, and before you continue with demands, I believe you should ponder that.

(OOC) yeah I highly doubt that a whole Nation could and would just disappear overnight. Even if there was a mass exodus people would have noticed. Also, you can't really claim advanced tech in an RP set in 2014

I second this. The Federal Union of Asura contains powerful and well established nations. You are on no position to threaten us or try and force us to accept your demands

From Pachomius' understanding, the ruling class of Arpadesia all left en masse at a set point in time due to a fear of impending doom. It is unknown what they were afraid of, but due to a crippled infrastructure, the move would have led to violence on the streets within hours. The reason other Pandyssian countries desire to partition the former state into protectorates is to stop the country splitting into violent militias that would cause large bloodshed and disturb peace elsewhere.

Pachomius is bored of being treated like a naughty schoolchild. In the time of the conference, Agiptiota has changed into an empire. The clergy have appointed a monarch to help with the administration of the expanded state. The change happened peacefully, with the understanding that the monarch would rule until the second coming. Pachomius says goodbye to various delegations, hoping to keep up conversations and good relations with their countries. For others, he's not so friendly.

Engortia is tied down by no treaty as the new nation has not been formally inducted into The Federal Union. We have no political influence over them in that respect.

Reaching the door, the First Minister responds: "even so, there seems to be complicity in their threats. As long as this kind of action continues, we cannot achieve peace, and there is no reason for our delegation to be here."
