I don't one of the nation joining in favor of the rebels are in any of the required alliances. Also, I think some of them had not read the full story

Some nation called Escanthia had posted in this rp, he does not look RP suitable and it appears that he's not in any required alliances not in Atlas. Shall we kick him out?
