Major went to the castle yard to see if the enemy was coming to negotiate.

Argozi tells Sumoi that now that they control area 2, have a decent fleet of 5 ironclads, and have a slightly less useless proto-tank now, they are slightly superior, and that if they didn't sign that treaty, they would invade the island that's part of territory 14.

OOC: Now, what is going on again? "tells Sumoi" Firstly, it's PERUS-SUOMI, not SUMOI, and secondly, how does he tell that stuff to the country? You mean, telegram Marshal Mannerheim, send a letter to minister Häkkinen, shout at the face of Major Saukko or what?

IC: Marshal tells his driver to continue to the city. He is already preparing a speech in his mind.

Argozi telegrams marshal mannerheim that now that they control area 2, have a decent fleet of 5 ironclads, and have a slightly less useless proto-tank now, they are slightly superior, and that if they didn't sign that treaty, they would invade the island that's part of territory 14. The treaty has the following terms:

1. they surrender area 25 to the argozi empire.
2. they pay 5,000,000 to the argozi empire.
3. they surrender half the navy to argozi.
4. argozi doesn't attack them again.

The telegram arrives in the Government Palace in Rauma. It is read by the minister of war, Inka Mäkelä, who is in charge of the Marshal's mail when he himself is unavailible. Mäkelä replies:
"We shall accept the terms. Please meet major Saukko in the Viipuri castle. You can bring as much guards as you like if it makes you feel more safe."

President argozi barely makes it out alive, and brings his men to the viipuri castle. there he has the persus sumoi sign the treaty, and tells them to send half the fleet to port kakani in area 2, to pull all persus sumoi forces out of area 25, and to fork over 5 million ASAP.

Major Saukko stands in the rubble as president Argozi walks towards him.
"Are you here to sign our surrendering, your highness?"
That very second the entire castle explodes, killing everyone at a 3000 feet radius. Pieces of the castle fly miles due to the huge ammunition storages in the cellar, and the Argozian warships get hit by hundreds of flying rocks. Where there used to be the city of Viipuri was now a desert of rocks, what used to be the Castle was now the biggest crater on the hemisphere.

Buried under three feet of brick and mortar, Major Saukko says: "Over... my... dead..."
It is supposed that he wanted to say: "Over my dead body", but we can never be certain.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the sea, people were very confused by the huge cloud of dust in the western horison and a following loud "Ka-BOOOOOM".

The argozi army has invaded the island in area 14. meanwhile, the army attacks what's left of the persus sumoi army with the aid of 2 warships(the other 3 aided the island attack).
