Union of Kiwi Socialists indicates it would not commence hostilities with Shahak if the Shahaki army were to 'remove' the Sjin ships from their territory.

All of the navy are sent into the nearby ocean to guard Esceen from naval attacks. 1/2 of the Air force is prepared to take off in an event of a bombing raid or "Battle of London" scenario involving dog-fighting. Any provocation from either side will result in mobilization of Esceenian forces. Esceen will not provide assistance to either side and is currently neutral, however, the borders that are facing Sjin's territories are guarded more than the Shahak side.

Shahak commences Operation Seahawk and sends the F-15s armed with the Air-sea Missiles to attack Sjin's ships. The F-15s are capable of beyond visual range fire, the missiles hit most of Sjin's ships disabling but not destroying them. Disabling the Ships results in Sjin's ship having to make a possible retreat to avoid more Shahaki fire.
