IC Thread

Rules:

1. This thread shall be merely a diplomatic one at first. However, I will allow someone to control the Black Order (If I approve of that person's RPing skills), while others can finance them if I give them permission.
2. All OOC comments, in the OOC thread. Please.
3. No god-modding.
4. No number-spamming.
5. No WMDs (that includes EMPs)
6. Be polite and courteous.
7. Obey my commands.

Sure.

I give you permission to fund and supply them. Smuggling supplies to them from overseas may be difficult though, however they do have large stockpiles of military grade weapons already.

If your RPing is good, I'll let you RP as the Black Order, if you wish.
